About this house rental
This is a very cozy and comfortable home. It is well appointed and has everything you will need for a night/week or month. We have a great, open, fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi tub in master, access to pool/tennis. Quiet and friendly neighborhood with nearby shopping, eating and entertainment. It is located between downtown Raleigh and downtown Durham, which makes it very convenient to the more popular destinations.

It will make you feel warm and welcome. We have included many personal touches to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You will find a very open floor plan with a well equipped, centrally located, open kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 8 for that big delicious meal, also great for playing cards or board games. A large master bedroom with a new plush king bed is conveniently located on the main floor. The large luxurious master bath is equipped with a jetted spa tub and aroma therapeutic bath salts. Soft towels, hair dryer, organic soaps and shampoos are there for you in both bathrooms. The living room is a wonderful open area with vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace and surround sound smart home theater system with a 43" flat screen HDTV with internet TV (HBO, Amazon Prime and Netflix included). It has been updated with all new carpeting. There are board games, puzzles and books for when you just want some low tech entertainment and relax at the house. There is an office equipped with a desk, extra seating, wireless printer/scanner and shredder. Wireless high speed gigabit internet is available throughout the house. Maps are available so you can quickly acclimate yourself to the area. You will also find a binder with a house manual, maps, collection of things to do, places to see and a long list of wonderful local restaurants. The house has a completely furnished loft area, with a stair stepper and a 42" HDTV that overlooks the living room. We can also convert the loft into another sleeping area. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, 2 soft robes, 32" ROKU TV and a USB surge protected charging stations. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and desk, it is located upstairs and conveniently connected to the full bathroom. The third bedroom can easily be converted from two twin xl size beds to one king size bed or vice versa upon request. The house also has a 2 car garage with garage door remotes and enough room for 2 extra cars in the driveway. The outside patio has seating for eight, a small herb garden, an umbrella with lights and a gas grill. It backs up to a wooded area for great privacy. In the garage there are two touring bicycles with helmets ready to go and four tennis rackets with tennis balls, basket ball, kick ball, soccer ball and a cooler for picnics.
The house is equipped with a keyless entry with your own private code, so no need to worry about keys. There is a gated community pool which is open seasonally. The gated tennis courts, workout room and playground are open and available with a key year round.
We will be there for you at check-in and available to the end. You choose the level of interaction that is right for you. We are only a phone call and 3 miles away. We want your stay to be exactly what you want.
Less than 10 miles to downtown, 5 miles to Crabtree Mall, 2.5 miles to Brier Creek, 10 minutes to airport, close to major freeways, 1 mile to Umstead State Park with walking and biking trails. Also conveniently located for easy access to major Universities in the triangle area. Many nearby restaurants and takeout/delivery. There are three very convenient grocery stores. Lowes Foods is a walkable half mile away. No car, no worries. Uber is very popular and always available or car rentals are located nearby at the airport.

Our weekend at this home was phenomenal! Susan and Bob were the best hosts! Everything was seamless! They were very responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home

If we could give it 20 stars, we would. Rob and Susan are the absolute best hosts. They thought of everything to make your stay the most wonderful experience! They knew we were arriving late so had the lights on and the AC was at a perfect temp the entire stay. They had food and beverages available, extra towels and bedding, games, puzzles...oh my gosh, could go on and on about the amenities! There is internet, a printer, paper and ink as well as other desk amenities. The pool was refreshing. Bikes were available for a bike ride! We could have just stayed right there the entire time for the best vacation. We hated to leave and will definitely find a reason to go back. You DEFINITELY want to stay here if you are in the Raleigh, NC area. This was the first part of our trip and our next VRBO was severely lacking, especially compared to this one which was by far the best VRBO place we have EVER stayed in! Great job, Rob and Susan! So glad we stayed with you! We truly loved our stay!

I have stayed at Susan's and Rob's several times. This house is great! It is beautifully decorated and in a safe neighborhood. And incredibly well-located. Vary convenient to shopping and the airport. The best part of all is that the home is set up to make you feel at home. Anything you might need during your stay is there. I highly recommend staying there!

Wow, what a place! It was convenient to everything we did and and was very comfortable for our lodging. They had everything we needed for a home away from home and even more. We were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving feast with the hardware available at this house. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic experience.

Beautiful home that had everything we needed and more! Comfortable bedrooms - the master ensuite is beautiful. Plenty of space for 4 adults and our 3 year old grandson. He had a great time playing with toys in the tent setup up by Susan and Rob. KItchen was amazing - everything you need to prepare meals of any kind. Also, some beverages, seasonings and other items were waiting for us! Susan was great to work with. She met us at checkin and answered all of our questions and gave a nice tour of the house. We also enjoyed the pool that is close by the home. Susan helped us get some clothing items we forgot returned to us. Susan is the best and this is the most well appointed, comfortable, beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in! The personal touches were amazing! High recommend.

