excellent

It was a very nice experience. The taste of the restaurant food and the kindness of the staff were very pleasing. The decoration of the hotel and the pictures on the walls were like the Louvre. The rooms were very spacious. The downside was that there was no access to the sea, everything else was great!

The worst stay ever anywhere

Nothing

Stupid staff, they don’t clean the rooms until we ask then for it many times. The facilities operators are rude and impolite. The restaurant staff are rude. At one night, We went to the restaurant, ordered food, after 1 hour the waiter came and told us that the food is finished, and that they suggest we go to a different restaurant. My children were very hungry, started to cry so I asked for the manager to talk to, they said that the manager was fired! And there is no manager to talk to. I went to the reception, they said that they can do nothing to help us. Worse than that, when we checked out, they asked us to pay for the food that we didn’t get

The Stay is fine, but nearly one hour away from Baku

The breakfast was the saving highlight of our stay. It was a magnificent and splendid spread !

The Housekeeping and if the staff knew basic english. Elnur was very helpful and accomodating despite the shortcomings of the property.

Restaurant service should be changed.

Room was in perfect condition.

Nice image on the pictures, but reality sucks.

Comfortable bed, large room, there are both bath tube and a shower. The big swimming pool which is mostly empty from other guests, so you can enjoy it alone.

Horrible surroundings. You cannot get to the beach fast - there is a road occupied by cars, which will not allow you to cross it due to high speed. We didn't receive the room cleaning up, which is not acceptable for a 5* hotel. We used the button to request it, but as soon as you take the key card out when you leave the room, this request stops to be visible on the door display, so I don't know if cleaning lady saw it or not. There is no paper alternative to hang on the door. We wanted to ask at reception, but no-one was there, and in the evening we were too tired to check further. Our standard room had windows, but they were matted, so it was impossible to look outside. It seemed that we were almost under ground, but not sure. When we made a booking, there was nothing mentioned, but one day before check-in we noticed "room has no window" in the description, seems like the hotel updated it cause we wouldn't book it with this description. At the check-in we asked the receptionist if there were some windows and if a room with a sew view was available, he said that there were indeed windows but without any view, however all other rooms were full according to him. But at the same time booking.com showed that we can still book a room with a sew view, so I don't know why the guy at the reception couldn't change it. Also we saw only one family during the whole stay and they were accommodated next to us, we saw no other guests anywhere. If you are looking for a sea rest, then we recommend you to choose another destination, because the beach near the hotel is awful, it is dirty and smelly, cars are basically parking on the beach. It is quite far from the town centre by walking, so you would need to take a taxi or a local bus. The hotel has a strange structure and different corridors are divided by doors, which are locked. You receive the special card to unlock it.

Luxury hotel with minimal services

- No life guard in the swimming pool - No direct access to the beach l, it's across the street and very risky to pass. - They have only one housekeeping lady responsible for the whole hotel. - it may take more than one hour to get your breakfast.

Terrible I do not reccomend staying here.

The rroms were spacious.

Location was awful, there were numerous three power cuts within 24 hours. we booked for four days left the morning after we arrived. The receptionist was rude and agrresive when i complained, the sauna wasn't working, the lights in the room cut out a number of occasions.

Interior, cleanliness, room design

Absence of service in all hotel spheres starting from reception and ending with the breakfast. Hotel corridors stink because AC is not turned on. No one speaks proper English/Russian. You have to wait for the breakfast for ages (40-60 min), and there's nothing to eat honestly. There's no own beach or any beach service for the guests. Generally speaking the hotel is an abandoned nice gem that is poorly cared for.

Pleasant

Location is fine. Cleanliness perfect. Staff helpful.

AC and venting wasn't in a good condition, which is necessary especially at room with no window. Disappointing for a hotel located at seaside. No fresh air. Stale air at lobby, as temperature was also too high, thus it was hard even to breath there. Most annoying fact is that there is no coffee in a room, and in the morning at terrace we couldn't order it as the bar was closed.

Very Good but not perfect. Some small improvements are required

Rooms are very big and comfortable. It has good view and design Bathroom and amenities are very well and very nicely designed parking very comfortable

1. coffes are not allocated for rooms - can not understand how its possible. Tea provision was in place however there was no coffe 2. Hot water provision is very poor. You need to waste water for 3-4minutes until hot water comes inside piping

Good facilities and nice hotel apart from hotel management.

Leaking bath and no hot water either. No coffee in room, reception not answering internal calls. 24 hour hotel room service only works until 11pm. Only option for eating and being outside at hotel is on the terrace. Food was not anywhere near the 5 stars the hotel has. When making a complaint I was just laughed at by administration quoting "that is how it is" breakfast starts 9am if staff turns up on time . very poor service will not be going back!

Very poor

It had many facilities, swimming pool, bowling alley, Gym and Sauna “Sauna not presently working” Rooms were very clean “Ali” evening restaurant waiter tried his best to make up for the hotel management shortfalls.

Room Issues I booked for a 2 night stay. Booked best room available (Delux over looking Sea) On arrival, checked in “relatively painless” although only 1 receptionist” you recieve 2 cards, one for room door, 1 for corridor door “bit of a pain” the hotel seemed empty, car park was empty and didn’t see any other guests “strange in a 5 star hotel on a big national holiday” Room was very nice, I went straight in Shower, within minutes there was water all over the bathroom floor, the waste pipe was disconnected / leaking. The master came and said he couldn’t fix it & we’d need a new room. At first the receptionist told us they had no room available until next day so we were unable to have shower until then. They then they told us we could move into another room, but we then had to swap again in the morning “Wanted us to change room 3 times on a 2 night stay” so we stayed in the same room for the night without washing facilities “we tried the bath, but that also had the same issue and leaked all over the bathroom” At 00:30 on our first night the receptionist contacted us to say a room had become available if we wanted to move room now, I said im not moving room at 00:30! They then knocked on us at 02:30 and woke us asking for their bottle opener back “apparently the neighboring room had borrowed a bottle opener earlier” they apologies for waking us. The following morning they tried to move us into inferior room but offered no compensation or apology, so we refused. Eventually at 12:00 they could offer us the same standard room. Restaurant Issues First night I had Kebab which was very good, however 2 of the other guests with us had fish and it was dry as sticks, neither could eat, but the management offered no apology or replacement and still charged for the food. Also ordered Caesar salad which was delivered covered with old smelly cheese, took back untouched but still charged.

Wonderful hotel close to the beach

Everything. Hotel is very new, interior is very nicely designed. All facilities working great, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities.

The only thing I didn't like was that it took them 1 hour to serve the breakfast in the morning. But it's more issue of restaurant than hotel staff.
