Zen is a place to find peace and rest0

The hotel was absolutely excellent. The Zen theme really works, The hotel is relaxing and for anyone looking for a good rest I would highly recommend it. The staff are welcoming and incredibly kind and helpful

Mi habitación disponía de jardín comunitario.

La habitación no está insonorizada en absoluto por lo que se oye todo, las cerraduras de las puertas emiten un pitido continuo cuando se abren y cierran (de madrugada igualmente). Las plazas de estacionamiento están mal diseñadas y dibujadas por lo que no caben los coches bien. Me esperaba que para la categoría que es, tuvieran de cortesía kits de cepillo de dientes, entre otros. El servicio de restauración no carga ningún gasto a la habitación, todos ellos son aparte, generando así más papeles. La ducha, su alcachofa, al estar estática desperdiciaba demasiada agua hacia el suelo del baño. El tamaño de la mesa es demasiado pequeño y la silla tiene poco margen para operar con ella.

Good enough for short stay

The apartment was fine, big enough for one night. It was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. We chose it because of our early flight as being close to the airport. However we had a chance to walk to the beach which was awesome, supermarkets and restaurants are also in walking distance.

One long pillow, that is just insane. Two people equals two pillows. There was not even a spare one in the closet. Some noise as if from broken machine outside during the night. Other guests don't respect the quiet hours.

Привітний персонал, комфортний безкоштовний трансфер з аеропорта, номер зручний, все необхідне є, чисто, сніданок 15 євро (буфет)

Perfetto come appoggio da e per aeroporto

Il Servizio Navetta Aeroporto parte dalle 5 quindi attenzione a calcolare i tempi! Il taxi costa sui 10€. Il posto è pulito, valido come appoggio da e per aeroporto. Non idoneo per farci le vacanze ecco.

Il materasso era un pò molle, ma per una notte è passabile. I vetri della stanza non sono né antisfondamento (come dovrebbero essere per legge), né isolanti, per cui acusticamente senti i rumori delle abitazioni (e dei loro cani) adiacenti. Infine suggerisco di sostituire il mobiletto del bagno con le ante, con dei semplici poggia beauty aperti.

Vicino all'aeroporto

Hotel in una posizione strategica vicino all'aeroporto di Malaga, lo consiglio. Check-in e check-out disponibile a qualsiasi ora molto comodo per partire e arrivare dall'aeroporto. Possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura con il pagamento di un supplemento per il parcheggio nel cortile interno. Camere davvero moderne e locali davvero belli.

Un aspetto che sarebbe da migliorare è la pulizia delle stanze, purtroppo la mia stanza era davvero bella e moderna, ma davvero poco pulita, un vero peccato visto come si presenta l'hotel, basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più.

Decepcionante y estresante

Un horror. Una habitación con continuos ruidos de aparatos de refrigeración. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Muy incómodo . Para hacer el cheking me tuvieron esperando un buen rato porque la chica estaba al teléfono

Nicht wirklich sauber, aber nettes Personal.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es waren Ameisen und Ameisenhaufen auf dem Boden in dem Zimmer. Außerdem waren einzelne kurze Haare, Hasrbüschel und braune Krümel auf dem Bettlaken. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht gut ab, sodass das Wasser in das Zimmer gelaufen ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist leider ziemlich weit weg vom Bahnhof und man muss bergauf laufen, bis man angekommen ist.

Ist empfehlenswert :)

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön anzusehen, nicht zu groß aber hatte trotzdem seinen Charme. Der Pool war auch super ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab ausreichend Auswahl. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Station La Colina und von dort aus ist man in kürze überall hingekommen. Wenn man sich Andalusien anschauen möchte ist dieser Standort meiner Meinung nach am besten, wenn man etwas günstiger leben möchte.

Leider war es relativ laut auf dem Gang vor der Hotelzimmer Tür, aber dafür kann das Hotel eher weniger was sondern eher die Touristen.

z hotelu skorzystałem ze względu na bliskość lotniska ponieważ wylot miałem wcześnie rano.

Bardzo uczynna i miła obsługa. Możliwość skorzystania z płatnego parkingu ponieważ brak miejsca parkingowego w bliskiej okolicy. .pokój czysty.

Brak minibaru a konkretnie czajnika. Cena parkingu 12 euro za noc to zbyt wysoka cena.

good place to stay especially before flight

We needed just stay for one night before flight, didn't use facilities much but hotel looks good also for longer stay. Staff was kind, room was clean and tidy. There is good restaurant on site and shuttle to airport and beach but we didn't need them.

Bathroom had bad ventilation and was damp. Hotel is bit far from beaches but it's not problem if you have car or use their shuttle.

Love the staff, location,surrounds,( location not good for everyone as up big hill and out of town but good for me)fridge ,safety deposit,pool ,room.....only one little problem..ha...the.shower wouldn't go cold in 39 degrees c weather.was red hot....ha..love the place as always....love the staff..love Torre. love Spain...love spanish people...it's my place...its my thing...part of my life...

Just one little thing ..39c weather and the shower was red hot..wouldn't go to cold..no cold water..I tried adjusting but no good.i didn't tell staff ..they'd have fixed it or explained. Theyre great...maybe it was the weather.. made me laugh.loved everything.i even liked the 39c weather.but a cold shower would've been delicious

Nice hotel,pool,restaurant

the shuttle to take you to and from the hotel to airport also they drop you down near the beach....the food in the restaurant was nice....staff in the restaurant were nice nice pool and seating areas outside of rooms

The only thing we didnt like was one day at 7am we were woken up to a gardener using a leaf blower which was really loud and when we went down to reception to report it we were made to feel as if we were lying,so we said watch your cctv back and you will see them

It was very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

very pleasant staff, clean, friendly and good value. good evening meal.

we booked the hotel because it offers an airport shuffle, however please be aware that the shuttle only operates every two hours and it did not fit into our schedule, so we needed to take a taxi. On saying that, the taxi was there very quickly, having been booked by the hotel, and it is only a short ride from the hotel to the airport.

it is near airport, it is OK to stay. Taxi costs 18 EUR

Free bus service from and to airport is conditioned by flight. So it was not possible for us to get shuttle bus, because we landed, rent the car, made a trip, return the car on airport and wanted to go to hotel. Not possible. Also, by my mistake I forget some cheese and prosciutto in fridge. I contacted that day hotel and next day too, they say me sorry, but it is not possible to us to keep it - my friend would pick it up next day - but it is not possible they say. So what I can say, enjoy the nice cheese and ham, greetings to lady who clean my room and receptionist and kitchen. Better than to waste it. It was present for my mother...
