The Killington Resort area offers four seasons of activities to enjoy, such as; Winter: World Class Skiing/Snow Boarding at 6 mountains that make the Killington Pico ski resorts, Snowmobiling on the V.A.S.T all the way to Canada, Snowshoeing, Cross-Country Skiing and Ice fishing. Spring: visit the many Antique and Specialty shops and gardens in nearby town of Woodstock, River Tubing, Hike down into the Quechee Gorge or Thundering Falls. Summer: Hiking the Appalachian and Long Trails, Rock climbing, Lake and River Fishing, World Class Golf at Green Mountain and Killington Golf Courses. Autumn: Take gondola to top of Killington Mountain to view the spectacularly colorfull foliage. This is a place you will want to come back too, any time of the year!!

Perfect stay; easy in and out, minutes from Killington, clean & comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized, we cooked all week. We will look forward to staying here again. Host is very responsive and clear thoughtful communications. A++

Cozy condo minutes from Pico and Killington. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only issue we had was first night with the heat. Landlord controls the heat in LR and master BR remotely, which we didn’t realize. Once we contacted him the next day we were able to get this resolved.

This unit had everything we needed for a great stay in Killington. It was very close to the mountain access road, as well as many restaurants and amenities. We had good communication with the owner and he was quick to respond to our many questions by text. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was plenty of room for relaxing after a day on the hill.

Place was great for a Killington trip. Clean, cozy, close to Pico and Killington, and Mendon has great restaurants and wal-mart/grocery stores. Great for saving money on the food budget and still eating well by having a full kitchen.

The apartment was nice, though initially hard to find the building when arriving at night and no signage easily spotted. Our first day skiing was in the rain unfortunately, and then we had no control over the heat or fireplace in the apartment when we got back. So we were cold and couldn't help dry our gloves by leaving them next to the fire because the fire was off. Eventually the host told us that we would have no control over central heat due to previous guests damaging the thermostats. Overall the apartment was still cozy and conveniently enough located. We did also lose power on the second night for a couple of hours along with the rest of the surrounding area due to a car accident.

A perfect place for family to stay while visiting and exploring the area. A glitch with lock codes was quickly and easily solved with a phone call to the most helpful owner. We will definitely consider this cozy and well-equipped condo for future family visits.

Check in/out was easy. Good communication with owner. Location is very convenient to Killington and Pico for skiing, about a 10 minute drive. Lots of room for a family. Kids all had their own bed. Kitchen well stocked with supplies, just bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower as well as dishwasher soap if you want to run more than 1 load. Really not a big deal but good to know in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and quick getaway from home for a ski weekend.

Pool hadn't yet opened for our stay. It was necessary for us to point out some worn out kitchen and bathroom items. We had to request the second advertised AC unit for our comfort. Apparently the property is geared only for Winter stays.

Location couldn’t be beat. The condo had everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. We were there for skiing and being close to skiing and restaurants was great. We would definitely be back.

Home away from Home
Scott was very communacative and made the check in process very eaasy. The Condo is a little gem. The balcony is the perfect spot to sit and relax with your morning coffee and/or simply reading a book. The beds were super comfortable and we woke up relaxed and ready to go every morning.

Great location between Rutland & Killington
The condo is in a great location about half way between Rutland and KIllington, with a pool and tennis courts on site. The condo above had people that walked around all hours of the night and into the early morning, which was very loud making it difficult to sleep. If you are not a heavy sleeper, I would suggest ear plugs. The beds were very comfortable, and the updated kitchen and bath vanity were very nice. All in all it was an ok place, but could use a good top to bottom cleaning, which with that being a huge ski area maybe is done more in winter than summer. I did communicate that with the manager and he was very responsive to me. This is a good option if you want a reasonably priced condo in the Rutland/Killington area.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in for our family ski vacation! Everything was exactly as advertised - well equipped and cozy. The bunk room was perfect for my kids / teens. Skiing and riding a short ride up the road, great restaurants nearby. Scott was a great host. We hope to be back!!

Pico/Killington Family ski trip
Location was great and bedrooms and common areas were very nice as described. Added bonuses were the games, like the vintage boxing game and the Wii for super cold day. The heating situation was annoying. Bedroom heating came from bunk room so you had to keep the doors open to heat unit, which made sleeping more of a challenge.

Great weekend ski trip
Convenient to Killington and Pico for skiing as well as restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Perfect for a family with a few kids.
TVs in every room (kids have their own too) and a nice cozy fireplace for relaxing after skiing.
There were 4 of us ( 2kids and 2 adults) and could easily have 2 more kids in bunks- however, not sure about 10 total in this condo-bunks beds are roomy for one, but I don’t think would comfortably sleep two adults. And that many would be hard with only one bathroom.
Overall, a great place-clean, cozy and comfortable. Owner is super nice and receptive to questions and helpful all around.

This was a great unit, exactly as advertised. Clean, beautifully decorated, updated kitchen, nestled away on a beautiful wooded lot. It felt like home. The owner was kind, courteous, easy to reach, and extremely accommodating of us and our kids. We have a 2 and 4 year old and there was plenty of space for them to move around and be themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better spot and at a great price. We will definitely be returning.

I enjoy this condo & it’s location. Traveling with 4 teenagers can be difficult but this place is perfect for our swimming/jumping adventures at Quechee, Buttermilk Falls & Amherst Lake.
