The staff were so kind and helpful

I had forgotten to check whether the room had a bath which would have made it even better for me. Quite a small room with table not facing the same way as TV so hard to sort photos on laptop and watch TV. But only minor issues to an otherwise great stay.

Delightful setting, staff were so friendly and helpful

Very impressed with the accommodation and the people were very friendly.

Breakfast was very good, lots of it and good quality. Our evening meal was also very good, the seafood menu is extensive. The restaurant was busy which is always a good sign out of season. Our room was very clean and the bathroom fittings looked to be new. The views from the restaurant are lovely.

From the outside it looks a little run down which is a shame as it is far better on the inside.

We traveled on the train from London , never again make sure you drive

Very warm welcome and bed was extremely comfortable room was very clean the staff bent over backwards for us we had a corner room which looked out over the river

It has a lot of history and the locals that use the bar were very friendly

breakfast was fantastic, the guy cooks everything from fresh, so able to have exactly what you want to eat. plus its all hot dinner was great, huge portions!! free parking over the road

Great five nights away, no hesitation in staying at again or recommending to anyone

Included breakfast was very good. Lunch and evening meals were superb, ate there 4 out of 5 nights. Location was amazing, quiet with lovely views over the river. Staff were all polite and helpful especially as my wife had a migraine for a couple of days. Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire

Mattress was maybe a bit on the soft side to what I'm used to.

Excellent stay

Lovely place warm welcome. Lovely food and very friendly staff would recommend the ferry house inn and hopefully will return one day. You have a lovely view of the Milford haven estuary. Also you can see the Irish ferry coming into Pembrokeshire docks.

A real disappointment; so we left after 1 night's stay (had booked and paid for 4 days)

The location at the seaside and the view.

Completely dated hotel with broken furniture, worn flooring, musty smell in the corridors, etc. The rooms weren't very clean and in both rooms we had booked the shower didn't work properly (or didn't work at all). There was quite some noise till 1h00 AM (inadequate soundproofing) and it wasn't even weekend (Monday evening)

A Little Bit of Heaven on the Water

We liked the fact that the Inn is on the water. Plenty of parking in a quiet location. The most friendliest staff we have ever come across. Steve even gave us a lift to the Marina and his wife lent us an umbrella! The room had everything we needed with tea coffee hot chocolate and scrummy biscuits. The beds were comfortable and we had a good working shower. If we were to return to the area we would definitely want to stay there again. It is also a good base to travel to other areas. Also Dog friendly as dog lovers thus suited us too

Superb

Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. Pub food in the evening turned out really nice. The room was okay for three people. The place is a good base for excursions around Pembrokeshire.

Hidden gem

Nestled half way between Tenby & St Davids, with fabulous views over the Pembroke estuary from the restaurant which served good value and delicious meals. Warm friendly welcome from James. Lovely personal touches in our room including well stocked hospitality tray. The facilities have all been updated during the pandemic We were only staying one night but would have happily stayed a weekend.

Be aware while it's worth the drive ot's off the beaten track. It's an Inn so at weekends if you want an early night you may experience some noise.

Great location right on the water. Staff all great and happy to help with local information and any queries. Didn't venture far in the evening as the food was great and no need to drive. Would recommend to all who want a perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire

Exceptional

Such a brilliant place to stay and such a friendly family run establishment for 37 years. We were made very welcome, our room was very comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely view. Sitting outside on the terrace in the evening was very nice and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Location was great for exploring too.

Can't fault it really with exception that table lamps didn't work at bedside but not a major issue
