Fabulosa estancia en Bucaramanga

El sector donde está ubicado el hotel es espectacular , aunque para acceder es ideal tener vehículo . Buenas instalaciones , camas cómodas , habitaciones amplias . Muy linda vista desde la habitación. , buena opción y variedad de desayuno . Buen servicio de Spa . Es un hotel diseñado para el descanso , no aplica para negocios , no es céntrico

Punta Diamante is a must for anyone traveling to the greater Bucaramanga area!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The food in all the restaurants was wonderful. The Aqua Spa is an addition that you cannot afford to miss. The entire experience was incredible. As an American traveling I can say this is one of the best hotel/spas that I have ever seen. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. And to me maybe the best part is the price of food, services, golf, spa, transportation. This experience would have cost me 5 times as much in the U.S.

overall it was a nice stay, great accommodation, in a nice and private area.

It’s location, and the excellent service in the restaurants.

The staff from the spa, didn’t offered the services and seemed like didn’t care when we were there.

The Location is awesome, there is and old beat up piano that is only for decoration and guest are not even allow to get

The location the breakfast room as well as the breakfast menu and the service .

Only one night table lamp , there we only three rope hangers ,the security box way too small not even and I Pad will fit into it ,not bathrobe , no plastic hair covers, very cheap snacks . instead of fresh fruits . The restaurant on the upper floor the ambience and the food sucks ,leaking roof when it rains and they have to mop the floor while we were dining On the menu one of the dishes a Lomo salteado a Peruvian dish very simple to make it was an embarrassment. and offense to any decent guest with a knowledge

A 3 star hotel with paid for 2 stars; don't believe the hype!

The room was big, air conditioned and the bed was comfortable.

Check-in is at 3pm and the outdoor pool closes at 5pm so there's not much time to use it, the same thing can be said for the morning. OK, so you could use the pool in the spa but for an added price and for a limited amount of time. The restaurants on site are OK but not exceptional. The surrounding area is a little like the Trueman show: all fictional catering for the rich locals of the area who live in a secure site only accessible via an aiport security style entrance which looks over the poorer city below, leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel then stay in an American chain elsewhere, this hotel is pure fantasy catering for those who are deluded in believing the more added extras you pay the better the service you get. Avoid and stay elsewhere.

bittersweet experience

it is located in a nice neighborhood however is far away from the main things in Bucaramanga. The good thing is that if you do not need to be in Bucaramanga this is the perfect spot for relax. The spa is good and there are a lot of restaurants to chose from. The owner was very diligent when I complained about my experience.

well we have many issues here. First the internet did not work i. our first room 42? Second the room was not as clean as we expected. Perhaps someone maliciously left dog poo behind the bathtub and I realized it but they should check it. Third some ants where in our bed in the fifth floor. When i had enough and I was going to change hotel, they upgraded us for a suite that was nice. we stayed for free in the suite and we stayed in that suite for another day with a discount. however in the suite we had problems also because when we used the additional blanket, I noticed nail polish stain on it. Also in the dinning room of the suite there was a beep noise that they fixed the next day. we slept with that noise. Thanks to God we closed the main room and were we did not hear that beeping noise. We decided to go to the spa which was good however I saw an used bubble gum stick in the walls of showers. I am a clean freak as my daughter says, perhaps that is why I noticed all this issues. However in a hotel that profile and price those things shouldn’t happen. l am glad the owner and the manager listened to my complains. They assured me all problems will be taken care off.
