Very satisfied with this property. Convenient to downtown Frisco and area resorts. Well maintained and equipped. All instructions were clear and complete. While not guaranteed, they did approve early checkin on the day of arrival??

Good size place with two big bedrooms, then an additional loft with more beds. The views from the master bedroom deck are great. Bathroom in master, shared bath for second room and loft (spiral staircase down) and quarter bath main level for kitchen and living room. Really nice to have one car garage to unpack, summer or winter. Fireplace (wasn’t working/on with our visit). Cavet is the place is dark inside. When built 70/80s?, not many windows and or weird window location. That said, location to the all to town is great, neighborhood quiet though friend said she could hear everything from neighbor and thin walls (I couldn’t). Great place for group of family and friends for value and convenience to town.

This was a great property for us. Having a garage to lock up the bikes and golf clubs was amazing. The property is definitely dated, but there was nothing broken, missing, or out of sorts. There was a cool old school ski chalet vibe to the place. I'd return for sure.

The condo layout and amenities met all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy and clean, the living room and TV were great for card games and March Madness, and the hot tub was, well hot and lovely.
Our only critique was that the kitchen lacked many items typically found in other VRBO, for example:
- there was no dish soap or scrubbies for doing dishes so we had to purchase those ourselves and leave them for future renters
- there were no hot pads for handling hot pots, so we had to use small face towels to handle hot pans and pots
- the stove vent didn't work, so anything from cooking pasta to bacon to pancakes set off the smoke alarms.
- we didn't have specific instructions as to where to leave the garbage so we left it in the garage near the garage door (we hope that was where you wanted it...?)
- tongs would be a great and inexpensive addition to your utensil drawer, as they help with everything from bacon to spaghetti
Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we scored with six bluebird days of sunshine and spring snow.

Perfect cozy condo for my husband and I and our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren ages 17 and 19. Great skiing and great location close to shops , grocery stores and restaurants. Condo was well supplied with sheets, towels, and kitchen equipment. It was great having two full bathrooms and the half bathroom near the living room. The upper bonus room was perfect for the kids! We completed two puzzles during our stay. Games and puzzles were provided and great TV options. We will keep this property for future visits. Thank You for a great winter vacation.

The unit is dated and tired. Basic necessities were covered. One kitchen drawer falling apart when opened, dishwasher bottom rack close to falling out when extended to add or remove dishes.
We chose the unit because of the hot tub, the tub worked but the cover was past its prime, waterlogged and very HEAVY - replace it.
There were plenty of pillows and nice towels.
Overall we were satisfied but not thrilled.

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, well supplied and exactly what I expected based on previous reviews and descriptions. It was warm, had plenty of room, comfortable. Kitchen would be small for a large group. Two people can be in there at the same time but that's it. Fireplace was nice after a long day outside. Location was cenvenient to town, amentities and expressway.

Great location. 5 minutes from Copper Mountain. Layout was perfect for our group. Hot tub was very clean and so nice to have right at the unit. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture is dated but we didn’t care. Beds are comfortable and smart TV.

great find. I’ve stayed in this condo development 4x. through different agencies, firstly private hot tub and heated garage are rare. Extras including a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and 1st floor 1/2 bath are great. A large smart tv in the living room modernizes an older development. A great value.

Great location in Frisco, less than 2 minutes from I-70 and a 5 minute walk to main street. Unit was clean and had a nice layout for our party of 6. Master and loft spaces are large and accommodating. Heated garage was a nice plus. Hot tub was well maintained and provided a nice after ski soak.
The negatives: Kitchen is crowded for more than two cooks, so we did most of our prep work at the bar. There were only 7 forks and 7 spoons, so this made meals for 8 interesting. The furniture on is very dated and worn. The easy chairs in the living room had holes in the arms from years of use. While very similar in layout, the photos in the listing are not of the unit rented. The furnishings and decorations are different and a little more dated.
All in all, we would stay here again as the value and location offset the condition of the property.

Family vacation
We stayed for Spring Break with 5 of our kids (3-20). There was plenty of space, sleeping arrangements were easy and comfortable. Kitchen stocked well to cook all meals. It was great having a smart tv in the living area for movie night and the hot tub was very relaxing! Also wonderful having the garage for gear at the end of the day. Excellent location as well!

Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, the TV, the living space and the garage. The second bedroom is rather small and dark but the loft and master bedroom are spacious and bright. There are some tasks that require a handyman-especially the drawers I’m the kitchen. Overall, a good place for us. Loved the adorable Downtown Frisco and the historic buildings.

Great location but needs renovations
We got in the first night, everything was great, check in was easy, got some food, got in the hottub, everything was good until it wasn't. My friend was drawing water to take a bath, then it starts leaking and that water went through the floor into the living room, got a hold of maintenence but there was no one to fix it so went to bed and that was that. Next day they moved us to a similar unit and they Comped us for the first night, but then the hottub in this unit had a leak and had a broken pipe, we called maintenance and they said they would have a guy come out and fill it, 4 days went by without nothing til the night before we left and finally filled it.

