This was easily the best place we have ever stayed! What an incredible property, location and service! We came with a big group, 4 families with a bunch of kids and babies. The house was beautiful, each bedroom was incredible and huge. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were great. The main living space is perfect for hanging out, eating incredible meals and hanging in the pool. The kitchen has everything you’d ever need to cook a meal, not like a typical rental without a pot or pan to spare. The pool and lounge deck is spectacular. The infinity pool melts into the ocean for perfect sunsets. All the kids had an incredible time swimming every day. The beach is great, the sand is lovely and the water is perfect temperature. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys for the kids, we had everything at our fingertips. This house has everything you would ever need for a perfect vacation! A true paradise.

We had a great stay at this property. The condition was as described and indicated by the pictures. Very few issues and what little issues we had were rectified within a day. Only minor complaint I might have was that communication with the property manager was a little slow, it generally took about 24 hours to get a response when texting but any issues we had were rectified immediately. Overall a great experience and we would gladly stay here again.

The house was everything we had hoped it would be! It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone invited. The patio, pool, and beach were absolutely beautiful. The location was a bit far from some of the activities we had planned, but it made for nice quiet seclusion when relaxing. Hector was great and the request to only have housekeeping come in while we were out was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

When we first got to the property, the first words out of my mouth to my family upon walking in the door was "This is not the house I rented." I had to look up the reservation to confirm it actually was. The pictures are far far better than the house. We had issues from day one. Keep in mind, I own and rent out two homes in Mexico and a home in Turks and Caicos. My homes in Mexico are less than half of what I paid here and my house in Turks is about the same price. I was shocked. Eventually it got to the point where I told my family that I think we should go check into a hotel and get a refund. The views are great. The house was less than desired. We had maintenance out at the house pretty much everyday. I did not have one hot shower. Appliances were breaking daily. One night it rained and rain was coming in the front door, which was ironic because the front door was VERY difficult to open. None of the four women in the group could open the door. One of the men had to and used a lot of force to open it. In fairness, they were quick to get maintenance out to the property but I didn't spend this money to have maintenance at the house daily. Many times were missing from the pool. Several were at the bottom of the pool when we arrived. To show that I am not a person who just leaves bad reviews, on google I have over 25 reviews on restaurants and other businesses and 22 of them are 5 star. As a person who owns and operates vacation rentals, I felt a duty.

Welcomed in the morning via a beautfiul covered lanai which led to a captivating infinity pool. Beyond that the beauty of the ocean and pelicans feeding for the day. The house was stunningly beautiful and could be appreciated all hours of the day and night. We were blessed to have Freya of Barboulet Concierge handle all our intineray and excursions. We have the kitchen stocked with food and drink upon our arrival. Set up private chefs for breakfast and dinner. Our horse riding and snorkeling trips. Along with have private massages performed at the house for us. And of course handled all our travel around the island and to the airports. The house was maintained by daily by Myrca and watched all day and night by Hector who just seemed to be everywhere!!! Would certainly come again!

Our stay at this incredible house exceeded all expectations – it deserves six out of five stars! We booked this property as vacation spot with our friends and their children. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children, including an infant. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this trip would be unforgettable. The beach, just a stone's throw away, became our children's playground, and they tirelessly ran back and forth all day long, leaving quite a mess behind them. However, like magic, the cleaning lady worked her wonders every day, and the house was left in impeccable condition. You'd never guess that 11 people were enjoying their stay here simultaneously. She was not only efficient but also incredibly kind and always ready to assist us with a warm smile! Throughout our stay, we had a few inquiries, and we reached out to the property manager, who promptly responded to our every need. Her attentiveness was truly exceptional, and she's the reason we're awarding this property a 6/5 rating. While the property itself was flawless, the exceptional service from the property manager made our stay even more memorable. Leaving this magnificent property was bittersweet, as we couldn't help but dream about returning in the future. If you're looking for a perfect vacation spot, don't hesitate to book this place – it's a true gem!

I came on this trip with 10 other girls for a relaxing vacation. Online this house looked AMAZING and beautiful and the reviews were showing that as well. The second day of us staying at this home we came from a night out and the house was INFESTED with bugs. Every room had atleast 30-50 bugs and they were all over our beds and bathroom. We contacted the host and vrbo and they did not help us. Owner brought pest control to spray the OUTSIDE of the house but not inside where we are sleeping. We are not picky by any means but this became a health and safety issue when we all woke up with bug bites all over our bodies due to this property not being clean. Some of us left the property and slept at a hotel because we were concerned of our health, we spent over 10,000 for a house that was only useful for one day before it became infested. Day by day the issue got worse and the owner did not seem to care, he only cared about his money and not the safety of others. Not only were the bugs an issue but after we complained to the owner suddenly all the water in the house stopped working. This trip went from a relaxing get away to a horror film. I have videos and pictures of everything! I would never stay here again even if it meant I wouldn’t be able to vacation again.

