Not aware a dog would be barking in the room next to us.👎🏻 Was impressed with check in &out process

Breakfast was good, items quickly refilled, coffee good. Variety of items. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable.

Label items in plastic containers so there wouldn’t be a lot of touching. Barking dog!

Unique stay for all families, singles and couples

We loved the uniqueness of the property as well as the fun little features that just make you want to sit and relax. Like the little nooks for working or reading, the egg seats chilling in the front of the hotel or the large comfy couches with the big arrangement of board games. It is definitely a hotel for families, singles or couples. The rooms are big and spacious. We fell in love with the Not Soap Radio products, now I’m going to spend a fortune buying them lol (totally worth the money). The breakfast was so good and the bar was kept super clean. Oh and the free water and cookies was definitely a big plus :)

The elevators weren’t working, you could go up but not down. I have bad knees and thankfully we were on the second floor so we didn’t have too far to go. But hauling luggage down that was not the easiest way to leave after spending such an amazingly relaxing weekend. I wish the juice was a little less watered down, but that’s it.

You will not be disappointed!

I loved this place. Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything about it was amazing! It is modern, pet friendly, kid friendly, has so many things to do on site, games, pool table, swimming pool, etc. We were here because of a loss in the family, but the accommodations and staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and everyone just seemed comfortable and laid back. We would definitely stay here again!

All hotels. Should look and feel like this one. It was very nice to sit in the lounge with our dog and enjoy our dinner

It was new very clean and comfortable

It is the same at all hotels. When they are hosting a group. Such as sports teams. Weddings etc. they should group those guests together so they do not disrupt other guests. On the same floor. There are actually people that rent the rooms Who just want a good nights sleep!!!

I feel wor sure than what I did when I took the trip my back is in tremendous pain

I liked how the staff were very very friendly I have never met a motel with such nice people and they also helped us with a pizza for dinner the staff knew that I was not happy being at that motel because I was stuck there by the reservation people and I did not really want to be there but they did their best above and beyond to try and make us as comfortable as they could very sweet people

The beds were too hard there were no Jacuzzi in the room the indoor pool was not heated like the ad said it was the pool was very cold

Very clean! Fenced in dog area was nice. Complimentary cookies, water and fruit in the lobby. Beds were comfy. Right off I75.

Clean and comfortable room with a wonderful staff

The property was super clean and there were plenty of staff members around working hard and helping guests. They were all very friendly and we greatly appreciated the hospitality. We were very grateful to the staff member who let us borrow an ice scraper to clear the snow and ice from our windshield before we headed home. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the stay! Very clean and comfortable! Good people to get to know.

It was a very clean facility and all the areas seem to be open and organized. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us after Booking.com messed up our dates.

Some of the electronic door locks didn’t work properly (minor). I would have like to see a slightly larger selection available for breakfast.
