Perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at Manuel’s Marcus Suite for 3 days. The room was perfect, spacious, luxurious and clean. The breakfast every morning was simple but very good, accompanied with good coffee. Manuel is a very kind host who had lots of recommendations for the city and the region. I would recommend to stay here to everyone that is visiting Cagliari!

Absolutely stunning place with the most perfect host in a great location! This is your sign to book!

Everything! This was the best accomodation that we stayed at across our 4 week holiday, and we even attempted to cancel some of our other hotels, to stay again. Manuel is the perfect host, offering help during our stay and after. The place has all you expect and more. Do not hesitate, and make sure you book a stay at Marcus rooms when you are next in Cagliari!

Very nice room, needs a few adjustments

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Nice tv. It had some nice view from the windows. It was very near the station, easy to find and, after following instructions, easy to get in. The bed was very comfortable.

The room needs soundproofing. Some chatty seagulls woke us up very early in the morning and then again a sound of cutting board (?) at 6 AM. The breakfast was only from 08:30 to 09:30, we had to share a table with the other guests (maybe good for morning persons?), the variety was not big, salty (some pies) or(?) sweet (croissants) but the products were of quality, yet the offer was limited in number. What really stressed us out was that we could not leave our luggage until the time of our flight. The owner prompted us to leave our luggage at the station (there is no such service) or a luggage service nearby, saying that it is just 3 euros (it was 17).

Disappointing.

In an area of good restaurants.

I thought this was to be a typical bed and breakfast with use of common areas (living, dining, etc). Instead it was a single en suite small bedroom in someone's house. Host made clear we only enter, walk down a hall and go straight to our small bedroom in his condo. We were not to bother him as he used the rest of his house. VERY misleading impression on Booking. This was basically like a room in someone's home at high hotel prices.

Perfect stay for couple to enjoy the city and eat a great food and stay in clean and safe room.

The room was exemptionaly clean and big in a safe environment, also the owner was super friendly and kind that respects his guests and their privacy! Freshly baked traditional breakfast, ideal to start a peaceful day in this historic city. Great location, 50m away from all the restaurants and 3min walk to train from airport.

there was no designated parking but public transport is good, and you actualy don't need it, also rent a car and rent a scooter is near, there is also public parkings near. (for rent a scooter is free)

A wonderful stop for a short break

A beautiful, modern room that was absolutely spotless. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a great shower. Fantastic location in the centre. Relatively quiet given the central location. Communication was great - he replied very quickly and was a great help.

Breakfast was very good but would be nice to be a little more private.

Beautiful bedroom and close to the old town. Recommended

Good and fast communication before check-in. Free parking in front of the door. Very well decorated flat, beautiful and comfortable bedroom. 1 min walk from the Old Town. Well welcomed by Manuel! Good breakfast.

Exceptional

We stayed there for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. Manuel is such a friendly and communicative person who also gave us good tipps etc. The room is very luxurios, clean and spacious so that we felt very comfortable from the first moment on. The location is great, just 2-3 minutes walk from a lively street in the center where you have plenty of bars and restaurants . we will come again!