Would come back to this house. House is not perfect and maybe need some light things here and there, but it’s not bothering you much after looking through the huge windows and you see sand, flying birds, open sea and beautiful sunset and sunrise!!! Overall Nice and secure location. Very good communication and willingness to help with any needs from host Mayra. five stars from me.

Our entire family simply loved enjoying this amazing property. So serene. So relaxing. The ability to relax inside, outdoors in the shade, in the pool or on the beach! Everyone was able to enjoy the trip! No more than 15 minutes from just about anything you'd want to see or do in Aruba! Communication was lightning fast every step of the way. This gorgeous home and property will NEVER disappoint! Just GO!

This house was absolutely perfect for a group of couples! 2 of the couples had been to Aruba a few times and it was a few of the couples first visit. We were all very impressed by the location and the house. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. It was so nice having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The host, housekeeper, and security guard were all very nice and very accommodating! We also used the Barbulet concierge to arrange a fully stocked kitchen when we arrived, their communication with the host was easy and efficient. We also used Barbulet for car rentals, a yacht rental, ATV trips, and in-house massages, VERY highly recommend Freya at Barbulet. The pool was gorgeous, bedrooms had great air conditioning, the house had fast and reliable Wifi, and satellite TV. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We can't wait to go back!!

The house was just what we needed on a beautiful beachfront setting with a huge pool!! The house manager, cleaner and security were all so helpful, kind and fantastic. I would caution families with young children about the stairs, they are very dangerous. I would recommend the owner add railings to the open side where a toddler could easily fall. Location is more remote but a quick 15 minute drive to the action, but allows for a peaceful getaway and quick access to some very cool more local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 15. The house was exactly as described and the daily housekeeper did a great job of keeping the house clean and organized. Hector the security guard was a welcome smiling face every time we entered the grounds. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups or families!!

Truly an amazing experience through and through. The house is incredible, located literally on the beach, with amazing views of the ocean. The house was so comfortable and very clean. They offer a housekeeper, who I would 100% recommend. Our favorite part was the amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean with uninterrupted views!!! 100% will be returning F.L Mendoza

Private beach and pool are amazing. The house just needs a little updating. Kitchen products are old, drawers need to be cleaned out. Kitchen area just didn’t feel clean and fresh no matter how often I cleaned. Master bedroom is a little slice of Heaven. Probably best part of the house!! But the 2 bunk beds rooms were like prison cells. So small, very little light. Disappointing. House needs a coat of paint, pool tiles were falling off. It was still an amazing stay but we are used to staying at pretty pristine properties so I notice the little things. Towels in bathrooms were old etc. House is about 20 minutes from everything. We could walk to Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone. We used Barbulet Concerige service- they were amazing! Overall 4 stars

Wonderful experience at Savaneta! The house and property was beautiful, private, peaceful! You will have to rent a car because all restaurants and grocery stores, etc are a 20 minute drive from the house. If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is not your place. But if you want a beautiful, relaxing getaway, this is it!

This is a vacation we will always remember and cherish! The property is phenomenal, with out of this world views and 10 steps away from the ocean (literally). We loved how luxurious (fully equipped for total comfort) the house was while still being so close to the beach! The booking was super easy and the owner was so easy going and very reliable, any extra thing we needed was resolved quickly and efficiently. Loved every second of this vacation, and we cannot wait to visit again soon!

Beautiful property, great sunsets, you need to rent a car because it is about 15 minutes from the noise and the busy life but worth it if you appreciate privacy and comfort. A definite 5 stars selection. Owner very responsive, property manager as well, housekeeper is a doll and security guy available all the time.

It is definitely worth it for a large group. The house is beautiful with stunning views, private beach, infinity pool. You need a car to get around. Plenty of nice restaurants within 15-20 mins. I will rent this house again.

Beautiful property in a fantastic setting that you could happily spend your entire stay in Aruba without leaving. It has all of the amenities your travel party could want from age 1 to 81. Nini, the owner, is extremely responsive as is her staff including her property manager, Jacky, a groundskeeper/security person and housekeeper. We loved the infinity pool which overlooks your own stretch of beach. A pair of flamingoes came to spend most of the days with us on a sandbar a short kayak (provided with the house) ride away. The water is so clear you can snorkel in it. The house is located in the central part of the island just 15 minutes from the touristy area up North, and 15 minutes from Baby Beach in the South. We hired Chef Patrick van der Donk of Amuse Aruba for several meals and highly recommend him (ask him to grill skirt steak for you on the home's beach grill and for his wife's ceviche!). All in all, this was just a perfect home in a private, gated, setting in Aruba! Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

We had such a wonderful time at this luxurious home! We were greeted by the kindest property manager, Isabel and continued to have excellent service and communication throughout our stay. The home was nothing short of luxurious! Our grown sons and friends of the family joined us on the trip and everyone agreed that it was the best vacation ever. Aruba was absolutely glorious!! The people were so welcoming and kind. When we travel again, we will certainly look to stay at this beautiful home!!
