Located in Garland County, this charming condo for $78 per night is a great option for your next trip. FREE night for simply sending a friend or visit a second time and bring some friends. For every couple you refer to 'la Casa Cortez , you will receive a free nights stay for your next get a way. The accumulated nights can be used by you or a loved one. Our property is a newly renovated luxury suite vacation rental for one or two guests with new décor and furnishings. This spacious 900 sq. ft. three room unit. Our second unit is now ready!!! if both are rented you have an 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, with an added bathroom and kitchenette. We moved from coastal SC and wanted to bring with us a semi-coastal living atmosphere. We live upstairs in this comfortable two story brick/framed private home situated on the #6 hole of the magnificent “Cortez” golf course. ‘la Casa Cortez is located downstairs with its own dedicated keyless entry patio door. Guests have their own lighted parking pad and walkway to the entrance. Your luxury bedroom includes a king size pillow top mattress with freshly laundered bedding, including blankets and bed spreads. This spacious get away includes a closet to store clothes, golf clubs or anything else you want to keep out of the way. You will enjoy the open concept of a cozy living room and kitchenette. A special feature is a dual purpose coffee table converting to a desk for computer use or extra eating space. An electric fireplace provides both supplemental heat and a pleasurable ambiance for those romantic evenings. There are two new Lazy Boy recliners for your comfort and relaxation. We offer free high speed wireless internet, 40 inch Samsung HD flat screen Smart TV with free Netflix and on demand features! Your kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, micro-wave, toaster oven, convection oven and an induction plate for your meal preparation. We also provide an ample supply of items for all your kitchen and bathroom needs including paper towels, coffee & filters, salt & pepper, all season salt, flour, sugar and artificial sweetener just to name a few. Our second unit will have a dorm size frig., microwave, and coffee maker, TV, 2 twin beds (combined will make a king), and eating area/desk! There will be a Jack and Jill bath for people sharing a 2 bedroom. The unit can also be used independent of the other unit and will have a separate patio and patio door entrance. Even though, you will have many options, you will be happy to know there are countless restaurants nearby!! We suggest trying “Debra's” which is only a short 7 min. drive, and is known throughout the village for serving an excellent breakfast and lunch. A large private patio awaits your arrival with access either through your living area or bedroom. Patio furnishings include table with four chairs, new Weber charcoal grill and 2 additional lounge chairs and small table for relaxing enjoyment. Our unit is pet friendly and we welcome them as long as they mind their manners. A small pet fee will be required. 'la Casa Cortez is our little coastal getaway and we hope it will become your home away from home.

Stayed here a couple of years ago, and were very impressed with HSV as a potential retirement community. Stayed again recently, and now definitely plan on being in the HSV community in 2-4 years. Gary and Linda have a very nice setup for 1-2 people. Very thoughtful with water, coffee, and snacks. May have to stay here again while deciding on homes!

Been to many HSV properties the last 30 years. This one was one of the nicest. Owners were very nice and provided everything you need. Great backyard view of the golf course, centrally located in the village. Would go back again for sure.

The accommodations were the perfect size for a couple. This was our second trip to Hot Springs Village. La Casa Cortez was very comfortable and decorated very nice. The host were very thoughtful and even provided snacks. We had everything that we needed. The king sized bed was comfortable. We slept like babies. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. There is nothing like drinking your coffee while the sun is rising over the golf course. We had great conversation with the hosts Gary and Linda and one of their other guests Barb. The first night they invited us down to the fire pit and we enjoyed wine and great conversation. I highly recommend Gary and Linda as hosts. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Casa Cortez is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I especially liked the evening strolls in the neighborhood, the hot tub, fire pit conversations, covered patio with both sun and shade. Hosts were above & beyond regarding helpfulness, generosity and graciousness. My pooch and I truly feel like we have new friends. We highly recommend.

I was a pleasure dealing with Gary & Linda . Very attentive to our needs and despite the weather (it rained one day). They checked on us several times and showed us how to use the fireplace. It was cozy & comfortable and would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at their place.

Nice ”apartment style” rental in the basement of the owners’ house. Private entrance to the rental and even nicer place in person than it looks online. We didn’t meet Gary but Linda was very nice. She brought us snacks and even looked after my dog when she was panicking after we left for a little while. Thanks for letting us stay!

Linda and Gary were such gracious hosts. Absolutely delightful conversations. It's so clear they care about their property and their rentals. Everything you could possibly need, they've already thought of and have it available. And the property is breathtaking. Nestled in a huge gated community, over hills and around turns, with plenty of nature left untarnished by development. I'm not even exaggerating when I say, staying here absolutely refreshed my soul and gave me just the right recharge I needed. Thank you so much!
