We stayed here end of August for my son's birthday. The house was large, airy, bright and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. The jet tub in the master was a big hit. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The pool and lanai were very relaxing. There were TVs in every room. Extras like a bottle of wine, snacks and flowers that were left for us were a great touch. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk in. The owners were informative and accommodating. They were very easy to communicate with. This house is a winner and a must stay.

This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! Our family couldn't have asked for a better stay, and more beautiful place to call home for the week! RUN DON'T WALK!

When your wife and kids walk in and are instantly all smiles...NAILED IT! This place is phenomenal and Sondra was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Private pool overlooking a nice lake, hot tub, comfy beds, amenities galore, SUPER HOST... You can't go wrong with this one guys!

Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were communicative throughout the whole process. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. This really minimized what we had to bring down or buy for the trip. Beautiful views and convenient location to Fort Myers and the beach. Will definitely rent from them again.

We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. We went to Lelulos and Lobster Lady and really enjoyed the food. Our family also enjoyed Sanibel Island. Overall a 5 star vacation! Thank you Sondra and Bob!

Our stay was simply amazing..the house is fully equipped with absolutely anything and everything you need to enjoy your get away..the owners are more then kind, they are helpful, they are intuitive, they respond quickly and make sure any and every need you have is met. I would stay here again a million times over.

From the initial booking and contact by the owners, to walking into this amazing home for the first time, to your eventual departure, you will be in a 5-star stay! Such a beautiful property with everything you could think of to make your stay complete, they provide. As beautiful as the pictures are, they cannot truly capture the magnificence and tranquility of this property. Drive-able to many great beaches and attractions, but nice enough to never even need to leave the property to have a great escape! We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back!

Our family had an amazing time at this lovely villa from May 3 thru May 13. The owners/managers have put so much thought, effort and consideration into the needs and wants of vacationers. From the medicines, sunscreens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking items, spices, grilling supplies, household needs, laundry supplies, outdoor supplies, towels, pillows, blankets down to the kids/pets needs, just endless amount of necessities are provided. The incredible view from the pool deck never got old, the landscaping was gorgeous. The cleanliness and attention to every detail was by far the best VRBO house we've ever stayed at. Overall, it's a 5+ star property.

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so nicely decorated, so clean, and so well stocked with staples you would need, it was like being at home but better. I say “better” because it was a beautiful house in a great location, with a great pool and great hot tub. Our host, Sondra, was very communicative - she gave us information on the house and local things to do even before we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and she contacted us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay.

Sondra & Bob are the best! This was my family’s favorite vacation. Cape Coral is a good time. The beach, fishing charter, jet skis, kayaking, and the food, was all wonderful. And above all, the house is amazing. My wife and I loved it, and we noticed all the small details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect and kayaking off the dock into the canal was a treat! Sondra was very kind, attentive, and informative!

Sondra and Bob could not have created a better experience for us. The home is perfect for family & friends, is exceptionally clean, updated, and very well cared for. From having coffee and cooking extras like spices and oils on site, to lots of clean towels, to the full laundry room, beautiful patio & pool and open layout it is an exceptional experience. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is more well-stocked than any VRBO we have stayed in before. The location is great… right on the water and quiet, yet easy access to several main roads. Sondra was eager to help with ideas for fun things to do and responded quickly to any questions. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We loved the house and the fact that is was on a lake in a quiet neighborhood, yet very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. The house itself is outstanding in so many ways! It is roomy yet feels very cozy with comfy furniture, great decor, and a floor plan that encourages togetherness. We have never stayed at any rental that was so well stocked. They have every kitchen and small appliance one my need to cook; they also provide many spices, cooking oils and condiments; they provide personal items like shampoo, conditioners and lotion; and plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins! The outdoor space is beautiful with a heated pool, hot tub, boat dock, and very nice furniture which makes it so nice to sit outside. They have bikes, kayaks, lots of pool toys, and plenty of beach towels. Loved the sliding doors that open to the lanai! There are many other wonderful things about this house that we could mention. The one thing we must mention is the wonderful hosts of this property. They were very nice to work with and so very welcoming. They had a botttle of wine, snacks, and even a dog dish of fresh water waitiing for us and our Yorkie, Murphy. We could see that they take pride in their home and want others to enjoy their property. Thank you for providing the best location for our much enjoyed vacation!! See you next year!

