Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, the flawlessly clear blue water, and the fabulously one of a kind atmosphere of Navarre Beach in this 17th floor luxury penthouse condo of Beach Colony Resort East, located directly gulf front on the sands of Navarre Beach. Step out onto the balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast (voted Best Florida Attraction by USA TODAY Readers 2018). One minute on the balcony during sunrise and you will realize why you needed to come here. Many of the Beach Colony views in both towers are now obstructed by other buildings or sitting back behind the pool and getting views of the backs of the other buildings like those in the West building. This view is absolutely magnificent!

This upscale condo is a lovely decorated penthouse unit that sleeps 6 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf and 30 miles eastward to Destin. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six.
There is an adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. Double doors lead to the private and elegant penthouse master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet.
The master bath/spa is this penthouse’s peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful travertine walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. The spacious second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and a full bathroom. The bedroom is considerably big, and can conveniently become a separate suite by closing the pocket door. This penthouse also has a separate laundry room.
This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet and a 50 inch TV is in the living room. 39 inch LED TVs, and Blue Rays/DVDs in each bedroom provide much opportunity to be entertained and the large balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax.
The Beach Colony pool is the largest pool on Navarre beach. Clay tennis courts and shuffle board courts are available for free guest use. The beaches are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches.
At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the free fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer. Fish from the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, available just outside the condo.

I always love staying in Navarre, but this was my first stay at this location. Incredibly spacious and elegance everywhere. The views from the large oceanfront deck are second to none. The pictures were great but the stay itself was even better. This is truly a 10.0 location. Love it.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and well kept, and felt modern. The views were spectacular - exactly like they are on the website! Perfect for a family of four. We appreciated the games and puzzles on our only rainy day! Karen was so easy to communicate with - we would choose this place over and over!

I stayed in the loveliest, most well equipped, cleanest condo in Navarre Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, not like a rental at all but like the owners actually lived there. Views galore on the huge round balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach/ocean as well as the sound side. I highly recommend staying in Beach Colony East! You will be delighted!

The unit was very clean, and the images of the unit were and accurate representation. While the weather limited our outdoor activities the unit has numerous recreational options for sunny and rainy days. The location of the unit is good for a quick walk to the pier, restaurants, and beach. I personally liked the option to drive west and search for shells on less visited beach front. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and will return.

This is my 3rd time to rent from Karen and Steve. 17B is perfect for my family and in my opinion, the B units have the best views of the water and the pier. They are perfect hosts and very easy to work with. I have absolutely zero complaints and we also left a brand new beach chair to add to the collection in the laundry room! I will rent this unit every chance i have! We will see you again next summer 17B!

The view was very good. The kitchen has everything you need. Also the wash room had all kinds of beach toys and chairs. Our only complaints was the elevator not working half the time and the living furniture needs improvement the wicker chairs are not comfortable.

A beautiful condo with an incredible view! Everything you need is provided--there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys plus books and games. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. There is a great patio area to dine on or to watch the gorgeous blue-green Gulf. This condo is a jewel.

A beautiful condo on the 17th floor, facing east along the Florida panhandle. The living room has a huge window and a sliding glass door that open to the balcony and allow a commanding view of the beach and water below. The master bedroom includes a second sliding glass door that opens to the balcony facing east. Every morning, the first rays of the sun come streaming in the bedroom, and a pair of well-placed mirrors above the headboard and beside the closet allow the sun to "play the bank shot," so that the whole room just fills up with wonderful natural light! We had an amazing stay, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our family vacation in Navarre - less people and traffic to contend with but close enough to Pensacola Beach and Fort Walton for activities. The condominium itself was nice and well cared for, and the view from the balcony was amazing! We watched dolphins playing one morning. It’s not a long walk to the beach. The pool is very nice which came in handy when the ocean water was full of seaweed.
The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy for meal prep. We always had plenty of hot water for showering after a day at the beach. There are several parking spaces for oversized vehicles, which we needed with our cargo carrier.
The one downside to staying here is the elevator. There are only two elevators and one was broken our entire stay. One morning both were not working.
Some other minor things were most of the beach chairs and umbrellas were broken. If you are choosy about toilet paper, bring your own, and bring Tissues as none are provided.
Aside from those minor details, we enjoyed our week in Navarre. Thank you!

We had a great time in your condo. This was just what we needed. The view was unbelievable. And the house was set up with everything we needed. I stayed with my husband and two kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The master bathroom was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise every morning from bed was my favorite part. And we were just steps to the beach.I loved all the beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. I will be back. Highly recommend staying here. This place has a wonderful view to the east for the sunrise, the pier and beach
It's wonder to sit on the balcony and watch the people, listening to the waves with a cup of coffee or specialty drink. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and beach items needed to spend the day on the beach, clean, comfy beds and I love the lounge chairs to lay back and get some sun. This is a wonderful place to stay, close to pier and on the beach, we will be back.

The complex is nicely maintained, the parking garage is a big plus, and it is very convenient to restaurants. I wish I had brought my binoculars since the telescope in the picture wasn’t there, but we saw plenty. Beautiful sunrises and even sunsets from this east-facing condo.
