About this villa rental
House located 800 meters, 12 minutes walk from the beach of Manta Rota, inserted in a private condominium of ten houses with swimming pool and parking, equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, with private barbecue and outdoor table.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, 4 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with hydromassage bath and 2 without shower). It has a fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 people, the dining and living room are together, composed of 2 large sofas and dining table for 12 people.
It is surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and local shopping stores is the perfect retreat to start a restful holiday.

Férias em família
A casa é espaçosa e com ar condicionado em todos os quartos, mas nos quartos do último andar tem pouca arrumação e um dos quartos tem a cortina avariada (de manhã fica logo com muita luminosidade). Vários candeeiros não funcionam. A praia ainda é longe para quem tem crianças. A piscina é suficiente mas não tem espreguiçadeiras disponíveis.

Ferias em Familia
Casa excelente para ferias em familia. A casa é enorme e exatamente como está na descricao e nas fotos. Tudo muito limpo e funcional. Excelente terraço com barbacue para uns bons grelhados. Tem todas as condicoes e utensilios para receber uma familia grande conforme o meu caso. O condominio é muito tranquilo e a piscina boa e limpa. A praia fica a 15 minutos a pé. Gostei muito da forma simpatica com que a D.Joana e o Sr.Armindo responderam sempre ás nossas duvidas. Obrigado.

Local sossegado mas com tudo por perto. Praia a 10m a pé piscina qb para refrescar. Casa bem equipada para a totalidade das pessoas. Frigorífico/arca de generosas dimensões como tem que ser.gostamos e recomendamos

Très agréable
Séjour très agréable, condominio très calme, piscine quasi "privee", proche plage +/- 900 m .. Sr Armindo toujours disponible en cas de besoin, troisième fois que nous y sejournons :-)

Séjour très agréable
Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons loué pour 2 semaines fin juillet.
La résidence est très calme, propre, conforme à nos attentes, nous étions quasi seul à utiliser la piscine. Le condominio est à proximité des commerces, restaurants et 10 mins à pied de la plage.

Casa grande e espaçosa, excelentes camas e bons colchões, boa área de piscina, relativamente perto da praia, cerca de 1km.
A limpeza no seu geral não era má, mas o chão tinhas muitos cabelos pela casa, o frigorifico estava danificado e pouco limpo.
A casa tinha todos os utensílios necessários e muita loiça.
A estadia foi feita com amigos e voltávamos a repetir.

A casa é grande e tem todos os utensílios necessários a umas férias agradáveis.
A distância para a praia ainda é longa e devido à inexistência de passeio (ou ocupados por carros mal estacionados) tornar-se difícil de fazer com carrinhos de bebés.

Sejour très agréable dans ce condominio, situé au calme et non loin de la plage, le trajet se fait facilement à pied. Maison très propre, bien équipée, chambres au 1er spatieuses et sous les combles très bien pour les enfants. Piscine très appréciée par tous.

A habitação corresponde totalmente à descrição no anúncio. Muito espaçosa, limpa e a zona da piscina é muito sossegada e agradável.
Com comércio perto (5 min a pé).
No entanto o trajeto a pé para a praia com crianças é aproximadamente 10 minutos, o que representa o único factor menos positivo.

Aluguei a casa para a passagem de ano 2018/2019 e adorei a casa. Tem uma localização fantástica e é uma casa grande e moderna. Fui muito bem recebido e o anfitrião foi sempre muito prestável. Para repetir!

Perfect location and very clean villa
The villa is in a great location. A car isn’t essential, but if you want to travel to other parts of the Eastern Algarve you would need one. The gorgeous beach, bars, restaurants and a good supermarket are all within a few minutes walk.
The villa itself is large with 4 beds and 4 baths. The house had everything we needed and the WiFi was great, but the satellite tv is only Portuguese. The pool area is lovely too. A few seconds walk from the villa and deserted when we stayed. Although there is space outside at the front and the back, it isn’t large, but there is a bbq and furniture. The beds are all doubles, no king size or twins and they are very hard, so bear that in mind if you are tall or have a bad back!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Somos uma família grande e esta casa foi realmente a melhor para passar férias no Algarve. Temos crianças na família, a casa tem muito espaço para que possam brincar. O espaço é muito agradável, temos muito boas condições para passar umas férias muito agradáveis. Com piscina, estacionamento e ar condicionado em quase todas as divisões da casa.
Gostamos também muito do atendimento do sr Armindo. Recomendo e voltarei 😊
