Great house with plenty of room and entertainment space. Hot tub was great. They also provided plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, towels, and cooking seasonings which is always a plus.

The home worked great and the reservation people were helpful. We had the home cleaned midweek and Pinnacle helped us arrange.

We held a women's discipleship trip here and the house fit our 10-person group perfectly. Very clean and enjoyable. Check out was also extremely easy. The listing excludes many amenities that they have on site in terms of kitchen items. It was well stocked.

The house was lovely. It was very clean when we arrived. The interactive info sent by Visit Breck was informative and helpful. This house is on a quiet street, and the kids could ride all of their bikes, striders, and skateboards. The pool table, shuffle board and hot tub were a big hit as well. The house was a perfect size for our family of 10. Plenty of space and entertainment areas. The kitchen area was typically ground central, and had everything we needed to cook some great meals. The house itself was very well built, with beautiful trim work throughout. The furnishings throughout were very comfortable and nice. Truly, an upgraded property. We will be back!

This lodge is nearly perfect for family vacations. The family room accommodated our family of 8 perfectly for gathering around the tv for viewing sports and enjoying the fireplace. The hot tub was a must for our family and did not disappoint. The pool table and amenities in the downstairs room was great for the kids. The only suggestions to improve the experience would be sharp knives in the kitchen as we prepared all of our would also be nice to have a large pot between the 2 qt size and the lobster pot size. Also, it would be very helpful for those of us that are not tech savvy to have simple instructions to operate the tvs (and a basic tv channel guide for popular stations).That being said, we had the best experience and loved the lodge. Close to town, slopes and grocery store. Beautiful views....

This rental property is perfect for a big group ski trip! Lots of space, good kitchen for cooking, hot tub was clean, pool table was fun, and able to have watch movies. Only thing which was less than ideal was the walk back from the shuttle ( up hill),, so the group had a short drive to the gondola lot which was around 20 bucks to park a day.

We had a great stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and close to town. It was perfect for our group of 10 and could have fit more easily by sharing the king sized beds. I loved that there were so many KING bed options, which is tough to find in a house, particularly when not all the members of our group knew each other very well. When we had an issue with the smoke alarm chirping, they responded promptly, even on a weekend, and management checked in throughout our stay via text messages. Great time, would definitely come back!

Great Family House
We stayed over Christmas with extended family, and it was perfect! We have 4 teenagers in our group that wanted to ski! Perfect location, and the house was the perfect size for us.

Amazing views
This house was a great stay! Views from the house were amazing. Kitchen was big enough for our thanksgiving dinner. Lots of space for 11 people. Bus stop just a 5 minute walk. The house had sleds so the kids went down the hill from the house, which was a plus. Again it was a great stay!

Over priced for the quality of home. This home is tired and needs some updates.
Property has a great deal of potential but truly needs updates and to be cleaner. Main living floor areas were really dirty and gritty, carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Dishwasher really needs repairs, was usable, but main bottom rack was broken and with most meals needing to be prepared from the home due to low restaurant staffing and inability to get reservations, all related to COVID, it became important for kitchen to be properly outfitted and in great working condition. Ants all over Master bedroom and ensuite. How about some screens on those windows? No AC, and temps in summer can be really warm, so a cross breeze would have been nice but did not want animals and more bugs possibly getting into home with open windows at night. Minimal counter space but made it work. Great hot tub and gas grill. Living room FP, when nights were cool enough, could not get to work, and no instructions either even after texting management co. Location is okay but its a really hard walk back from Main Street. Like I said, could be nicer, the family even noticed, wasn't just me. Not our VRBO in Breck, so we have had opportunity to make comparisons.

Great Mountain Home Close to Town and Slopes
This was a lovely property great for a few families! We loved our time at the house. The kids were able to play in the fun game room while the adults had the upstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was great to use! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Quick spring ski getaway
My family and I enjoyed this property immensely. Everything you would expect from a beautiful Colorado home and then some! Furniture and beds were all very comfy. Fire places made everything extra cozy. Downstairs was great with the Jacuzzi, pool table, shuffle board, board games. Kept everyone entertained during the down time after riding the Mountain all day! To be honest my favorite was the amazing island in the beautiful kitchen. Great place to gather everyday for breakfast and coffee or the afternoon happy hour. All in all our group couldn't have been more pleased. Great location, close to everything. Thank you so much for hosting our group. Will highly reccomend and hope to be back ourselves someday!

House was good...Amenities not accurate...Garage dirty
Overall house was good...We were there a week over New Years 20/21...Looking forward to watching a bunch of bowl games over the weekend...but no cable or satellite TV as advertised...Only 6 stations...Also not a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen...ended up storing all of our food supplies on the island and counter around the stove...Wine/Beverage cooler was nice for storing extra soda/drinks...Mud room with storage compartments good for keeping everyone's ski stuff separated...All in all a good House as long as you don't want to watch any TV other than the main networks...The cleanliness gest a deduct because the garage had 1/4" dried mud left stall.

Great house, we very much enjoyed it. The only recommendation is putting curtains on the east facing windows of the master bedroom. Super bright sunrise made sleeping in impossible. We would definitely come back though.
