Luxurious ground level riverfront condo with breathtaking views of the Colorado River and Laughlin casinos. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with jetted tub in master. Brand new king size bed in master, queen in second bedroom and twin/full bunkbeds in 3rd bedroom. Full amenities, including wireless internet, cable, AC, laundry room, 65" flat screen tv in family room, and all the kitchen appliances you need to enjoy an amazing family meal. Large patio has easy access to the pool, hot tubs, BBQs, private beach, launch ramp and boat slips. Don't worry about waiting in line to launch your boat or seadoo because the launch ramp is private.
This condo complex is in gated community, secured with cameras and gate code.
Easy access to casinos from the water taxi that will pick you up on the private island directly in front of the condo.
Multiple options to rent boats and seadoos within walking distance to condo. Also, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores minutes away.

Having access to the riverside from the patio was a huge difference, we’ve stayed many times at this complex in several upper units but never in a lower unit, it made our stay easier to go and come from the island, pool and bbq area with all our belongings. This unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed during our time there, the only thing I would recommend would be to provide a few more bath towels for showering, we had to wash the ones provided over and over to have a clean towel, not a big deal but a few more would’ve been nice to have!! We look forward to our next years trip back to the river and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Unit was pretty clean, had mostly everything we needed. May need some more pots, pans and silverware to accommodate 6+ people staying. Must bring coffee grounds or instant coffee. Location was great, rooms are great, remotes for tvs were a little tricky but TV worked great once came on. Only main bad thing was a above neighbour stomping on the floor and sounds like remodelling their condo upstairs 2 mornings while we stayed. Very loud, hard to sleep & annoying! Other than that we had a great time and would like to return next year again! Nathan

Although Bullhead City might be singular focused with the casinos and Colorado River, there is plenty to keep you entertained. And where better to do it in a VRBO such as this one, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all the amenities, pool, hot tub, the river , river taxes, river tours, and local tour destinations. Lots of fun with family and friends. Definitely recommended.

The location is perfect. Easy access to everything in Bullhead City, and short distance to Laughlin. Clean gated and secure location and was everything and more of what we anticipated! The condo was beautiful and it was fully equipped with necessities. Host was always prompt in responding to any inquiries and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this condo to a Everyone!

Perfect location!

I’ve stayed at hotels every time I came into Laughlin and after staying at Brian’s place I will now only rent here when available. Very spacious condo and a short walk down to the River with private beach/island area and places to cook all your meals. Book before it’s gone!

My family and I had the best time at this property. The condo was clean, spacious and right next to the river and pool! The owner Brian was always quick to respond back if and when I had any questions. Truly one of the best and relaxing vacation we ever had!

View was beautiful, check in and check out process was extremely easy. Little difficult to find the condo number, but owner calls you before stay and gives you instructions over the phone before hand.

All I can say is this is a five star place. It’s clean, great location, comfortable beds, lots of room, and the patio is large with lots of area to sit outside and enjoy the River. Will definitely stay here again.

Great little family get away

Great little family get away

This property was perfect for us, super clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Property is right on the River and we spent our days on the private beach. The water taxi picked us up from our own private dock which was fun for the kids. Brian was easy to get in touch with and was very kind and explained everything about how to get to the property perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

This property was so amazing and right on river with own private dock, ramp, pool, jacuzzi which is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The property is also gated security which was a bonus as we felt completely safe. When I walked into the house it was soooo clean and beautiful. The decorations just make you relax right when you walk in. The property owner Brian was outstanding and so easy to work with. He was just a phone call or text away which was so nice and professional. This house was awesome and the only place I am staying at in Laughlin.

Immaculate, perfect view & location.

Simple process, immediate contact with owner. Their condo was so clean, for a rental we were in awe. Loaded with anything we could have needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Super comfortable beds, sheets, towels. The carpet was new, couches comfy. The parking was safe and secure. We parked our boat over night and wasn’t worried. Great air conditioning The first floor was great because our kids could easier walk out the patio and to the pool. I couldn’t rave enough about it!