This is our third time in Cape Coral. It was the first at this property. I read all reviews and found out they were all very accurate! Sondra is amazing! She is so responsive. We really didn’t need anything though but we had a couple rainy days and she gave us some great things to do. The house is so clean and so nice. Our family loved it. It was quiet and very comfortable. They provided everything one could possibly need. The dishes are not mismatched, they are nicer than mine 😂This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in over the last 25 years going Florida!

This house and the host (Sondra) are amazing. Absolutely everything was in the house that we needed. We stayed with 3 young kids. The closests are loaded with everything you could possibly need. The bikes, kayak's, fishing poles, and heated pool made our southwest Florida stay so great. Absolutely a 5 star place to stay. We will be back next year.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Beautiful view and close to places to visit and activities. The owner was exceptional with communicating, to include sending a list of things to do. We didn’t have great weather, but still had an amazing time. The neighborhood is very quiet. Best part was waking up to a cup of coffee sitting outside my bedroom door looking at the view.

This property is amazing! The quietness and relaxing feel surprised us. The neighborhood is quite beautiful and peaceful. The ownwers were so very helpful before and during our stay, keeping us informed of all things Cape Coral. The house was equipped with every comfort needed and more. Amazing all around. Only problem is we had to leave.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 years and have never been on a vacation. Sondra and Bob made it so simple and so wonderful to experience!
The home was beautiful and clean and very well stocked with the essentials and with things like spices and dishes so we didn’t have to do much shopping other than our main meal items.
There were kayaks and bikes in case we wanted to try them and the fishing was great. It was awesome to have the pool to cool off in when it got to hot to keep fishing and the hot tub at night. We are all of our meals outside in the peace and quiet and watched some of the wildlife like marsh rabbits and osprey, fluently if turtles and fish to see sitting on the dock through out different times of day.
Sondra and Bob were very courteous throughout our stay, answering questions when needed and general checking in on us as well as asking us if it was okay for a company to come install a lighter hot tub cover. We had absolutely no problems what so ever with any of the service people coming by since we were notified in advance and they were not disruptive to our stay.
We cannot thank them enough for our first vacation being so peaceful and fun, thank you from Billy and Caitlyn!

This was the greatest property I’ve ever stayed, me & my husband. The hosts are extremely friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anybody headed towards Cape Coral or Fort Myers! When we got rained out of our beach time, it seemed like we could always go back to the house & swim & the rain was cleared up by the time we made it back to the house. Very clean, with ALL the amenities! We will return here one day very soon hopefully!!

The villa is as pictured and described! The wall to wall windows looking out to the pool and water was an amazing way to start and finish each day! The house is built around the pool and outdoor living spaces which added to the relaxed vibe! The property owners are excited to share their house. From the time of booking and through the stay they were eager to provide tips and checkin as needed. The kitchen setup and inventory make all meals easy! Really no reason to leave the house! Our 8 year old loved the pool and the Foosball table all hours of the day. A perfect few days away! We look forward to booking again!

Our family has been staying in VRBO rentals at least once a year, all over the US, for the last 11 years and this property is by far the cleanest, well functioning and most well appointed place we have stayed!! So much so that we scratched our plans to frequent nearby beaches after just one beach visit because the house had everything we needed to relax, soak up some sun, entertain ourselves, cook (and set a beautiful table every evening) and just be together! We try to visit a new state each year, but if we return to the Fort Myers area, we will absolutely stay here again! Thank you Sondra and Bob for providing a true home away from home!!

Our stay in Sondra and Bob's impeccable and gorgeous home was memorable. We wished we could have stayed longer. They are so detailed oriented. They gave us tips before we got there, and offered a legendary service all the time.
The moment we walked in we were impressed with the open view of the lake. The house has everything you will ever need. The beds and all the furniture are all super comfortable, the kitchen fully equiped with nice appliances, china, cutlery, even spices! The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities offered surpassed our expectations.
Watching the sunrise from the master bedroom was spectacular! We highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay. The house comfortably fit all of us - three adults and two teens. We were impressed with the overall layout of the home and the privacy for everyone. Each room having thier own bathroom was such a nice additon. the home is immaculate. The hot tub was fantastic to have. The pool was perfect - so nice to take an afternoon dip or evening swim. Sondra and Bob were fantastic at providing receomendations for places to eat, sight seeing and tours. They made our stay so welcoming! This truly was a very stress free stay
