Непоганий готель, з гарним інтер'єром, але більше я б сюди не заселялась.

Готель знаходиться близько до моря, пішки до пляжу хвилин 5. Поряд є Таврія і кафешки. Район спокійний. У готелі чисто і є все, що необхідно, навіть для довготривалого перебування.

Було не дуже зрозуміло як саме треба отримати ключі і заселитись. Готель знаходиться у великому багатоповерховому будинку і не зразу зрозуміло було, з якої сторони вхід у сам готель. Коли рецепцію було знайдено, потрапити до неї я не могла, оскільки будинок ще загорожений воротами з каліткою, до яких теж треба ключ. Виявилось, що підходити треба було до стійки реєстрації іншого готелю в будинку навпроти. Я заселялась пізно ввечері у той час, який вказувала, і мені цей час підтверджували, проте виявилось, що ніхто гостей не чекав. Додзвонитись до адміністрації вийшло лише хвилин через 20, стоячи під дуже сильним вітром і роботою ППО. Тож заселення викликало немалий стрес, оскільки ховатися ніде і було незрозуміло чи мене заселять кудись взагалі чи ні. Працівник рецепції все ж вийшов на зв'язок, був дуже привітним і допоміг з усім, що потребувалося, але враження вже було зіпсоване. Додатково, у готелі ніхто не звертається до гостей українською мовою. Це великий мінус. Також у номері є деяке гудіння (як мені пояснили - від зчитувача карти, котра активує електрику). Вночі я карту діставала з цього зчитувача і проблема вирішувалась, але якщо вам треба будуть якісь електроприбори уночі, то може бути проблема. Якщо відкрити вікно на балкон, то гудіння з вулиці також присутнє (скоріше за все кондиціонери).

Гарна ідея і дизайн номера, але чутно звук та запах всіх у сусідніх кімнатах та у коридорі.

Гарна ідея номеру з властною міні кухнею. наявність мікрохвильовки додає зручності.

звукоізоляція відсутня взагалі. В сусідньому номері мешканці не спали до 4 ранку, і було чутно всі їхні розмови, хоч вони і не підвищували голоса. Але найгірше - це те що вони курили і в моєму номері всю ніч воняло цигарками. Ліжко не зручне - це не одне велике ліжко, а два ліжка поставлених поруч, мають два окремих матраси між якими відстань. Подушки тонкі та з комками наповнювача.

Poor

When we came, there was no one at the reception, we had to search for wifi to call them. There was no hot water, the boiler wasn't on, so we could not take a shower. The pillow were not comfortable at all, i asked to chenage the pillows, but they said those wete the only one they have in the hotel

Nice place, poor management!

The rooms were great. It was a clean, new, spacious room just like in the pictures. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the beach.

First of all, this is not a hotel, it is an apartment or an apart hotel. It's on the corner of a big 12-story apartment building. It's a place with 10 rooms isolated inside the apartment. The welcome was not pleasant, there was neither a smile nor a treat. We were very surprised that the receptionist did not know any English, or helpful, we communicated by translating on the phone. The two-story establishment does not have an elevator and does not have a bellboy. We carried 6 suitcases with my wife to the upper floor ourselves. I would also like to point out that the stairs are narrow and rotating. It wasn't nice welcome on top of tiredness from all the way. As soon as we settled in the room, we searched for a new hotel, but most of them were full and we were in no condition to bring the suitcases down again. When we made the reservation, it was written that it had a private beach, but we learned that it was not the case. Also, the internet was not working well. Long story short, good location, nice rooms, and great breakfast ( you need to walk to a beach club to get one) was very good. But the management was very poor.

According to booking.com we thought it was beachfront, which is not. But it’s only 3 to 5mins walk from the beach.

Best is the security, cleanliness, cozy, comfortable, lovely and kind staff.

value for money. it can be said that this is an apartment hotel, as it is a multi-storey residential building, on the 2nd floor of the building there are 10 apartments that are connected by a corridor and is called a hotel.

At the reception on the day of arrival, Anna was not a friendly, without initiative administrator.... Later, the owner of the hotel apartments came, Artem, offered to check in 30 minutes earlier, showed the whole room was already ready. There are no complaints about the hotel room, everything you need to stay is available, but the hotel does not have a convenient staircase to the 2nd floor, spiral and very narrow, it is difficult to suitcases. Also it is difficult for people with leg problems to get up and down. The sea is not so close, 1 line was written, but it is to walk 200 meters, then descend 100 steps down and ascend back as well, and also walk along the coast for breakfast for another 500 meters.
