We had an amazing time during our stay and it was a nice way to end the summer before back to school. Check-in was a breeze and Sondra had everything we could need! Will definitely be staying again in the future!

My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 years and have never been on a vacation. Sondra and Bob made it so simple and so wonderful to experience! The home was beautiful and clean and very well stocked with the essentials and with things like spices and dishes so we didn’t have to do much shopping other than our main meal items. There were kayaks and bikes in case we wanted to try them and the fishing was great. It was awesome to have the pool to cool off in when it got to hot to keep fishing and the hot tub at night. We are all of our meals outside in the peace and quiet and watched some of the wildlife like marsh rabbits and osprey, fluently if turtles and fish to see sitting on the dock through out different times of day. Sondra and Bob were very courteous throughout our stay, answering questions when needed and general checking in on us as well as asking us if it was okay for a company to come install a lighter hot tub cover. We had absolutely no problems what so ever with any of the service people coming by since we were notified in advance and they were not disruptive to our stay. We cannot thank them enough for our first vacation being so peaceful and fun, thank you from Billy and Caitlyn!

This was the greatest property I’ve ever stayed, me & my husband. The hosts are extremely friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anybody headed towards Cape Coral or Fort Myers! When we got rained out of our beach time, it seemed like we could always go back to the house & swim & the rain was cleared up by the time we made it back to the house. Very clean, with ALL the amenities! We will return here one day very soon hopefully!!

The villa is as pictured and described! The wall to wall windows looking out to the pool and water was an amazing way to start and finish each day! The house is built around the pool and outdoor living spaces which added to the relaxed vibe! The property owners are excited to share their house. From the time of booking and through the stay they were eager to provide tips and checkin as needed. The kitchen setup and inventory make all meals easy! Really no reason to leave the house! Our 8 year old loved the pool and the Foosball table all hours of the day. A perfect few days away! We look forward to booking again!

The house was everything you see in the pictures and so much more! The owners thought of everything. They offered great travel tips, we're quick to respond, and even surprised us with an anniversary gift upon arrival. The house is a vacation all on its own. We will definitely be back!

Our family has been staying in VRBO rentals at least once a year, all over the US, for the last 11 years and this property is by far the cleanest, well functioning and most well appointed place we have stayed!! So much so that we scratched our plans to frequent nearby beaches after just one beach visit because the house had everything we needed to relax, soak up some sun, entertain ourselves, cook (and set a beautiful table every evening) and just be together! We try to visit a new state each year, but if we return to the Fort Myers area, we will absolutely stay here again! Thank you Sondra and Bob for providing a true home away from home!!

Our stay in Sondra and Bob's impeccable and gorgeous home was memorable. We wished we could have stayed longer. They are so detailed oriented. They gave us tips before we got there, and offered a legendary service all the time. The moment we walked in we were impressed with the open view of the lake. The house has everything you will ever need. The beds and all the furniture are all super comfortable, the kitchen fully equiped with nice appliances, china, cutlery, even spices! The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities offered surpassed our expectations. Watching the sunrise from the master bedroom was spectacular! We highly recommend this place. Thank you Sondra and Bob! The three Amigas will never forget the bonding time we spent there.

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host was extremely kind and sent us a list of local attractions and places to grab a bite to eat. The home was well equipped and had everything one could possibly need. The pool was amazing and the views were spectacular. We can’t wait to come back!

The check in process was very easy and the house was very nice. Every amenity that we could need for our stay was available. We also saw rabbits on the property while we were lounging by the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The house comfortably fit all of us - three adults and two teens. We were impressed with the overall layout of the home and the privacy for everyone. Each room having thier own bathroom was such a nice additon. the home is immaculate. The hot tub was fantastic to have. The pool was perfect - so nice to take an afternoon dip or evening swim. Sondra and Bob were fantastic at providing receomendations for places to eat, sight seeing and tours. They made our stay so welcoming! This truly was a very stress free stay thanks again for hosting!

Great house with all the extras!

I cannot imagine a VRBO better than this property! The house is beautiful; the views amazing; the amenities perfect; and the hosts communicative, helpful, and extremely responsive. My husband and I, along with our two adult sons, were anticipating a long-awaited vacation get-away. After the stressors of the last three years, we wanted some place where we could relax and just enjoy being together. This house was it! We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave the house as there is so much to do and enjoy right there. We spent the week in the pool and the hot tub. We grilled our food and enjoyed it on the covered lanai. We fished on the kayaks. We rode bikes. We challenged each other to foosball matches. We just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful views. When Sondra told me to just pack our clothes, I should have listened. The house has every amenity you can think of from soaps, shampoos, first aid supplies, games, cooking supplies and spices, and everything in between. The house is immaculately clean and well stocked. The process of making the reservation to checking out was seamless. Prior to our stay and during our stay, Sondra was a gem. When we arrived on the 30th, she had set out New Year's champagne and favors! She generously supplied us with recommendations on stores, restaurants, and local activities. We have NEVER stayed at a VRBO where the owner cared as much about the comfort of her guests. Her communication was flawless. Shoutout for two local places -- (1) Farmer Joe's grocery store 8 minutes away is amazing. The produce is impeccably fresh. The meat selections are outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. (2) Outlaw Fishing Charter --- A personalized charter and well worth the money. Captain Dalton will take good care of you. (3) Others --- Just ask Sondra. She didn't steer us wrong on anything. The only downside to this property is that we had to leave. We can't wait to return. Our family of 4 with two kids, 9 & 10, enjoyed every minute while we stayed at this property. You’ll want for nothing, some of the best things included are all sorts of towels, pool toys galore, all your beach needs and a fabulous pool with a view. We will be back!

I was texted by the owner and sent all kinds of eating establishment ideas ahead of our arrival. We were greeted at the door (earlier than check in time) by the owner who showed us around and gave us tips on everything from tv remotes to garage door opener to pots and pans and kitchen utensils and accessories. And she had wine and Christmas cookies for us! There is nothing this house doesn’t have. The views from the inside looking out on the lake are gorgeous. The pool is heated and lovely as is the hot tub! Our kids and I loved the kayaks and the bikes and foos ball table. We had large dinners in and the owner put an extra leaf on the dining room table and had a beautiful Christmas tree for us! The attention to detail is bar none with this place. What a find for us! We will be back!

This property fit our needs/wants perfectly. Not one but disappointed. The heated pool was a big hit with the grandbabies!

This villa is truly 5 stars. It's clean and beautifully decorated. The outside area is as lovely as inside. The pool is heated and the outside area is spacious. There isn't a thing left to want. We loved our time together. You won't be disappointed

Great time in Cape Coral, FL. The Villa was as good as it gets with every possible accommodation. Sondra and Bob are tremendous hosts and go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible at the Villa. They even provided a dozen roses to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Hurricane Ian did not prevent us from doing anything in the Cape Coral area. Most of the restaurants were open and we were able to do everything we planned to do. Overall a great trip and we would definitely stay at this property again.

There are only great things to say about our stay. After reading the previous reviews, I can't agree more with what everyone else has already stated. The privacy and quite were among some of the aspects of this house we enjoyed the most. Keep doing what you're doing because it works! Thanks again!!

Everything about this was easy and as advertised. Owners were great and provided good information about area. Even left flowers for my wife for her birthday! The place was extremely clean, safe neighborhood, excellent view and they had everything you could think of. Close to many great beaches and Naples area.
