Every detail about this home has been carefully thought out in order to provide our guests to the best possible experience while in Puerto Rico. This house offers five spacious bedrooms in which three have their en suite bathrooms, one extra bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms, a half bathroom, full kitchen and dining area, and a living room. Exterior entertainment spaces are a major element of this house offering an exterior covered bar, a pool, a tanning deck, a covered terrace, large seating area and a backyard. Its pristine location can't get any better as you will enjoy the great Atlantic Ocean within a couple of minutes walking from the house, plenty of different gastronomy and night scene options in the Loiza and Mcleary street also within walking or short uber distance, airport 5-10 minute drive, pharmacies and supermarkets also within walking distance and short Uber ride.

The property was great! Looked exactly how the photos looked online. Great location to everything. The property manager was very responsive. They brought extra towels to the house when I asked for them. Everything worked properly. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here with my family (7 adults and 3 children). The pool and outdoor area were our favorite part of the house. The pool was great for lounging in and the shallow part was the perfect depth for toddlers and children, who could touch the ground with their feet and walk around comfortably. The house is very close to a grocery store, which came in handy for us. Communication with our host was also easy and prompt. There is one parking space within the gate and street parking in front of the house is also available.

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and bathrooms! Lots of places to gather but we had great privacy when we needed our alone time. We used Uber instead of renting a car and they had no problems getting to us in the gated community. Beware, Puerto Rico loves Christmas and the fireworks were going off until 2am on a few nights. The pool was lovely and this was a great house!!!!

Our family of 9 stayed at this property. It exceeded our expectations! It was very clean with plenty of space. We felt safe, the outdoor area worked great for our family. The supermarket was a few steps away, as was the beach. We would highly recommend this home for a family or large group!

Our family had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and clean. Camila is very responsive with any questions. The location couldn't be better for families. It was an easy 2-3 block walk to the beach, the supermarcado is literally right around the corner. Pickup for our rainforest tour was a short 7 minute walk. Uber to Old San Juan was only about 10-15 minutes and $5-7, so it was easy to get around. It was wonderful to come back to cool off in the pool after a long day of exploring. Tons of restaurants are a short walk or easy Uber ride away. Amazing!

We were in Puerto Rico for my daughter's wedding. Villa Azure was awesome and we really enjoyed lounging by the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. There is a grocery store a half block away, and we found a couple really good restaurants within walking distance. Belen was great to work with and communication was excellent.

We loved our stay at Villa Azure! The pool is in amazing condition and was kept clean throughout our stay.
The proximity to the grocery store was SO convenient for a large group. Our only hangup was that a cooler wasn't available as listed, but we were able to purchase a disposable one at the store.
Communication with Belen was great throughout the week. We really enjoyed our time at the Villa!

The house is a great spot as a base for a friend gathering. The outside pool area is well set up for hanging out during the day and night (good chairs, outside BR, bar) and the pool was great and clean. Also good location with easy Uber access to downtown hotel bars etc and to Old San Juan. The beds are comfortable (would like to have had mattress pads) and the place was very clean. The neighborhood is pretty quiet,,, except for the rooster :). Our host was very nice but found the communication slow on requests or updates. We had asked for recs on restaurants etc in area and never heard back. The place would benefit from a Book of info on site, to provide info /recommendations on local area, restaurants, house stuff, etc.The kitchen is not usable so if you plan on cooking/eating on site it will be very tricky. There were two warped small fry pans and no baking pans/cookie sheet - very few utensils.

This house is awesome! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The supermarket couldn't be any closer and everyone was helpful. Several restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee house are within walking distance and the food was great.

Our group of friends had a great week staying here! Belen was very responsive and made communication easy. The house was very clean and a great set up for multiple couples staying together. The outdoor area was great, we got a lot of use out of the pool and watching tv outside while playing cards. The house was conveniently located close to great restaurants and the beach. Great stay!
This property was ideal for our family of eight, including a two year old. The property is was well appointed. We were able to grill out on two evenings. There’s a great butcher nearby— Cut. Also, a grocery store nearby. The pool was fun for lounging around.

This property is as advertised. Great location. The grocery store is right next door. Walkable to several restaurants and stores. Also a short walk to the beach. No issues with noise with a party of 8. Would recommend to anyone with a large group.

I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions and very nice. It is a gated community that is very quiet and relaxing, yet a short drive to restaurants and the city. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk, beach is 5 minutes walk. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Enjoyed out stay
The location of the property was convenient to the beaches and very convenient to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay. Although the place was clean, it seemed they were in the middle of painting -many patches and primer over many of the walls which didn’t effect our comfort but made the place seem like it was under construction. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more lounge chairs for the pool area (there were only two) and maybe chairs/umbrella/ cooler for the beach. Those extra amenities would really have been helpful.

This place is amazing just like the pictures. Not far from everything. We loved it and had more people book it after we put on IG. We will definitely be back Rosanna was very helpful. We had a great stay and enough room for Everyone to have their privacy. Love love love it!!! Thank you again.

July 4th vacay!
Property was perfect for our large group. Everyone had enough space and the kids enjoyed the pool. The property was clean and easily accessible. The only negative was not having enough beach towels and chairs/umbrelllas etc. We didn’t have the ability to pack those items so it would’ve been nice to have them. Otherwise all in all a good property!

Great Spot
Property: was clean and roomy. The pool is a plus! I was able to wake up and take a dip right after breakfast, after the beach (after showering off sand), and any time of the day… even NIGHT SWIMS. There are these smalls bugs in the bathroom and kitchen but you have to understand Puerto Rico is an island, homes aren’t built to keep things out. Half of the windows are shutters because of the heat in Puerto Rico. So get over it, the place is great!!!
Location: close to the airport, about a 10 minute ride. The supermarket is around the corner and full of locals, mostly elderly who are extremely sweet! Yes, the house is 4 blocks from a Project but as long as you aren’t walking around it or going in it you are fine! No one bothers you or walks around the neighborhood where the hide is located. There are a ton of working families around you. The beach is a 5 minute walk and very secluded. There were a handful of people there and they were very nice.
Communication: communication with the host was great, she let us leave our luggage earlier. The power did go out one night but she was willing to bring us a generator (it quickly came on after our conversation).
Stay here! You won’t regret it.
