This beautiful, modern executive resort style home with private pool and spa sleeps 6 with two master king suites in beautiful accommodations and a bunkbed room for the kids. This home has extensive views and is a top of the line vacation experience. Conveniently located near great shops and restaurants, the airport and the village of Palm Springs and yet very quiet and exclusive. This is a one of a kind resort property that you won't want to leave.Home is completely stocked with everything you need including wireless internet, Expanded Cable, Smart TV, coffee. condiments and more. Nightly rental price is for 4 - extra nightly fee for children's bunkbed room.

No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).

Very Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the house or on the property or the neighboring Arroyos. Reported violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of this rental with no refund and a loss of your damage deposit.

This was our third stay at the property, which is super clean and comfortable, extremely well-stocked, and centrally located to Restaurants and golf courses. All around, a great place.

We go to the desert quite often and bring our two small dogs, but this was our first time staying at this property. It was the perfect spot for us. The owners have thought of a lot of helpful things, such as a binder with pictures of where to expect items. The multiple umbrellas over the pool was wonderful and helped us to not get sunburned even with sunscreen on. The community had more to offer than we even realized and very friendly people. The property was more than we had hoped for. Felt inviting, comfortable beds, loved the pool, the record player was a wonderful touch with great music choices. Thank you for hosting us.

Nothing but positives about this property. It is extremely comfortable, clean, safe (in gated community), and centrally located (a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and to the best golf courses in the area.) The owner has done a tremendous job stocking the home with every appliance, cooking utensil, dishes, etc. that you will ever need. The pool and hot tub are great. During our stay we had a couple of questions, and the owner and manager responded to our questions in a matter of a few minutes. We just returned from our second holiday visit to this property, and we will be back!

This hours far exceeded our expectations. It is decorated so beautifully with every detail thought of. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the mountain view was specular from the pool. We came to Palm Springs with big plans of outings, but found it hard to want to leave the poolside. The grounds of the community surrounding the house were beautiful. We will absolutely return to this rental if in Palm Springs again, and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a first class experience!

Bill's home was perfect for our two week stay in Palm Springs. Bill has thought of everything anyone needs for a relaxing vacation. The home is situated perfectly so you have plenty of sunshine by the pool all day.....and don't get me started about the views from the pool. Great privacy and unobstructed views of the mountains. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and are great for long walks/runs. Palm Springs has that retro vibe from Hollywood past and Bill has assisted with that ambiance with a turn table and all the classics of the past....no, not Michael Jackson or Bruce Springsteen...but Frank Sinatra, Dinah Shore, Barbra Streisand and all the greats. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and someone with my pale skin really appreciated all the umbrellas at our disposal. Lastly, my wife and I are bed snobs and were very pleased to find that the master bed was great! We will replace our next mattress with the same. Bill was great with communication and my only hesitancy in leaving a glowing review is that you, the reader, will book your dates when I want to return.

Beautiful, CLEAN, relaxing and very well organized home in Cathedral City. Quiet and safe gated community, perfect for our long weekend getaway. Two large king beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The living room was cozy and great for board games and conversations. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to cool off and relax after a few days in triple digits weather. Check In was a breeze, owner was easy to work with. We look forward to renting this house again in the future.

Bill’s place was wonderful for our weekend in Palm Springs. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable and at home. The pool and jacuzzi were great, large comfortable rooms and beds, and all appliances seemed new and worked perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and thank you to Bill for his easy communication and hospitality!

My mother and I stayed @ this property for a week and we did not want to leave! I have stayed @ many VRBO properties over the years and I've never experienced a property that has thought of every single detail like this one did! Every room of this home was stocked with all the essentials and beyond. The backyard pool area is stunning and private, with gorgeous views of the mountains...the sunsets were amazing. The resort has some great amenities as well with golf, tennis, pro shop, etc. Bill, the owner and Gail, the property manager are wonderful hosts and very attentive. We look forward to returning here in the future!!

If you're looking for perfection, you will find it here. My wife and I recently stayed in this home for seven weeks. We found the home to be first-rate in every respect. The home was new, clean, stylish, and spacious. The home is furnished in a mid-century modern style. And while a lot of modern-style furniture can be uncomfortable, that is not the case here. The sofa and the living-room chairs, in particular, are not only beautiful but very comfortable. We also found the mattresses to be extremely comfortable. The owners have decorated the home with a very nice collection of modern art prints and objects, most of them specific to the Palm Springs area and southern California. The kitchen features high-end appliances and is better furnished than the kitchen in our own home. And when we arrived, all necessities were supplied. It's on the outside, however, that the home really shines. The view of the San Jacintos is expansive and unimpeded. No power lines, and nothing but green space out the back. The pool and spa are wonderful, and the neighbors are friendly. Some might wonder about the proximity to the airport. It's not a problem here. We have stayed in Palm Springs homes that suffered a little from airport noise, but other than the very occasional Air Force jet (and there's no avoiding them anywhere in the valley), there's really no issue here. The clubhouse has a good restaurant with weekly specials, and the sporting facilities are extensive. Finally, it's worth noting that the owner communicates well and responds quickly to any questions or requests. We recommend this property without reservation and plan to return often ourselves.
