A property of love a place of peace, and a landscape of luxury!

Personally I believe it’s a 5 star lounge. My room was just awesome. I found 2 special people there 1 is Rahul who always use to ask me “Anna idli sambar or dosa you want I’ll bring” 😀 and hotel security, He’s basically a old guard but use he has made my days by just guiding me about the city. How to bargain in market, what to eat and the best part was his behaviour and his smile. Well I highly recommend this property if anyone flying to Chennai… Trust me you gonna love it!!!!

Very unhappy

Breakfast was not given. We had to go out to get the breakfast

Lift stopped working mid-floor.As the lights/Power supply wasn't working. We could not open the door.Alarm bells installed in the lift was not working.Nobody come to rescue us inspite of banging on the door of the lift. We could hardly breath. With lots of difficulty we prised open the lift door. Why no generator is available to tackle such situations?

The location is Good.

The service was very bad, no towels, the ac was not cooling, service was a long delay etc...

Good and would like to visit for my next visit

The Rooms are neat and clean. The ambiance is good

The Room's functions can be checked prior by the staff. At the time I Checked in I find it difficult. Staff did an exchange in the morning then it was good

Comfortable stay. Will opt First Inn for my next stay

First Inn hotels cleanliness, location, service & facilities were very good. Rooms are comfortable without any disturbance, no vehicle sounds even the hotel was near to busy road.

Exhaust system in washrooms can be considered. Price seems a bit high in this category incl tax

There was some construction / repair work carried out late into the night and the noise was unbearable.

Breakfast shuld have included as complimentary.No packaged water /coffee or tea maker and washroom supplies in room. Early checkin thugh confirmed in email with exra charge we ended up waiting for 45 mins and got delayed to biz meeting. There are no latches in the room to lock from inside for extra security.

The behaviour of the staff were very cordial.

The water supply was eratic. The cistern used to leak at times.