Great location, clean property
Perfect location to ski Breck, Keystone, Copper, Vail. Frisco restaurants are great and nearby- walkable if the weather's nice. Very clean, cozy and functional condo but somewhat dated furniture, appliances, kitchen and baths. Perfect for our family but don't expect this to be a luxury condo. Gas fireplace was nice. Hot tub was great. Garage was a nice plus. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. This place was the bees-knees in the 1990s!

Great Place, Great Location
Overall, the condo fit my maxed-out group very comfortably.
First off, the unit we stayed in had newer amenities (carpet, flooring, bedding, etc) than the pictures showed which was a pleasant surprise.
The location is perfect. Located right next to the interstate that takes you to Vail and Copper Mountain. In the other direction, you are only 20 minutes from Keystone and Breckinridge. You are also walking distance from several hiking trails. To top it off, Frisco is a beautiful town with good food, bars, shops, and a new brewery.
The hot tub was a must have for a week of skiing. It was a bit old and the jets didn’t work too well, but it was hot and clean. Plus there was a maintenance person who came mid-stay to shovel the patio and refill the tub (didn’t need to request)!
My only suggestions are to update the pictures and to provide a clear checkout procedure. Regardless, with the competitive pricing staying here is a no brainer. Will be recommending this place to any friends and family.

Perfect location to get to all ski resorts. Property a good size for our family of 4 - everyone had their own space and had all amenities we needed. Property owners were excellent in responding to our questions.

A great place for families
We rented this VRBO for 6 nights just before Christmas, and had a wonderful time.. Typically, we'll spend little time in a place, as we ski all day long. But with a 2 year old, and very marginal snow conditions, we spent a lot of time there. It has a great floor plan, with a cozy living area, and very comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is OK, but could be better if the owners added a few staples (e.g., spices, oil) and some baking items (e.g., cookie sheets, wash clothes).

Great location
The condo was great location, clean, plenty of space, loved fireplace & private hot tub. Problem was check in & front door. When we arrived around 9pm Wed front door wouldn’t open, when first called management they said they didnt see our reservation which was upsetting. Someone else eventually called back & reservation found but unable to get us in door & eventually gave us garage code, took 45 min to hour to get inside after arrival. Said someone would be out next day (Thurs) to fix door, nobody came & after opening door from inside the door wouldn’t lock. So Wed, Thurs & Fri our front door was unlocked, scarey sleeping when door unlocked so husband slept downstairs. Fri afternoon maintenance showed up but was told unit C which was wrong, we were unit B. thankfully I saw him outside & stopped him so he could fix lock. Unable to fix so installed a chain & would come back next day. We ended up leaving a day early (Sat) as I fractured my knee & possibly ACL tear at copper mountain.

Wonderful vacation!
The place was clean and very spacious for our family of 6. The hot tub was a major hit with all of us and gave us a chance to relax after a long day! Very close to Main Street and all of the cute shops! Lots of restaurant choices and a variety of food.

Girl’s Hiking Trip
We went to do several hikes in the area. Frisco was a great centrally located home base. The town was so cute with great food and fun live music. The condo was perfect for our needs- clean, cozy and even had a hot tub fur our tired bodies after hiking!

Roomy and accurate photos
This property very much matched the description and photos on VRBO. It was roomier than we expected, and had plenty of room for a party of 7. We used the hot tub in the evening and it worked great. The location was perfect. The decor is a bit dated but it is clean and was an overall great value for the price.

Outdated but AMAZING!
This property was fantastic. I knew it was going to be a little outdated from the pictures, but it was clean. There was tons of space, and the heated garage and hot tub were fantastic! The kitchen had just the essentials, no spices or anything in the cabinets. Beds were comfy. Great location!

Perfect for our ski trip
This is a great little home for a group of 8. Property had all the essentials, check-in was easy, as was check out.
Only wish the unit designation was better placed, so it is more visible, especially at night. .

Better than photos
The space was significantly nicer than the photos showed. Very spacious. Frisco is a super cute town. We drove into Breck everyday of our stay and it was a convenient drive. I do have a complaint, the hot tub did not function during our stay and will not be replaced until at least May 2021. We booked specifically for the hot tub and did not appreciate the lack of communication of it being out of service. Not only that, but I was sent a note beforehand to pack beach towels to use for it. This was a large inconvenience and we were not offered any sort of discount for the lack of amenities that were advertised. The fireplace was also not functional during our stay. Sound carries throughout the property as if the floor and walls are made of paper, typical of an older built property. Overall disappointing but not a bad place to stay if you're informed.
