Live in the lap of luxury in this newer 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom former show home only a 5 minute drive from Coachella Music Festival. Situated on an oversized 15,000 square foot lot in Monterra, a new development of PGA West, Greg Norman Course.
Contains 5 beds and a queen blowup mattress. Oversized saltwater swimming pool with waterfall and spa, indoor outdoor living enhanced by a large covered patio, and 16 feet of sliding glass doors (front and back) that open to the outside for that true California indoor/outdoor living. Professional outdoor landscape lighting turns the yard into a magical and enchanting place at night. One dining patio is north facing while the larger dining patio is south facing, so you have your choice of sun or shade. There is also a large modern firetable and bar b q in the backyard, as well as a large gas fireplace under the covered patio, for those cooler desert evenings.

The front covered patio boasts a gas fireplace, large tv, sofas, and dining table for 10. There are 8 comfortable loungers around the pool with three large umbrellas and two smaller umbrellas for shade. The yard is set up so that you have your choice of sun or shade at any time of the day.

Both the exterior and interior of the home has been furnished with West Elm and Restoration Hardware furniture, accessories, and high quality bedding that are right on trend with neutral colours, and modern but comfortable design.

The well stocked chefs kitchen has a 36 inch 8 burner gas stove and double oven. Because we, the owners sometimes use the house ourselves, it is well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar and other staples , and even an air fryer for your use. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. A unique "stand up" bar comes complete with bar accessories and a wine frig, along with an extra frig in the garage.

Each bedroom has a large walk in closet and full ensuite with large shower. The master bedroom and casita each have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, and another bedroom has two queen beds for a total of five beds. The large master bathroom boasts his and hers vanities, oversized shower, and free standing bathtub. Large windows make this room bright yet private.

The casita has a private keyed entrance, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, with its own patio and bistro table and chairs. It has a counter with sink, microwave, mini frig, coffee maker, sofa, and tv.

Numerous beach towels are provided, and each bathroom has shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. There are pool floaties, board games, 2 bikes, (use at your own risk), a ping pong table, and corn hole toss game provided for your entertainment.

Enjoy beautiful mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets. There is a huge driveway that can park 5 or 6 vehicles

PGA West has 3 private golf courses and 3 public golf courses. This house is minutes from the public Greg Norman Golf Course, with it's rustic restaurant with patio and fireplace, as well as large pro shop, driving range, and practice putting green.

Minutes from Coachella Festival, Polo Fields, and Thermal Equestrian grounds. Situated just off Madison between 54 Avenue and Airport Boulevard.

City of La Quinta has introduced new restrictions since covid. Bylaw states no loud music or noise outdoors at any time. Failure to adhere will result in a huge fine, payable by the renters.

Early checkin and/or late checkout will be accommodated if possible and sometimes for an additional fee.
Pool and spa heating fee may be additional depending on time of year.
This will be a home you want to return to year after year.

Smoking only allowed outdoors. One or two small pets may be considered for an additional fee. You will not worry about your fur babies outside as the large yard is fully fenced. Enquire with owner first. No large parties or events allowed.

The property was large and spacious. Very comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing. Sharing a meal at a very large indoor dining table or sitting around the pool in the covered patio made for lifetime memories. Will definitely book this property again.

Our family group of 8 + 1 2 year old had an absolute blast. The place was exactly as advertised and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the La Quinta sunshine. The location we love - near all the great spots in La Quinta but also quiet for R&R. The home itself is spacious and comfortable and holds a large group very well. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and super friendly. We can't wait to come back.

This house was exactly as advertised. It was well taken care of, clean, spacious, and laid out really well for the 2 families that stayed there. The outdoor living space was utilized day and night by our group and the grass area around the pool provided areas for fun for those that didn’t want to swim. The bedrooms were all good size that allowed room for pack and plays for little ones. The hosts were quick in their communication and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will definitely be looking to rent this house again the next time we are down in the Desert.

Everyone in our group of 8 very much enjoyed the house. Everyone thought the large great room (kitchen, dining, living room) was well designed for large parties of people. In addition, the rooms that lead off in different directions from the central room again well done floor plan. Overall with a large group this is an ideal house. Unfortunately, there are no guest amenities for simply staying in PGA West Community. The City of La Quinta is at the furthest end of the Palm Springs valley & unless you are planning your stay to go to Coachella, its a bit of a drive further. As far as our stay & the house was perfect. Everyone enjoyed being under one roof, it was ideal.

Thank you for hosting another wonderful visit. House was just as beautiful and well maintained as the last times I've visited. It was well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids also enjoyed the pool. It actually rained the first day of our visit and the owner coordinated for the pool to be cleaned for us to swim the next day! I really love how kind and attentive the owners are to their guests. I love this house and will be back again!

I hardly recommend this house for anyone that wants to have a fun, comfy, and nice weekend with the family. The house is so nice. Everything is very clean, and the decoration is so beautiful. The outside area (including the pool and the spa) is so welcome that you can stay the whole time enjoying and having fun. Thanks, Gail for being such a nice guy. Definitely, we are coming back.

This home is Terrific! 5 stars all the way! Everything is new and super clean. The kitchen is beautiful and was a joy to cook in. All of the home essentials are new and well kept The backyard and pool are private and quiet. We loved lounging on the outdoor furniture in front of the fireplace. We spent our 4 days together laughing, reminiscing, playing games and dining around two amazing tables. All of the bedrooms are large, nicely decorated and well appointed. The bicycles were also a family favorite. We loved every minute and wanted for nothing.......except to stay longer. We made new family memories and are looking forward to our next visit to this lovely home.
