Such a beautiful property, even prettier than the pictures. Our group was three generations celebrating college graduation, the Oasis was the perfect setting. Gorgeous, open spaces but still felt intimate. Plenty of room to accommodate all - floating in the pool, chatting by the fireplace(s!), curling up on the cozy couch to read a book, morning workout in the gym and relax in the sauna - this place has it all. Our group loves to cook, the kitchen was well appointed and offered plenty of room for several "cooks in the kitchen." The mature landscaping truly makes you feel like you are staying at your own private island resort. Kris was a wonderful host and made the process easy from start to finish. Can't wait to have another occasion to return.

Overall we had a great time at the home during our spring break. We were 3 families, 13 people total. Communication with Kris was easy and she and her husband were very responsive to my questions during our stay. That being said, given we paid a nice premium for the home, we did have some expectations. We loved the gym pictures online and one of the gals with us was a pilates instructor who would incorporate cardio, however 1 treadmil went from a slow 3.0 and when we moved it to 5.0 it went crazy fast. The other treadmill worked for 1 day and then stopped working entirely. The equipment was very dated. Dumbells were missing so there wasn't a complete set of decent weights) There is a back stretcher that was broken (we didn't know it until one of the ladies went on it and had to call us for help to get out of it). There was some broken tile around the pool which made is nerve wrecking for us with our active kids between 6-9. The pool table sticks had missing front pieces so playing pool was a little difficult. One of the guest bedroom bathrooms has what looks like a broken shower door which you feel like its going to shatter at any minute. Another bathroom the girls were complaining of a lot of mosquites/nats in the bathroom. The bluetooth home docks in various rooms are what need to be used to listen to music outside, the few I tried didn't work so luckily one of our teenagers brought her JBL speaker that we got to use. these are nuisances but we enjoyed it overall.

We had a great time at the Oasis! The property was beautiful and it was a great set up for a family. We went with our nanny and two kids and the separate wings of the house worked great. The home is located in a very convenient part of Scottsdale and was a short drive to most of the places we visited.

Other than a little issue with the Security Alarm when we first arrived, our whole trip was absolutely wonderful! The home is amazing and everyone had such a good time swimming in the pool and lounging around the house. The home is everything the pictures show and more! Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful! We rented it for my daughter's 11th birthday and everyone had a great time. We were a group of about 15 people that stayed in the house and we also had friends and family from around the area visit while we were there, and there was no shortage of space! The property is giant. The main house has 4 bedrooms including the master and all bedrooms in the main house have en suite bathrooms. The master is completely separate from the other 3 bedrooms on the opposite side of the house and the master bedroom and restroom are huge. The casita is on the opposite side of the pool when walking out into the back yard from the main house. The casita is a fully functioning little house complete with kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom, and access to 2 restrooms with showers. 1 of the restrooms is in the casita and 1 of the restrooms is in the gym, which you have access to through inside the casita or from the outside. There is another room you can access near the casita's entrance, but I would not consider that a bedroom and I would not have anybody stay in there. I would not count that room as a 6th bedroom if you're needing 6. It is just a small office type of room with a small pull out sofa and a desk, no restroom, somewhat dingy. It does not live up to the rest of the home. There is an abundance of outdoor sitting areas and the pool is absolutely amazing! There are shallow and deep ends and most of our time was spent in or around the pool.

We went for my parents 50th anniversary with 12 family members. It is so big, yet comfy and homey. Dealing with Kris couldnāt have been better. I had to go back and fourth with her with changes to my stay and she was so calming and great. The pool is deep on one end which I didnāt expect but loved cause I thought it would just be lazy River height. We all loved it so much. Thank you Kris for making this week so Amazing with great memories

We had an amazing stay at the Oasis. If you have a big family look no further. We stayed for a week and never had any reason to leave. Kids loved the pool. Plenty of room to spread out, even with 15 of us. We had a small issue with the internet, but Kris and her husband were very helpful in helping get that fixed. Would definitely come back!

It was not easy to find a house where 10 adults (5 couples) could co-exist comfortably for a week....but we definitely found it in 'The Oasis'. Tucked away in a lovely and quiet neighborhood no more than15 minutes away from almost any desired destination, it was the perfect spot to gather with friends.
What's most unique about this property? Besides being very large (plenty of room to spread out), each bedroom has its own ensuite bath, making it feel more like a boutique hotel than a shared home. Also, the property is configured to provide complete privacy outdoors. It's like a self-contained 'compound' within its own boundaries. We didn't feel like we were in a residential neighborhood, because we were surrounded by the property itself and tons of beautiful landscaping.
The entire process was smooth and easy, top to tail. Booking the home was easy, and Kris was responsive and helpful with recommendations for great additions like a private chef and an onsite masseuse. We used both and were very pleased with the services provided.
Overall, the home was in good condition and clean, and where we did have a small need for some additional services, Kris was very responsive and made that happen quickly.
You won't beat the setting and all that this property offers. We made so many great memories here. Thanks Kris for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Oasis. Perfect size for our family reunion. The home is spread out so plenty of room and quiet space for all. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Kris was very responsive to addressing any questions or minor issues that might have arisen during our stay. The property was perfect for 5 couples getting together for a week. The layout allowed privacy as desired as well as great space for gathering.
Even with the weather cooler than normal, the hot tub and pool were warm enough to be used and enjoyed. We didnāt even get a chance to enjoy all the entertainment and activities available at the home as itās too much to list.
Very minor maintenance to-doās noticed (I canāt imagine all that goes into maintaining this property) but everything was very clean and nothing major enough to be rectified during our stay.
Kris was the most responsive host Iāve ever encountered through VRBO. The few questions I had via text were responded to within minutes. Everything leading up to the vacation was also timely and very friendly.
We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to the area and will refer anyone visiting the area to book at The Oasis.

