Struttura scelta SOLO per la convenzione con i parchi divertimento.

Posizione ottima, fronte mare, a circa 30 Min di bus dal corso centrale di Riccione. Convenzione con i parchi divertimento, ma col segno del poi, lo sconto sui biglietti non è prevalso sul soggiorno.

-Stanza piccola per 2 persone con 1 piazza e mezzo: praticamente dormito MALISSIMO. -Parcheggiare la macchina sotto l'albergo significava pagare 15 € /notte: (eccessivo); per fortuna a 10 Min a piedi si trovano zone con parcheggi liberi. -colazione non inclusa ma se vuoi fare colazione paghi 5€ /persona (andrebbe pure bene se fosse bella ricca, ma... sono solo cornetti, fette biscottate, marmellate, caffè, te, cappuccino. Avremmo pagato 20€ per 4 persone decisamente troppo, visto che al bar la colazione ci è costata 10,40€.

Location, cleaning, employees (accept of the man who worked AT NIGHTS and early in the mornings at the reception desk)

The man who worked at the reception desk AT NIGHTS and early in the mornings was absolutely not polite. He refused to explain how the safe worked when we came to the hotel, did not say hello and goodbye and so on. The rest of the employees who worked during THE DAY at the restaurant and at the reception desk were very very polite and friendly.

Superb

A honest place. Nothing fancy but for a fair price (end of June). Clean and with a great breakfast included in the room price. 100 m from the beach and cca 200-300 m from the nearest public beach. Very helpfull staff. I recommend to book the hotel parking space (15 eur/day) because find a parking spot in Riccione can be a terrible experience! If you plan to visit nearby fun parks ask the staff. You can buy the tickets in the hotel for a competitive price, but only for cash!

The rooms are small.

Exceeded my expectations!Nice and helpful staff, great breakfast with wide choice of meals. Superb own-baked cakes. Dazzling clealiness in room! And on top of that - short distance to the beach. We will definitely come back there for a longer stay. Best regards from Thomas, Saret and Klaudia.

Bad

I enjoyed nothing in that hotel

The journey started when we arrived: there was no parking place and we had to park our car around 500 meters far from hotel. Hotel employee found parking place for us next to his car for additional price :) Some words about accommodation: I booked room in that hotel with 180€ per night and I expected to get similar room as it was described and pictures provided on website (booking.com). In reality air conditioner didn’t work, toilet didn’t have disinfection mark(I’m not sure if it was disinfected at all), bathroom is very small and when I used shower then floor was full of water. There wasn’t any possibility to go to the toilet after that during some time. When I asked to change the room with normal bathroom or give any compensation/discount for that inconvenience I got answer “NO, it’s not possible”. At night we woke up at around 4:30am because of noisy neighbors in the next room. When it was addressed to them that “it’s night and people want to sleep” there was no reaction on these words. We had to close balcony window and sleep in stuffy room because of air conditioning. It’s really sad when you book hotel by pictures and good rating on website (there is no option to cancel booking )but get you get very very bad service in reality.

the hotel, in line with the two stars, it's very simple and with quite old furniture. Only limited parking available
