About this resort
Nestled in Austin, this charming resort for $242 per night is a great option for your next break. Austin's culture has been well-documented and the city has become one of America's most desired destinations. As one of Wyndham's newest resorts, the Wyndham Austin allows you to capitalize on a unique travel experience, while still feeling at home in your fully functional 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite. The 2 Bedroom Presidential can sleep up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. At about 1,500 square feet, it contains a full kitchen, a balcony and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is TV, BOSE Sound System, Sonify Movie System, and elevator and staircase access. Resort Amenities: Outdoor Swimming Pool Sunbathing Area BBQ Area Fire Pit Fitness Center Activities Center Owners Lounge with Game Room Parking at this property is $35/day with full in/out privileges. Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out. The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours. Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations. A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation. Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted. Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for our small family gathering. The master toilet clogged, my husband told the front desk and it was promptly fixed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The property itself was nicely decorated (a few minor marks and dings on the walls) and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great too!

This place was perfect. Stayed for 3 days with the wife, and could not as for anything more. Walking distance to everything you can possibly need weather you are looking for night life or daily entertainment. The unit itself was in perfect condition and had all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you to the hosts!

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. My son has never been able to enjoy playing in the pool and walking in the city to enjoy the scenery. Great place for families.

We were in town for UT orientation and needed a place to stay for a group of 3 adults (+ 1 when not at orientation) while we waited on our Longhorn to finish up. This place was perfect for our needs - close enough to campus, plenty of space to hang out. Took son to the pool one day -small and popular but served its purpose. Will likely try to use again if available on future UT visits.

We had a great stay here with another couple. It’s a very convenient location and walked to most things we wanted to do in Austin. We didn’t know this was a hotel prior to booking so checking in at a front desk did through us off. The pool and other amenities on property are great and the unit itself is new and modern. Our only complaint was there are not enough elevators, only 2, for a 22 story building. We often waited a very long time for elevators and stopped on every floor on the way down. The service elevator was also broken so we were sharing the elevator with maintenance and cleaning people, who take up the whole elevator and you have to wait for the other one.

Had a great stay, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area . The location was easily walkable to great bars and restaurants. We will stay here again. Came with our couple friend and their teenage daughter . She used the hide abed and was comfortable.

The condo is ideally located just of 6th street. It’s very clean and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen and balcony.
Wonderful amenities with the heated pool, fire pits, corn hole, and shuffleboard.
It was a great choice for our family reunion!

The location was wonderful. We walked or rented scooters to get to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. 6th street was a minute away, which was so convenient. The hotel is beautiful, our room was so cool & had a view of the roof top with the fire pits. The only complaint we have is the elevator situation. There are only 2 and catching them can be frustrating. Otherwise, it was 10/10! We will be back!

The unit was clean, modern, comfortable and great location to walk to downtown Austin. A little noisy, you could hear toilets and showers in the unit above and the ceramic floors hadn't been wet mopped in a long time. But overall we were very pleased with the propert.

The property was beautiful and well outfitted with everything we needed. We particularly had fun playing with the foosball table in the room. There were salespeople who wanted us to attend the sales event to join, but they were not pushy and accepted no thanks for an answer. The only downside was the high parking fees. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for families
Spacious room that was clean and modern. My complaints are minimal but worth mentioning. They try to make you go through a sales pitch for a time share as part of the check-in process. There are only two elevators and the wait time was 10-20 minutes at times. Pool is small considering the number of families using it. One evening there were at least 40 kids plus adults in the pool and it was way too crowded to be enjoyable.

This presidential suite was amazing. It was beautiful and artsy while still being comfortable and functional. It is a great location to everything from the capitol to the best restaurants. The roof top pool and grilling area were impressive with great views. Will definitely be back!
