Perfecto para una noche en Vitoria

Las camas son comodísimas!

El edificio no tiene ascensor, además nos tocó estar en la tercera planta y hacía un poco de agobio..

Centrico y nuevito.

La ubicación es perfecta. Esta nuevito y para dormir un dia super bien. El baño perfekt. Pequeñito pero perfecto y hasta con secador.

Las almohadas son super altas.

Todo bien, la pared se merece una capa de pintura.

La ubicacion perfecta, la insonorización en relacion al ruido de la calle.

la habitacion del primer piso tenia las paredes muy sucias y un fuerte olor a tabaco. la insonorizacion con la habitación colidante no era muy buena, vecinos ruidosos

La ubicación perfecta

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. La cama era cómoda y con la puerta del balcón cerrada no se escuchaba mucho ruido.

El tamaño es justillo para un par de noches y solamente ir a dormir.

Alguna luz y muchas sombras

-Ubicación -Facilidad de entrada al hotel y habitación -Respuesta muy rápida por parte de la dirección del hotel al problema que teníamos

-Encontramos la persiana de la habitación rota y es cierto que lo repararon al día siguiente, pero tuvimos de dormir una noche con la persiana medio abierta y con el ruido del tráfico, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una zona muy concurrida. -El personal de limpieza es muy ruidoso, A las 9:30 de la mañana ya no se podía dormir. -Tamaño de habitación muy reducida.

Vitoria's probably best option!

I quite liked the location, very close to the pedestrian street and centre, and the overall environment of it all. The bed was large and comfy. The Wi-Fi was there. It was all quite inexpensive, which I loved!

If there was one thing, it would be the proximity to the next door guests and their room. (not really a critique)

Very poor

Location not the best (people hanging out on doorway, making entrance difficult) but close to train station.

Firstly the staff were awful in their absence - asked for help with taxis on text. Read but not answered. Room smelled appallingly of air freshener - I appreciate trying to mask bad smells but it was so potent it made my eyes water!

Acceptable standard for the price

Great location.

Self check in was problematic - it was not possible to get on with a code, the owner had to let us in (later we were using a key - it was in a room). The room was smelling od cigarettes and wasn't very clean (hair on the floor, mold on the celling in the bathroom).

Good location and affordable price

The location and clear instructions to check in

Smell of cigarretes and mould in the bath ceiling. Bathroom door didn't close unless locked. Windows were noisy because of lack of lubricant.

The price-quality ratio.

Despite facing a busy street, the room met the soundproofing test. There was no staff at the hotel but everything worked very well via WhatsApp (even a last minute appointment for a car park). The comfort of the beds was memorable. The location was not far from the main area to visit.

The worst. Avoid at all costs!

Nothing except location

No elevator and super narrow and long staircase. They put us on 3rd floor with all the luggage, it was absolutely insane. Room is small as jail cell with no air conditioner and smells like toilet.

The location is great.

Noise throught the room walls from other rooms. Smelly sewage from the bathroom. Room 302 bathroom - the sink is falling out from wall. I was concerned it will droop at me.

It’s pretty basic and comfortable enough.

No sockets next to the bed and no table. Around 5 AM a bunch of people gathered in a hallway and was shouting non-stop for half an hour, making it impossible to sleep.

Walls are thin as paper, can hear raucous guests throughout the night and constant noise (cars, pedestrians etc) all through the night also. Very noisy.