Upon arrival the property manager (Susan) was such a gracious host. She arrived as we checked in and showed us every room and amenities in the home. She even set up my two grandkids with a place for them to lay their heads and toys to play with. The home was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! Great job Susan!

First of all, communication with Susan & Rob was excellent. They are available and communicate very quickly to any inquiries. Check-in to the home is very easy and the property is in an excellent location. The home is the cleanest property I have ever seen and they have thought of everything you could ever imagine with the amenities. The home is beautiful inside and out and very comfortable for the 6 of us. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and completely recommend this property.

This is truly one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Every possible detail has been considered — right down to a luggage scale! We have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The property was perfect for our baby too, with high chair and cot all set up. And the owners are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely condo with everything you could possibly want. I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in any other vacation rental. Susan met us at the property at check-in and was extremely friendly and helpful.

My family & I visit Raleigh, NC often due to family in the area, & we LOVE staying with Susan & Rob!! They always make our stay enjoyable. From the comfort of the residence, to the fully stocked kitchens & most importantly, they are both beautiful host!
To beat the inclement weather heading to our home area, we decided to travel a day early to be settled prior to the holiday, Susan & Rob were able to have the home prepared for our check-in one (1) day earlier. They went out of their way to accommodate us & we are greatly appreciative of them. Let's just say, whenever we are in Raleigh, one of the three (3) properties of Susan & Rob's is ALWAYS our first choice.

We are so impressed by this property and the owners. They were amazing. We were plagued by illness while in Raleigh but thankfully had a beautiful place to stay and rest. Our plans got cancelled with ill children but the house had plenty to keep everyone occupied. Hostess was so kind- we will stay in their properties anytime. 10 stars!

Could not have asked for a better experience! This home had everything we needed to gather for a small family birthday weekend celebration. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and well stocked that we didn't need to do much but relax and enjoy ourselves! The owner, Susan, was wonderful to work with and took the time to meet us upon check-in and give us a rundown of all the highlights of the home. Most helpful! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Upon our arrival we were immediately blow away by the decor and the apparently spotless and highly sanitary condition of everything. Every room presented a new WOW factor. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish, glass, utensil imaginable. Plus the refrig was pre-stocked with snacks, breakfast goodies, fruit, coffee, milk, spreads, etc. The Owners Booklet gave us lots of info on what to do and where to eat. The owners had even placed an iPad on the desk to help with any needed internet searches of Raleigh/Durham/RTP. The location of the home was in a very clean, safe, and desirable neighborhood - and offered access to the community pool and fitness center. The owners were available as needed throughout our stay and even offered late check-out if we wanted. In short, nothing could have been nicer or better equipped for our visit.

We enjoyed it here so much. Used it as a transition to moving into our new home, and it was awesome. They have almost everything you could ever need and then some! We really loved the pool (perfect for kids, is 3’6” throughout) and it was close to groceries and shops. They provided wine and beer, spa treatments for the jacuzzi, a gas grill, and toys for the kids. Highly recommend!

This home and the owners are fabulous. Every detail of the home was perfect and well thought out. The host left a well stocked fridge, fruit and snacks to enjoy, including wine and beverages from a local brewery. The beds were comfortable and the baths were stocked with spa quality shampoos, conditioner and soaps. The community pool was relaxing and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This home felt more like a bed and breakfast! Everything you could need, great communication with the host and such a bonus to have wine, a few sample beers, bagels and fruit ready to be enjoyed! This house is immaculate and welcoming! The pride of ownership is evident in this home and the host graciously extends it to her guests. The property is spotless! I travel with cleaning supplies, Lysol, pillows, pillow cases etc. but I did not have to use anything I brought for the stay. Conveniently located in a safe and quiet development. The thoughtfulness of the amenities are heart felt. Susan thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting her such a wonderful person. Just Like Home!
This house was beautiful inside and out and in a great neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated and had 2 nice sitting areas for our family to congregate. We used the patio for relaxing and grilling. They went above our expectations having a stocked kitchen. They had coffee, juice, water, wine, beer, bagels, cream cheese and muffins! So we did not have to run to the store immediately. They had a book to use for local places to eat and things to do. The owners were gracious and pleasant.

This was our 1st time staying at a VRBO home and it was the best choice since it gave our family a place to be together.
We have enjoyed all of the little touches that Susan provided. The pantry and the fridge had all of the spices and condiments to cook a full meal. We enjoyed the muffins and beverages in the fridge. We were visiting with my son and his family including a 2 year. Their was a highchair, booster chair and many toys that she enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and loved all of the natural soaps and hair products.
The outdoor patio was great for our board games, that we found at the home. We plan to return again next year, to visit our son who lives in Raliegh.

My sister in law recently moved to Raleigh so we came to visit her to celebrate NYE and a belated Christmas. Susan and Rob's house was perfect for the family and celebration! Both their house and the hosts were extremely welcoming! Susan and Rob provided us with local foods and drinks. We mentioned our 1.5 year old was coming and they converted the very large master closet into a nursery with its very on teepee. By far the best VRBO experience!
