About this house rental
Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation. The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV . The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun. The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with ping pong table and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun. Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill. In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house. Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater. The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs. Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

The property is neat as a pin and was spotless when we arrived. Ewa and Casey our hosts had excellent communication and quickly responded to any questions we had. It’s on a fairly busy road but it is remarkably quiet at night for sleeping. The very short walk to the beach made that enjoyable for everyone and the heated pool was a nice way to end the day. The outside shower and half bath accessed from the patio were perfect for rinsing off before and after using the pool and kept wet feet out of the house. Overall the house is tastefully redone and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a heated pool with beach access close by.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal on the beach. This home is literally across the street from the beach access!
There were toys for the babies, beach chairs, a great heated pool which came in handy as it was a little breezy when we were there!
Everything was in working order, and clean!
our only complaint was the limited parking. It was not disclosed in the description that there was only a one car spot in driveway, in addition to a spot inside garage. We had multiple people coming for tenewal( pastor, photographer) and we had to go pick them up at a nearby public parking lot.
I feel that should have been disclosed for people arriving in multiple vehicles.
Also, no laundry detergent was provided for us to run a load of used sheets as owner asked us to do at departure.
It was not stated in description either, that we would have to start laundry so we did not bring detergent.
We really enjoyed this home and the weekend with our entire family!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family spring break getaway! We traveled with my two parents, my husband and I, along with our two daughters (ages 3 & 5). The size of the pool is on the smaller side but was perfect for my two young girls to swim in when we didn’t want to walk across the street to the beach. It was a game changer to only need to walk right across the street to the beach with two young children in stead of having to pack up and drive to the beach (even though the street was very busy). They had all of the beach supplies you could think of including beech chairs, umbrella, towels, beach toys and a wagon to hall everything back and forth. They do not provide any kids life jackets for the pool, so we did pack ours in our suitcases for our two daughters. We did see cockroaches the first few days in the kitchen in the evenings that came out from under the appliances (we are from MN but understand that cockroaches are very common in FL) but I contacted the homeowner about it and she had pest control come out to the house that next day to treat the house and we didn’t see any more for the remainder of our stay. All in all the house was incredibly clean and I would highly recommend this house for any desired beach vacation!! 5 stars!

Truly wonderful!! Super clean great location. So fun heading to the beach right across the street and the pool was wonderful. Loved having all the beach chairs and wagons!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Everything was great. Just as advertised. The only drawback was the parking since we had 2 cars. Also getting in and out. But that is to be expected since it’s right on the main drag.

Really lovely home with a cute backyard and pool. We had breakfast outside on the days we could and it felt like a secluded oasis. The location is great, and it wasn't loud at all while we were there.

Our parents and children stayed at the home. They played in the (perfect temperature in November )pool for hours each day and there was enough space for everyone to sleep and relax in the home. They enjoyed the ping pong table too. There was a kayak and SUP that we wished we'd had time to use but we were busy with a wedding. Great location to be close to everything (beach, mini golf, John's pass, Shell Key Preserve). Nice clean home, well stocked kitchen, and great hosts! Thank you

The property was amazing and just as described! We enjoyed everything about it. It was clean, convenient and had everything you needed. The pool area in the back was so relaxing and we enjoyed it the most. The pool is not huge, but worked out perfect for all of us! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. We stayed at the home with our family (children 4 and 8) and had an absolute perfect vacation. The pool is perfect for small kids and the beach is literally across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better location and a more beautiful home for our stay. We will definitely return for another trip in the future. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved this place!! its just as it’s described. We had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to use after being on the beach all day. The grill was great because we ate in every night but one so having the grill and kitchen made it easy. The beach nowas phenomenal! We literally had a private beach all week! Casey was amazing at helping out with a couple of things and his communication was greatly appreciated. We have decided we are coming back next year and will be excited to stay here! Great place!!

