House was perfect!! Wouldn't change a thing. Many items were available to use/all beautiful kitchenware. Beds so comfy! Clean and fresh when we arrived. You can tell: everything had been thought of for visitors to be able to relax and ENJOY!!! Thank you, Good JOB to all!!!

There was 12 of us over 60 so the elevator was very handy. The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans.Beds were comfortable. Each room has its own control for AC and heat and we loved that.Pool was super nice.Easy access to the beach from the pool area.Only down side is there are a lot of steps since the house is built on pillars but I would still stay here again. We loved it and had a wonderful times with good friends.

Our group was very impressed with the rental. It was clean and very well stocked. We loved the view and proximity to the Ocean. And appreciateda quiet neighborhood. It was very helpful to have access to the elevator. One person in our group needed that.One complaint my husband and I have is the mattress in the master bedroom on main floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable- there was a “topper “ on the mattress that had no support! We both had problems with that.

Getting to stay anywhere on the beach is awesome, and this house is great. The kitchen is 5 start and the layout of rooms is nice. This is situated behind 2 gulf front properties and has a view between them. Stayed during a cold October week, and the pool never warmed because it was shaded by nearby houses, and what we thought would be a jacuzzi is not heated. Overall great!

Family Birthday Celebration
While the online photos of the home were beautiful, they were understated as the property was beyond our expectations. The pool in particular is much larger than it appears in the photos. We appreciated the steps into the pool as well as the ledge that runs along one side. A suggestion would be for the description of the house to reflect there are 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the Main level and 2 Bedrooms with ensuites with an attached Bunkroom which shares a Bathroom. This worked perfectly for us! Enjoyed having food and entertainment within walking distance while enjoying privacy at the house. Can't say enough about the access to the beautiful beach!

Great Spot
Ideal in nearly every way. Except most of the beds were uncomfortable. Too much foam top. Not enough dish towels. Clean, beautiful pool, easy access to beach and shops.

Good location and layout
The location was easy to get to and they layout was good for families. Great kitchen and view. They also have a nugget ice maker and nice big washer and dryer. Renter beware if you aren’t visiting in hot summer months; pool/jacuzzi is not heated and was way too cold to use. They do state this in the description however sign out front says “heated pool”. We called to inquire and they lied and said it didn’t have a pool heater. The pool heater was clearly visible next to the pump.

Perfect place for family fun
We rented this place for our dad's 70th birthday qnd couldn't have been more pleased. The closeness to the beach, the private pool, the quiet area but closeness to all things fun. It was all well worth the price paid. The only complaint was no TV in the kids bunk area but otherwise a perfect rental for us

Love Pensacola Beach
This home was perfect for our family. Ages 69 down to 4. We originally wanted another property but now we are glad it was not available. The pool was wonderful!!! and the kitchen was 1st class . Very short walk to the Gulf. Plenty of bedding and room to spread out. Children and grandchildren agreed that it was our best beach trip yet.

The owners priority should be health and safety. You sign a lot of waivers with your rental contract but no one I know would sign a waiver giving up health and safety of their family. We had to eat in a lot because of our large family. So the question I would ask these owners what’s more important the $10,000 a week rental fee or the health and safety of my family. We did have fun. I thought I might consider staying here again but truly my impression of the owners was so negative , I’ll pass. I’m sure you will have fun if you stay here but

We've stayed at Ariola 204 for the past several years and absolutely love this place. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the AC but the property management had both fixed pronto! Our only "wish" for a more enjoyable stay would be new mattresses as in all rooms (even with the mattress toppers) the beds trench.

We loved everything about this home! Beautiful views and easy access to the beach walkover just outside the gate. A great house for a large family. Well designed and decorated. Large area around the pool with plenty of chairs and covered shade area. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook with and plenty of dinning space inside and out. Family vacation
We love staying at sandy cheeks! It was a great time very relaxing. We had a couple of issues but were responded to efficiently. Everyone had a nice place to sleep. We were a family of 16 but were never crowded would live to go back sometime. The water was beautiful and was so easy to go from the house to the beach.

For the most part, the rental was excellent. Everything worked and the property was in very good condition when we arrived. The location is great and if you want to isolate like we did it is excellent to be able to do that. The only criticism that I can offer is that we did see a couple of roaches on the property.
