WEDGEWOOD LANE #6 (Sleeps 6/1030 Sq Ft) $150 per night ($W135) ON THE ISLAND! Two-bedroom condo with two full baths. Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 20-inch TV, and sliding glass doors to deck. Second bedroom has queen bed and 19-inch TV. Living room has FIREPLACE, queen size sleeper sofa, 43-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling with skylights, and sliding glass doors to a 9x30 deck. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RECREATION CENTER (the pool at the recreation center is private and not available for guest use, but other activities are available for guest use for a fee) and nine-hole golf course (300 yards). Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.
Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. The house was very comfortable for our family and needs. The Holiday Island neighborhood was fabulous! We had deer in our yard and got to see views of Table Rock Lake around the island.

This location met all of our needs. We needed a place with no stairs for my MIL. It was clean, kitchen had everthing we needed. Plenty of detergent for a couple loads of laundry and running the dishwasher. It's a very quiet area, not much traffic. Our only complaint came from our son,.who slept on the pullout couch in the living room. The mattress on the couch is extremely thin and uncomfortable. He was also awakened very early every morning from the sunlight coming in the skylights. We would stay again, but only if we did not need to use the sleeper sofa.

The condo is pet friendly but does have a slight urine smell to it. It was a nice quiet place to stay and clean. Wi-Fi information was not accurate.

We enjoyed our Stay. One thing to note is that all 3 our our GPS units took us to 6 Wedgewood Drive, NOT 6 Wedgewood Lane, luckily there was a sign posted on the Drive home that stated it was a personal residence or I would have been calling the homeowner asking where the lockbox was! The correct address was just around the corner. We learned to put in 4 Westood Lane and it took us right to the correct spot! Just food for thought! The drives into Rogers, Eureka Springs were beautiful and windy! But we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the scenery and the ride. The home itself was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows left a bit to be desired but if that bothers you take your own special pillow and you'll be fine. Air and heat work great.. Yes we had to run both cuz the weather called for it! I do wish that the 2nd bathroom was attached to the one bedroom but it was located right outside the room so it worked. The Master was amazing and both bathrooms were very nice! Awesome water pressure! If we go into that area again, and we may, this would be a great place to stay again! For the price you won't be disappointed at all!

Payed a cleaning fee and expected the carpet to be cleaned before. Left place clean. Plan on renting a unit again in the future and hopefully things will improve. Owned property on Holiday Island for 27 years and expect better.

Great experience, fun area!
We were pleased with our choice of rental properties. It was not too far from Eureka Springs and there was a lot to do nearby—hiking, exploring, and the rec center. Unfortunately, it rained an entire day of our long weekend and there isn’t a lot to do that isn’t outside but the stay itself was great.

A comfy little cozy place to stay while on the island. The only thing I would recommend is the smell from the pest control was a little overwhelming. We do like staying here and have multiple times with family and friends. We will be back!

We arrived after dark and the packet pickup location was very dark. The condo has an issue with the pipes moaning when you run the water or flush the toilets. The coffee pot took an hour to make one pot. There was much extra bedding. And, the dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs when we ran it. Location is good.

Great as always
We always stay at the rentals at Holiday Island and have never been disappointed. We live 3 hrs away and sometimes stay a weekend to a week depending on our schedule. Perfect place for a weekend get away, as counting times we have stayed here...... ALOT. Always nice, clean and comfortable like a home away from home.

We arrived after dark and the packet pickup location was very dark. The condo has an issue with the pipes moaning when you run the water or flush the toilets. The coffee pot took an hour to make one pot. There was much extra bedding. And, the dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs when we ran it. Location is good.

My only real complaints are that the placement of the toilet paper holders make it very difficult to use the toilets if you’re a heavier person. Another complaint is that the big couch is super uncomfortable. Part of why I picked this condo was because the couch looked so comfy in the pictures. I knew my husband and I would be trying to relax and watch TV some during our stay. We had to add several bed pillows to the couch to make it comfortable. And one more thing is that they really need a new coffee maker. I think it must have taken well over an hour and a half for one, 12-cup pot to fully brew. — The location is really nice and feels safe. We saw lots of deer and were close to water access. We were also very close to the miniature “Golden Gate Bridge” on Hwy. 187. Beautiful! Thanks for a nice getaway!

Good Weekend Stay
We were travelomg to the area to take advantage of the mountain bike trails and lakes, and the condo was a comfortable home base during the weekend.

Break from the new normal
Melissa and I have stayed on Holiday Island 3 of last 4 years. The girls have been with us the last 2 times. This home was quite, cozy, and very comfortable. It has a big deck with a grill. We came to get a break before school starts up. We came here to float a loxal river, go to the Cosmic Caverns, and visit Eureka Springs. The home has all the utensils you need to cook your meals or grill on the deck. We really enjoyed our time in the area and the house made it more so at the end of some busy days. We highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and Good Value
The property is quite spacious for the money. The king sized bed and the living room furniture were large and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quick and easy access to Eureka Springs. There is also a small grocery store within a few miles of the property. We are unable to rate the island activities because we were there in the midst of the covid hysteria and most things were closed. A highlight was a group of deer that frequented the empty lot across the street.

Clean, quiet and perfect for our family.
Super clean, very well maintained. We checked in late and had no issues. Great deck for relaxing under the shade trees, spotless home. Great stay for our family of 4 for a great price. Will come back!

Peaceful
I stayed here while in the area for SAR training. I hate staying in hotels so chose to stay here. It was quiet, beautiful location, clean and felt it felt like home. Very comfortable.

A bargain for the space!
My husband and I stayed here two nights with my sister-in-law while we explored Eureka Springs and surrounding areas. It was such a nice place to be - plenty of space for us, a great place to cook breakfast each morning, and close to Eureka as well. The neighborhood was quiet, and the deck was nice to hang out on and watch the deer. The property manager was out when we got there, but left us the keys, and we had no problem finding the location. We will certainly remember this property and will recommend it to friends!

Great Stay
The rental is on Holiday Island, which can be tricky to find your way back to at night. But, the resort area is lovely, and close drive to the Eureka Springs downtown district. There is a resort pool, which is amazing. The house comes with everything that you need.

Great place for a weekend getaway!
The property is easily accessed and placed in the heart of Holiday Island. It was clean and everything was easily marked and easy to find. It was quiet, spacious and welcoming with a nice view out the back of the golf course, which I believe is included with the stay.
The check in process was easy and the management staff was very kind and helpful. Check in is not near the property though, so make sure when arriving in the Holiday Island area you go to check in before going to the property.
There is a local supermarket at the top of the mountain and is about a 10 minute drive from the property. We had a wonderful time and we would happily be returning guests in the future!

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful
The condo was adequate for our needs. On the minus side, the interior is pretty dated, carpet stained, glass shelf in fridge broken, lighting dim, linens old and the unit had a distinct musty smell. We tucked dryer sheets on the heating vents to help with the odor. On the plus side, it is very spacious and the furnishings are nice.