Right across the street from the beach with great sunsets. Unlike other areas with several large hotels and condos lining the beach. Walking distance to various bars, restaurants, and shops. Loved the plunge pool and outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It is located close to the beach and has a wonderful pool in the back yard. Home was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials, washer dryer, linens etc. There was beach chairs and chart for our use. Host was very helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

My daughter wanted a quick getaway with her two-year-old and husband before the summer crowd to celebrate her birthday. I was hesitant about this property at the beginning, because of the busy road and our two year old. However, it was not near as challenging as I thought. It was the perfect location for our time away. the walk to the beach was super easy. It was very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and even a playground for our toddler. The house served our family perfectly with all the toddler necessities already there. The only thing that I feel like we didn’t communicate well on was the trash pick up dates. They were listed on a piece of paper , but we did not see that paper until after the pick up days. We had to leave trash and recyclables inside the house as we checked out. (Which I felt

This house is perfectly appointed to meet every need for a family. There were surprises like a pack and play and feeding chair. The pool was perfect and warm. So close to the beach and with all the beach accessories you could need. Would definitely come back!

Once again, this property has been an awesome getaway for my family and I. The backyard patio and private pool are very accommodating to kids and adults. My grandboys, 8 and 10 yo, loved the pool. The house and bedrooms was very comfortable. The beach is right across Gulf Blvd which is easy to access. We loved this place!

Exactly as described. It’s not huge but it was perfect for six of us. Able to accommodate little ones. Pool was great, no issues all week. Had a fluke where the hot water heater died. Eva responded immediately and it was replaced in about 4 hours. While there are many comments about the busy street, it is absolutely not a problem. Doesn’t detract from the oasis that is the back yard, crossing to get to the beach or backing out of the driveway is a breeze - traffic is heavy when the light down the street is green, but then there are HUGE gaps to back out or cross with ease. Trolley stop is a huge help. Walkable to restaurants and stores but sufficient distance so you don’t feel like you are staying in a business district. Great spot!

This property exceeded my expectations. The private pool was wonderful. Location is good. Busy road in front but we didn’t have too much trouble crossing to get to the beach. I personally would have like a tv in the bedrooms but otherwise is was excellent.

We stayed for 16 days and the pictures do not do it justice. We were so pleasantly surprised, what a beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable. House was so clean, well-stocked and in great shape.
The location of being able to cross the street and there’s the access to beach was perfect.
The pool was heated and so warm, perfect for a chilly night after a day at the beach.
The owner was fantastic. Easily available for any issue.
Restaurants were all in walking distance and the food/nightlife was perfect! Conch house for the Mahi coconut crusted , Capt Bills for BBQ and Football game, Frabattas for Pizza (pizza was fantastic) and the salt water hippie beach bar for live music.
Overall,I would absolutely love to stay again. What a perfect place and location!!

My sister and I stayed here over a long weekend. Pool was a nice amenity and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The backyard was especially great to lounge around in, lots of nice seating and landscaping.
As others have mentioned, the house needs some upgrades (the beds are just flabbergastingly bad, I wouldn’t stay here with any back problems) but we didn’t spend much time inside so not really an issue for us.
One piece I haven’t seen mentioned is, the house is located on a really busy road. Cars go extremely fast, and the traffic sounds are pretty consistent —again not really a bother if you’re mostly on the beach, but I’d be wary with kids.

The property was just as advertised. Three bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen, 1 x bunkbed with full size bottom, and twin size top). Four of us slept very comfortably. Two full bathrooms inside, plus one full bathroom outside by the pool. Game room/ Sun room with a ping pong table feeds directly into the backyard, which was a gem. Pool was on the small side, but a great spot to hang out. Vegetation provides a lot of privacy. And the best feature? Just cross the street, walk 2 houses over, and you're on the beach! Would recommend.

We celebrated my husband‘s 60th birthday it was a surprise. Friends and family came we had a great time, great location I would suggest more bath towels. Great time!