House was better than the pictures. I did feel little guilty because the master was enormous compared to other bedrooms. The guest living room was a big hit for relaxing during day. We played ping pong outside and Iād recommend playing golf at We-Ko- Pa ā¦ overall a great week. Iād stay here again

My extended family (12 people ages 18-82) rented this home for Christmas week 2022. First, the things that were good to great: communication with the owner before and during our stay - she was very responsive even on Christmas; good location in NW Scottsdale near Taliesin about 15 min from many things you might want to do; lots of space for people to spread out including a very spacious kitchen with plenty of seating.
But there were a few things that needed attention: hot tub and pool were losing water and required a service call while we were there; one of the stove knobs was missing so you couldn't use that part of the cooktop; both sofabed air mattresses were broken and didn't stay firm overnight even for one slender adult. Other things were in need of repair but didn't affect our stay, such as a damaged doorway, numerous lightbulbs out, carpet in the workout room that badly needs replacing, etc. When I brought any of these things to the owner's attention she said she was aware and working on it.
Overall, the property feels like a house that is a couple decades old and has seen some heavy use. I would also mention that it feels much darker inside than the listing indicates, and Bedroom #6 is actually a very small room with a sofabed and wardrobe, not an actual bed or closet. A good thing to know if you actually need 6 full bedrooms.
Overall, we had a very nice stay and the home worked for us. It just wasn't quite up to the standard we were expecting.

This property is amazing. So much room inside, excellent games with brand new ping pong table plus pool table too. Outside area incredible. It is truly an Oasis. Kris and husband Charles very responsive. Had my wife, three kids, significant others and two dogs. Lots of privacy and shared time. You can have it all. The home isn't recently remodeled, but it was perfect for us. All of my family would stay here again. Very roomy casita and work out room was a bonus, plus sauna and steam.

The Oasis Scottsdale is simply paradise. The house is absolutely stunning with plenty of space to accommodate a large group easily. The photos do not do it justice. The house was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was the highlight of our trip - fantastic pool and multiple lounge areas that felt very private given the way the courtyard was designed. Perfect for afternoons watching football or relaxing in the pool.
Kris was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was quick to respond, helpful with questions, and had excellent recommendations for other vendors that we used during our stay. She also provides all the resources you need to find and operate the house while you are there.
I highly recommend staying at The Oasis. We hope to be back sometime soon.

This is a spectacular property with a tremendous number of amenities on the property. You are able to find alone time if you wish or family time. Even though the photos on the website show much of what property is like, reality is even better. This much house can be quite complicated, but we had timely interaction with the host is answer all our questions. Finally, the location makes traveling to anywhere in the metro area quite convenient. Was a great decision for our family get together.

When we decided to make our COVID wedding small and intimate I went on the search for something that would work for a small ceremony and accommodate family we had flying in. From messaging beforehand, to meeting up with Kris and her daughter to view the property and the entire stay was incredible. We had a very small wedding I will never forget and Kris and her home with forever hold a place in our hearts. Even our two dogs were able to be part of the weekend and the wedding at this beautiful home. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

My family and I could not of had a better time at Kristineās home. From the very first conversation Kris was a very thoughtful host. Helped me above 5 stars. First night we did have some beetles and Mosquitoes outside due to Monsoon season. Kris sent help the next morning and they sprayed the outdoor patio and it really helped clear them out. We had no issues after that. She was extremely helpful in how to help with every question I had. I loved the kitchen and living room space. I absolutely loved that there was seating outside for us to pretty much stay in pool all day without burning in the hot hot Scottsdale sun. The palm trees made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis. The home was stocked up. There was nothing we lacked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Arizona Get Away Family Vacation
Every other year my wife and I book a family vacation with our son, daughter, spouses and our four grandchildren. We were looking for a house in Scottsdale, AZ big enough to sleep ten people and one where we could stay mostly on site and enjoy the accommodations that the house had to offer. "The Oasis Scottsdale" fit our family needs perfectly.
The kitchen, family rooms and living area of the primary house is very large and comfortable but the winning ticket is the outside patio area and the huge walk-in pool that our family were able to enjoy every day of our vacation. I also wanted mention there is a Casita onsite along with an indoor gym and workout room.
Kris and Charles (owners) were so nice and friendly to communicate with before we arrived and during our stay. They did everything possible to make our stay a HUGE SUCCESS!
If you are looking for one house in Scottsdale. AZ for your large family vacation then I suggest your seriously consider "The Oasis Scottsdale".

Some friends and I spent a long weekend at Casa Rica. The property was phenomenal. Very clean. The house was very spacious and the pool and outdoor space made us feel like we were at our own private resort. The property owner was very responsive and accommodative.
