Together, the bedrooms can accommodate up to ten family and friends on a Stone Harbor vacation.
Designed around an open-concept, vaulted-ceiling second floor, with a well-appointed chefs kitchen, this home features bright and voluminous living and dining spaces, both inside and out. An expansive dining deck, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, overlooks the backyard pool. In addition, enjoy the luxury two master bedrooms, each with a King bed, private bathroom and deck on the second floor.
Follow the staircase upstairs to further elevate the relaxation and enjoyment of your vacation. The wet bar in the loft is a great place to prepare a drink to savor while viewing panoramas of the surrounding community and spectacular sunrise and sunsets from the crow�s nest deck.
Perfect for entertaining, the family room offers a large wet bar made for entertaining and preparing and enjoying drinks and snacks for lucky guests. Multiple doors open wide to the back yard and deck to invite in summer fun and sun, making the space feel like an extension of the pool. Three additional spacious bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 with twin beds, each have en-suite baths. Completing this level are a large laundry room and powder room.
Enjoy the luxury of your own swimming pool, perfect for a dip during those hot summer days. Bask in the sun, pool-side with a great book or take a nap in a sun lounger, enjoy your morning coffee at the cabana and relax with a glass of wine in the evening while making memories with family and friends, as television entertainment plays in the background.
