Wunderschöne Unterkunft Und toller Gastgeber

Super Lage für alle Besichtigungen. Alles ganz neu und sehr sauber. Tolle Terrasse, ein für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, sogar Allergien wurden berücksichtigt. Ein toller Ort, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Extrem freundlicher Service. Super Frühstück. Sauber. Gute Betten. Prima Ausstattung - schickes Bad. Gute Lage zum historischen Zentrum.

El trato de personal perfecto, Olda habla un perfecto español que nos facilitó las cosas. Las instalaciones están nuevas y ofrecen amenities en el baño, además de unas golosinas de cortesía en la recepción. Un bonito detalle con el checkin, una pequeña guia de Bolonia. Y me encantó no tener que llevar llave para las puertas, con un código de entrada que tu eliges para no olvidarlo!

El ruido de los vecinos (creemos) del edificio, por la tarde-noche, conversaciones y cantes, como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación. Mejoraria la insonorización de las habitaciones. Pero nos permitieron dormir sin problemas.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Galliera Residence. The owner was very helpful and welcoming and gave us a lot of tips for our stay in Bologna. The location of this hotel is very good for people who are traveling by train. The city attractions and the train station are very close by. The room was clean, modern and had a really nice bathroom. A big plus was the AC. The breakfast was very good too with Croissants and bread, müsli , fresh fruits, coffee, juices and more.

Because I had a very early flight to leave Bologna, the owner packed a huge breakfast for me to take and she arranged a taxi to pick me up.

Fantastic stay with my teenage daughters

Location, location, location 5 mins to Via dell indipenzia, 5 mins to bus and train station. Warm welcoming host. Spotless clean, Comfortable beds, great shower good AC Delicious continental breakfast. Tea, coffee and water available 24 hours

The room comfortable and updated. Even the lighting was well thought out. The staff kept in contact and were helpful. The breakfast spread was beautiful.

I wish there were more specific directions on what to do once we arrived at the property. It could be as simple as ring the buzzer on the top right and use the lift to get to the first floor.

Top notch B&B in a great location, highly recommended and we would certainly stay again

Excellent location, within easy walking distance (with wheely bags) of Bologna Central station on the way into the city centre. The staff went above and beyond to make us welcome even though we were only staying for one night, accommodating an early check in and storing bags for a later train we were taking. Our room was perfect, quiet, a very comfortable bed, and large bathroom with a great shower. Nice terrace off the reception area to sit outside under cover too Lots of choice for a hearty breakfast and free coffee, water and snacks available during the stay.

It was one of the best experiences we had in a trip abroad. The host was so kind and willing to help us for everytiing. The accomadation was modern and clean. The place was in quiet region, really close to the piazza Maggiore on foot. We would definetely choose again Galliera residence.

Magical shower, nice bed and our stay felt like a retreat :)

Everything! I truly had the best shower in my life. The bathroom, location, communication with the owner everything was really nice. Our hotel got canceled last minute so we found this accommodation instead, but we were so happy we found it. We actually wished we booked this one in the first place. I would definitely come back again. The owner was really helpful and allowed us to enter, even if we made the reservation 5 minutes before we arrived. She prepared a breakfast and booked our taxi because we had an early flight the next day.

wonderful stay at Galliera Residence extremely accommodating host who worked with me having 2 canceled flights back to back. Sincere and always so quick to respond. excellent location, Modern room, facilities, comfortable bed with first class linens. Clean and very secure and safe as Ai gel female guest. wonderful offering of breakfast.

Awesome short term visit in Bologna, travelling by train

Exceptionally friendly personnel, Ornella even opened breakfast earlier for us as we had to catch an early train. Super helpful recommendations on what to do/see/eat in town, everything was perfect! 5/5

Hidden gem in the beautiful city of Bologna.

The accommodations were spectacular. we intended to only stay the night in Bologna as we made our road trip to Venice. We loved Bologna so much we ended up staying for another half day. The facilities were top notch. Very comfortable rooms, large bathroom and shower, extremely comfortable bed. We slept like babies. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. And, staff was amazing. Ornella was so accommodating and had great recommendations We will definitely be back!

beautiful property in great location, with excellent host

the property had a great location, close to both the station and the piazza maggiore. it was modern and clean, furnished with care and style. but the best part was Ornella, who was pleasant, efficient and so friendly. she recommended restaurants which were just lovely, and slightly off the tourist track, for a more typical local feel. also she came and met us halfway when some belongings were left behind! thank you!!

The rooms were very nice and well fitted out. the staff were really friendly and helpful. we left very early in the morning and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a meal and organised a taxi for us.

it was very hot in the room during the night even with the air con on.

Realy a fantastic experience!

We loved our experience at Galliera Residence. The room was very modern and quite cozy. Excellent location, close to all the main touristic points in the center of Bologna. The breakfast was very diverse, and during the day, we could always that coffee or tee and eat some fruit or suites. Finally, and the fact We liked the most was the friendliness of Susana. She was always accommodating and flexible at check-in and check-out times. Besides, she provided a map and told us what could be most interesting to visit in Bologna, considering the time we had to visit the city. The indications about restaurants were also beneficial. We would recommend and return.
