The apartment is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette featuring an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also boasts underfloor heating throughout, providing a comfortable living environment. Outdoor amenities include a 20 square meter balcony with furniture and a barbecue area.
