This condo is in a perfect location and our stay was fantastic. My only complaint, the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s lumpy and sloped on the sides.

We have stayed several times at Pennay's and always enjoy our stay. We usually go for hikes up the mountains and then enjoy the comforts if home in the evenings. Having a full kitchen is handy. We have always brought our dogs and there are plenty of places to take them. Pennay's is walking distance to town and the river.

Cheri was kind enough to upgrade us to a one bedroom condo that had just been beautifully remodeled. The location was so close to the river you could hear it from the patio and there is a nice walking path adjacent to the property.

Very comfortable place within a short walk/ski
to the River Run gondola. Decor is a little dated but very clean with a fairly well equipped kitchen and super comfortable king bed. Great dog walking on a trail almost outside the door.and Ketchum has an awesome dog park that is about a 6-7 min drive away. Walk to restaurants in Ketchum. Would definitely stay here again.

Been staying at Pennay's since 1981 and love the location and the accommodations. The only negative is that the kitchen supplies, glasses, cooking utensils are a bit on the low side. Probable has to do with breakage or as my wife says people staying in multiple units may move stuff from one to the other and not return it, I know a minor complaint but we could not cook any pasta since there was not collander in our unitl

Awesome Location
If you love to ski, this is the place to stay. A very short walk to the River Run Plaza. The condo was just as advertised. Kitchen was a little lacking but the location made it great for easy access to Ketchum. Right adjacent to the Wood River Trail, it was pet friendly and worked really well for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as described in the listing. The location was ideal and the apartment was clean. It is a 5 min walk to the base of the gondola, and 10 min to the downtown core. The only critique I can make is of the hot tub. The water looked a little off color during my stay (greenish). The hot tub was a main reason for selecting this property so I used it almost everyday despite the off color.

Outdoor Jaccuzi is added bonus after day of hiking/biking. Decor a bit dated, but I'm not there to spend time inside. Freezer can make ice cubes almost faster than u need them. LOVE this place.

I absolutely loved the location - close to resort and river, and only few blocks from all shops and restaurants in downtown Ketchum. The accommodations were perfect, and I especially loved the bunk beds. We could look out the sliding glass door and deck and see mountains - it was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our visit to Sun Valley and also our stay at Pennay's. The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and so close to the ski runs. We really enjoyed the snowmobile shuttle at the end of the day!! We will be back!

Great spacious apartment. Parking right outside the door, so easy in/out for our stuff. More than enough room for the two of us. Location couldn't be better. Just a short walk through the woods to the base. On weekend afternoons they run a little sled back and forth which is a nice luxury after a full day's skiing. Staff was very responsive and helpful.
