I loved the apartment, it was perfect for a family trip.

Very spacious and comfortable

Usually there's no staff in the building and you don't know if there's someone on duty or not

Suppose to stay for 2 nights but decided to check out after 1 night

No breakfast . Air conditioner works well, bed is comfy

Bathroom - no bath mat, makes it slippery when wet. No toilet holder, not enough hooks to hang your clothes. Only 1 small soap for 4 people. Shower recess not clean nor up to standard Kitchenette- not enough cutleries or cups, have to askfor a small fruit knife , dishwashing detergent and wash cloth. Doors under sink was coming off.Suppose to stay 2 nights

Affordable Stay Near Subic Attractions

Near Ocean Adventure, Zoobic Safari and Camayan Beach. 10-15 minute drive to harbor point and 15-20 min drive to attractions. You should have a car of you are staying here. The neighborhood is really, really nice.

Fridge and microwave have the same outlet. You can't use both at the same time. No elevator, just stairs.

Big rooms, cold AC, great water pressure, clean and quiet.

I dont like at all.. no customer services specially the manager.. the bathrooms are dirty. the room so smelly.. they dont even have enough things to use.. AC to hot.. bed uncomfortable .. not happy with my stay

We are glad we stayed at this place - a peaceful retreat from the modernized and busy Subic Bay side ❤️

Location, size of rooms, friendly staff.

More toilet paper/paper towels needed, no dishwashing liquid, ref was dirty and musty, and bathroom’s shower (water still gets out) and and vent did not work.

Friendly staff, spacious room, next door cafe restaurant

The accomodation lies far out of Olongpago Town and you need a taxi for literally every step. (Min. 200P fee and 30 min waiting in addition to the travel time/ cost to Olongpago or wherever place)

I’ll 100% stay again

Very big room, I was upgraded to a 2 bed 1 bath with kitchen and living room. Best money for the size. Had hot high pressure shower, First out of over 20 places I’ve stayed at that has lots of water pressure. Also only blocks from the monkeys. People drive way better in this area

Had a must smell at the entirety, no staff, only a security guard. Not much food around.

The staff, they're friendly and attentive. The location, it's familiar to me, like the back of my hand, as we used to live beside it, at Jade Apartments. Plus the fact that it is quiet and almost serene. Just like back in 2006 when we were staying in the area.

From the last time we visit, the facilities were quite new. Now there's a bit of rundown, paints chipping off, batteries/remotes not running good, utensils that are quite used up already. Minimal to our stay but would be meaningful if these were addressed. I could live with it, but sensitive guests could find it unacceptable.

The staff are very pleasant, accommodating and very responsive to our requests. The family room is spacious and good for families. Location is tranquil and good for rest, relaxation and quality time with family. We will definitely come back. 👍👍👍

A Decent Stay in Subic

I liked the size of the rooms and the beds. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The microwave in my room wasn't working. The location is difficult to reach and there are barely shops or places to eat around the hotel.

Parking is a bit narrow and the trees will leave brown spots, droppings, and stains on you car's paint job. Including tons of leaves and twigs.
