A lovely patio can be accessed through sliding doors so you can enjoy balmy sea breezes and a nice view of the sea. Installed is a passive solar roof ventilator to exhaust warm air from the loft. There is a table with seating for two...a dresser, lamps and a fan. Sunshine Village complex has an office on the ground floor. There is 24-hour security patrol. Security cameras on property. Laundry service can be arranged (please ask). There is vast parking lot.
