The location was good, for Gorleston and Great Yarmouth. Easy to get to and from. The house was a great size for us, and would easily accommodate more people comfortably.

The size of the property and bedrooms accommodated us very well. The property was clean and tidy. The location of the property will suit anyone wanting to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants or pubs. Lucy, the owner was very friendly and on the end of a text or phone call if we needed her. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The towels were of a very good thick quality and there were more than enough for 5 adults.
Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the road and drunk people walking to and from the pub. We could hear it through the windows word perfectly. The property is quite dated and has a lot of mish mashed furniture. The beds were a too soft for us but that is a personal preference and the bed linen is dated and old looking too. The shower had no water pressure so there was little water coming out and it took a while for all 5 adults to shower.

Confused by PIN sent by booking.com as not for key lock. Fridge not overly cold on arrival but improved after first night.

The host was fantastic, replied to our messages within minutes and was very friendly. This 4 bedroom house was huge, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was perfect for us, I did not have to drive anywhere. Arcades, Morrisons and the high street were all about a 2 minute walk. Plenty of places to eat, takeaways were within walking distance but they all deliver anyway. Parking is on road but we parked with ease. We had a great stay, thank you.

Nothing not to like! It is very spacious, very clean, good quality towels, bedding etc - so nice not to have to pack your own of these! Beach at Gorleston is Amazing- however dogs allowed only in Winter months (may be different further along coast line, but certainly at the end near the property no dogs May-Sept)
Gorleston itself isn’t the nicest town, so we did have to drive for nice day trips, and whilst you’re near the sea, you can’t see it from the property as there’s a factory in the way! VERY well equipped kitchen in terms of crockery, pans etc and great to have dishwasher and washing machine. Very minor detail but a whisk and a sieve would be a good addition to the kitchen as we struggled making sauce, and rice without these items!

Really spacious and family friendly. The house is well placed to get to everything we wanted to in Gorleston. Granddaughters already asking to go back and we only left this morning!
Parking as this was on a well used road. Having said that we always managed to park right outside so it really wasn't a big issue. The WiFi was challenging to access but we managed using our phones as hotshots.

Great size and easily walkable from the beach. Lovely to have a little courtyard at the back, two living areas. The kitchen was so well equipped and the rooms were a great size.
Very creaky floorboards but if you bring slippers and are prepared it’s definitely not an issue!

On very short notice Lucy pulled out all the stops to ensure the property was ready for our arrival. She was at the property when we arrived and was very helpful to all our party.
The property itself was ideal for the family get together and a great base to explore the area. Trips into Great Yarmourth, Hemsby and Horsey to see the Seals were easily within reach. Everything we needed was available in the property including a bingo set which we took advantage of one night.
Thanks to Lucy for helping us out of a sticky situation and very grateful she was able to accommodate at such short notice.

Great space in the house, it had everything we needed. The location was excellent.
The road was really noisy at night with drunk people heading to the Ocean Rooms or returning later.

The house is close to the high street so convenient but the outlook is quite industrial. Short walk to a lovely beach though.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and the curtains were quite light. The garden could do with some TLC but was a nice size.

Close to the beach which was lovely and local to shops. 15 min drive to Great Yarmouth if you want more things to do and great for children. Really liked the house had loads of space. The owner was very helpful

The house is beautiful.. lovely location with easy walking distance to town...we went with sister and brother in-law and had a totally relaxing weekend. It was home from home, will definitely go again

Lots of space for a big family or two families. Nice kitchen with everything you need and a dining room. comfy lounge plus an extra room we used as a games room/ evening drinks. Upstairs was big , nice rooms suited our needs
