You get what you pay for!

Close to centre of town.

Terrible bed, we had springs digging in our backs. Very difficult to sleep as we were in a room on a very busy road.

Great location, welcoming staff, comfy bed.

Location was excellent for Wembley Stadium

Bathroom could have been cleaner (soap scum in shower), toilet and sink were excellent.

If you want a hotel near the stadium, it’s perfect

Great location if you’re going to Wembley Stadium, but beware the noisy bar

Just the noise from the downstairs bar. Net curtains in room could be replaced and the metal frame bad was a bit creaky

Great location with amazing staff

Great location very convenient for both Wembley Stadium and Arena. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were probably my favourite thing about the place, I hope they get to read this as staff can be easily forgotten you can tell they work hard and show true passion in customer service. Amazing bar/pub suitable for a quick bite to eat or drink although a little on the expensive side (as is most of London)

While this was okay for the purpose of my stay, cleanliness may need some work as dust in the bedroom and the occasional hair could be found in the bathroom, The bed could do with an update seemed a little bit on the cheaper side, especially for what I paid to stay here which is another thing I didn’t like however it was a last-minute booking on a very popular event day so still better than trying to get home late at night.

It was a good deal.

The room was very clean with comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean with basic stuffs provided.

No electric kettle or fridge in the room. We have to keep coming out to the reception to get water for tea or coffee.

Horrible stay and terrible customer service

The bathroom smelt like sewerage. I booked the wrong room and the correct room was only a few pounds more, they wanted me to pay nearly double more to make the changes. When I was there, there are only stairs and no one offered to help with my suitcase. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Gross room, and bad customer service.

Very clean great food

Restaurant down stair is exceptionally good food with amazing attentive staff

Nobody on hotel reception, should have two pillows per guest not one. No TV reception. And tea and coffee not available in room have to leave room to get it

Booked it as we were at a gig at Wembley. Just a short walk away from the train station as well as Wembley stadium. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Nothing really the hotel can do about heat but the room was very warm. A fan was provided and helped a bit but the weather was very warm the weekend we were there.

I liked the room and how clean it is. Guys at the reception were good. Free coffee and tea (even the simplest ones) always nice gesture. We had good experience there.

Just some small details. Some tv channels weren't working properly. In room was quite hot.

Perfect Location

Excellent location for OVO wembly concert. Underground 10 mins walk. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom, no outside noise from roads. Food and drinks in the bar downstairs were great. Bonus DJ and disco when we got back from the event so could enjoy our night a little longer.

Would have been nice to have kettle in the room.

Nice stay

I am very happy about my stay at the OYO The Arch at Wembley. The staff was friendly and located perfect for the purpose:a concert in Wembley Arena. The room was basic but extremely clean. It had everything I needed inside and a spacious bathroom. The price was excellent as well Thank you, OYO! :)

Despite being very happy with everything, I need to mention a little spot I didn't like, but this doesn't affect my positivity about my stay, and I will go again. The room was in front of another room with a sort of VERY noisy water motor or something. It kept me awake most of the night since the noise was loud and constant. In a way, it was my fault because I changed my initial room for this one, much much cheaper.

Decent, no frills but did the job.

Room was very clean, no issues with any stains or hairs etc. Room was quiet considering it was right on top on the bar. Was provided with two pillows, which by the looks of previous reviews this is not always the case. Room size was decent and could have spent multiple nights (Maybe not a Friday or weekend though)

The windows did not shut fully, which considering it was the end room and right next to a busy road, I would have expected this to be working. Bedroom was very warm at all times, even without any radiators on and window open (the main road is quite loud) Was provided with a fan as there is no air con, which is a nice touch however, the fan was quite loud so did not use for more than a couple of minutes. The main reception is often left unattended and I did have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come up and give me my key, which was not a big issue.

Great place to stay for concerts at Wembley

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Good location for concerts at Wembley arena. Nice addition to have a beer garden and pub downstairs, although we didn’t use these. Also didn’t use the shower but it looked fine.

Couple of cosmetic repairs needed - fan was broken and toilet cistern was loose, but these didn’t really bother us.
