About this apartment rental
"Location Location" and beautiful ocean views is what keeps our guests coming back year after year. Fall asleep/wake up to the sound of Nantucket Sound hitting the sand just steps away. Our contemporary style studio has all the comforts of home and the pictures speak for themselves from the fully appliance upgraded kitchen to the lovely living/bedroom area. There's a comfortable couch for watching the TV and walk out deck which overlooks the ocean which is directly across the street. There is pergo flooring throughout, cathedral ceiling with skylight, ceiling fan, highspeed password protected WIFI and of course A/C. There is a newly renovated full bath for 2024 and the unit has just been repainted for 2024.. The "sleeping loft" is accessible via pull down attic stairs and is only suitable for an older child .
Other amenities include a small association public beach directly across the street, deck overlooking the water and backyard with picnic tables and charcoal grills. There is an outdoor "common" shower (cold water) for guests of the complex to rinse off after the beach Being a studio, our condo is most suited for 2 adults, however, sleeping loft can be used by older child/teen only. Restaurants, shops, golf, activities, ferry service to the islands are located only minutes away by car. You can walk to a few restaurants and two larger beaches (3 minute walk)
Please note: Towels and Sheets ARE NOT provided. You MUST bring your own. If this is a hardship (if you are traveling via plane) several of my guest have used a linen rental service. (Info to be provided upon request) There are no washer/dryer facilities on the premise. This is the norm for complexes such as these (all owner owned units). Comforter, Pillows and blankets provided, however, most guests do like to bring their own.
There is a designated parking spot for one vehicle ONLY (Car or SUV only).
No attached trailers or motor homes are allowed.
I have retained the same housekeeper for over 18 years. She goes above and beyond with disinfecting and sanitizing. My 5 star reviews is a reflection of her work.

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to rent this property and sign off on an agreement.
Peak season rentals are Saturday to Saturday requiring a 7 or 14 night minimum. Off season check in/check out dates are flexible. There is a $75 cleaning fee and $200 fully refundable security deposit. There is no security deposit required for return guests. Book now for prime summer vacation weeks.
*Activities: There are many activities to keep you busy on your vacation. Rent an electric paddle boat or canoe/kayak and paddle your way up Swan River ending at South Village Beach. Try a Whale Watch out of neighboring Harwichport or take a cruise around Hyannisport Harbor. Antique shops galore line historic route 6A in Dennis. Golf, hiking and bike rentals are close by. Ferry service to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are just minutes away. Activities are endless on beautiful Cape Cod.

It is centrally located in the middle of Cape Cod, making it convenient for day trips to either direction of the cape. This area offers some of the best restaurants featuring the freshest of seafood. Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis is 20 minutes away, but shops of all kinds stretch for miles on route 28, which is five minutes from the condo.
Massachusetts imposes a 14.45% lodging tax to all owners who rent their property. You will see this tax listed in the breakdown of costs. We are registered owners of rental property with the Massachusetts Dept of Revenue.

Location was better than expected. Private beach access right across the street, however access not monitored so many people coming on the beach that should not be there. The Sailing Cow Cafe is a great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is outstanding and fun..

Perfect location..and the view is amazing!!! Directly across from the beach…and walking distance (3 minutes) 2 larger beaches. We love sitting out on the deck watching the waves rolling in…and watching the sun come up is absolutely breathtaking …It’s the perfect size for my husband and I. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway or longer…beach chairs, kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities!!
We have stayed at Bob and Claire’s several times…it is absolutely SUPER CLEAN, tidy and tastefully decorated!!

Their check in was completely smooth and easy. Which was one of the things I was worried about. The property was extremely clean other owners were friendly as well. The area was beautiful my all time favorite was sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunset. The colors were beautiful over the water. And quiet really any time of day. I can’t say enough of how well Claire made it feel as if it was your own. Thank you again for the amazing quick getaway that myself and friend needed.

Room was perfect and the setting was very nice. Less than a mile from the wedding in Harwich port @ Wychmere Beach Club. We would stay here again on our summers from Sarasota. We did not use the kitchen and the shower had nothing to hold on to such as a grab bar necessitating us to shower elsewhere. We are landlords and always ask our new tenants to inspect the property and if there is anything less than perfect to document and take pictures with in the first hour to take them off the hook should there be damage after they leave. This apartment was in good shape however there were 7 small dents in the freezer/refrigerator doors and a chipped tile in the bathroom. Nether affected our stay at all as long as the owner is aware that it wastes rented in that condition. We did take pictures upon our arrival. Great spot…you will not be disappointed!!

This was our 3rd summer vacation at Bob and Claire’s beautiful condo. This condo is very well kept and practical. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need( dishes, glasses, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, microwave, refrigerator and stove)
The beach view from the balcony is amazing, steps away from the beach…Everything is just as described!!! Great view and super clean condo!!! We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Great communication with Claire!! Looking forward to next year going back.. June 2023

Only complaint would be that it is clearly stated that the Association is very strict in not allowing pets, the owner of the building staying below us had a dog with them that barked at everything that went by it, including us every time we went by. Annoying!

We enjoyed our stay in this studio by the ocean. The deck was great to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Everything is as noted online. We had one day they were replacing an electric pole which was noisy & power was out for most of the day, but not the fault of owner. Plenty of beaches nearby.

Wish the shower had a better shower head, and the liner curtain could use weights to keep from sticking to you. Older TV without YouTube or other streaming options. Good for a landing spot if you’re moving around the Cape during the day.

Ocean view is partially obstructed by a building on the ocean side of the street but still a nice view and close enough to enjoy the sound of the surf. Lovely little balcony on the ocean side. This is an end unit so it feels a little more private. Restaurant within walking distance. Owner provides clear information to be prepared for your stay.

While the condo is across the street from the ocean, it’s just steps from the beach. We sat out on the very large deck and relaxed as we enjoyed the amazing view of the waves rolling in. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. It’s bright, clean, tastefully decorated and has a nice size kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The check in process was so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time! It was the perfect small space for me and my boyfriend and so close to the beach! We liked walking over to the sailing cow and stopping at the beach before or after to just hangout. The space is small but perfect for two, and has a nice balcony so you can enjoy the fresh air, see the ocean, and do a little people watching

This studio apartment was extremely clean. It boasts a nice view of the water and was adequately equipped for all of our needs. Comfortable queen bed. We appreciated the security light that came on as we started up the steps each evening. Claire was an excellent communicator. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Claire’s condo—the perfect spot for a couple’s beach week. The location is ideal, with easy access to both ends of the Cape and plenty of things to do on sunny or overcast days. The condo was well kept and head everything we needed, and it’s hard to beat the access to the private beach across the street. Thanks for a great stay!
