Small rooms, no lift in some buildings.

Booked a room with spa, unfortunately there was no lift in that building. Steep stairs... hence had to take another lower category room for same price!

Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel, het ontbijt en de kamer vielen wat tegen.

Locatie is top als je tenminste in het centrum wilt zitten. Personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk.

Ontbijt was niet erg bijzonder zeker niet voor 17.50 per persoon. Daarnaast veel kant en klaar materiaal, veel in plastic. Bij een hotelbeleving hoort wat mij betreft toch een beetje een vers ontbijt. De hotelkamer zat in een soort bijgebouw, kamer had alleen een dakraam wat een wat opgesloten gevoel geeft daarnaast was het vrij gehorig als er iemand over de gang liep.

Top Lage, daher etwas überteuert

Die Lage ist top! Bescheribung Luxus-Doppelzimmer übertrieben, unser erstes Zimmer hatte nur ein Minifenter, aus dem man nicht gucken konnte, der Zimmerwechsel wurde dann aber ohne Probleme freundlich organisiert.

Midden in de reuring, alles goed geregeld.

Wij hadden het appartement, heel geschikt als je ook met een kind reist en ook wat ruimte wilt om even samen te zitten en wat te eten/drinken. In de stad, dichtbij het park. Mooi appartement, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt! Met glutenvrije broodjes :-)

Voor ons was het erg rumoerig, er komen veel studenten langs op zo'n vrijdagavond/nacht. Het is een heel oud appartement, wat natuurlijk heel mooi is, maar ook dunne muurtjes :-). Bank had nog kruimels, verder alles schoon.

Locatie is perfect, kamer alles behalve perfect

De locatie is perfect

Raam was kapot (ging maar heel klein stukje open) en daardoor heel warm in de kamer, veel haren in de handdoeken en het beddengoed, hele krappe stijle trap naar boven, geen afzuiging bij het bad waardoor de kamer heel warm en klam werd, hobbels in het laminaat waardoor je snel uitglijd. Na dit aangeven te hebben bij het uitchecken werd er heel laks en eigenlijk niet op gereageerd. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Einkaufsstraße. Zentraler geht es nicht. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher im Hotel unterstellen. Obwohl auch wirklich nur 4 Räder in dem kleinen Räumchen Platz hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der selbstgepresste O-Saft ist super lecker.

Schöne Tage in Niejmegen

Die Sauna im Zimmer ist eine wunderbare Idee. Das ist so praktisch.

Alles gut, kein Grund zum Beschweren.

Ondanks de regen hebben we ons kunnen vermaken. De stad viel tegen.

Het ontbijt was niks op aan te merken, was goed verzorgd. De ligging is prima. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De kamer was wat teleurstellend in vergelijking met de site, we zouden 1 trap op moeten maar dat waren er meer. Met mijn zere knie was dat een tegenvaller ( pas geopereerd aan mijn knie) we hadden kamer 24 en daar zat ook nog een trap in.

Excellent stay.

Great location. Cozy room. Breakfast was quite tasty. Will stay there again.

Was given a room that wasn't like the one in the picture. I complained, and they promptly changed my room to the ones with the large front windows. I was happy.

Geweldig!

De enorme luxe van de wellness hotelkamer en de complete ambiance van de kamer beviel enorm. Zodra je de hotelkamer betreedt voel je je compleet afgesloten van de drukte van de omgeving. Deze kamer zorgt ervoor dat je écht kan afschakelen.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon etc. were prepared as we watched and there was a good selection.

The room was cramped and stuffy. No proper windows, just 2 small velux windows in the ceiling. It was in a separate building and we had to drag our cases up a steep and narrow staircase. This seemed to be the only exit, too, which was worrying. We spent a very unpleasant and hot first night and decided to ditch the second. We left our key at reception with a note explaining after breakfast because it was not manned. It wasn't manned the evening before either.They mailed us later when we were on the train and said they could have offered us another room. Maybe they did have a better room. Who knows? We paid a lot of money for this miserable experience.

Hotel has a good location

The room was at the top of the second floor. Never seen so many stairs for a second floor before, nbut this is due to the old building. The comfort of the bed is horrible. The mattrace already has wholes and is bending 40 cm down when you sit or lay on it. The bathroom is tiny. Difficult to sit on the toilet because the 25 cm sink is in the way. Pictures are way better than quality of the hotel.

Sauna was an infrared model, not a proper one with kiuas & stones. Still nice, but slight disappointment. The information on Booking.com did not indicate it was an infrared sauna

Room was mostly nice but the terrible wifi ruined it for me.

The location was great and the room was cleaned daily! I also really liked the shower.

The bed had a weird mattress topper that would move around. The room barely got any sunlight and the door to the outside was broken. The wifi was so bad I had to use my data the whole time. Would definitely not recommend to people who want to stream anything.
