Premantura ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um das wunderschöne Kap Kamenjak per Auto, Fahrrad oder für Wanderer auch zu Fuss zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt leider direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrtsstrasse, teilweise herrscht dort viel Verkehr, v. a. am Wochenende. (Vielleicht gibt's irgendwann mal eine Umgehungsstrasse?) Das Haus ist in zwei separate Wohnungen unterteilt. Wäsche und Fussböden waren gepflegt und sauber. Küche und Bad sind renovierungsbedürftig, die Schränke wackeln teilweise bedenklich bei der Benutzung. Der Vermieter spricht verständlich Englisch und ist sehr freundlich, seine Frau wirkt kritisch.

Das Haus ist in Ordnung, zum Strand 15 min. zu Fuß, zum Zentrum 5 min. zu Fuß. Bei der Übergabe sollte man lieber auf alles achten, da am Abreisetag Sachen vorgeworfen wurden, die überhaupt nicht von uns stammen. (z. B. angepisste bzw. dreckige Matratzen). Aber der Vermieter selbst ist sehr nett (aber nicht seine Frau), er hat uns geglaubt und die Kaution ganz zurückerstattet. Insgesamt alles zu bewerten die Schulnote "3,5".
