Un établissement qui escroque les clients.

J’ai été débité avant mon arrivée, une fois à l’hôtel on m’a dit que le paiement n’a pas été effectué. Plus tard je constate que l’établissement a marqué sur mon séjour qu’il a été honoré. C’est purement de l’escroquerie.

تم تعديل حجزي والتبديل الى غرفة صغيرة دون اطلالة وعند طلب التغيير تم ابلاغي بأن الفندق مليء ولا يمكن التغيير الا بالليلة التالية وسيتم التواصل معي للتبديل، لكن لم يتم ذلك. بالاضافة الى سوء نظافة الغرفة والمتعلقات الخاصة بها. حتى التلفاز لا يعمل والمنتجات الصحية ( منظف الاذن ) يحتوي على شعر بداخله.

الطعام عزم وجود اصناف كثيره عدم وجود سلطات الناجوز فشل الشيف سلطة سيزر سلط فاشله بالمقارنه مع سلطة فور سيزون وكلوب ساندويج فاشل ليس مثل جودة فور زيرون وفيرمنت مطعم الخال ريش سميكه قاسبه شحم كثير

Unexpectedly bad

Bed was comfortable and location was good. Food for breakfast was goo but dinner had less vegan options

pillow covers had someones hair. The body lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty Minibar had some items missing We were not given complete change at checkin, at checkout we were told no money was owed to us. Which was later sorted when i lost my cool bcz they were insisting without checking with the person at the desk then. Even when the invoice was requested they provided a random printout in a paper and only when i insisted did they provide a proper invoice. !!

شكرا لكم توقعت فندق افخم مقابل القيمة المدفوعة حيث لا يستحق إلا نصف ما تم دفعه فقط

اثاث قديم ومنهك بالإضافة لإزعاج عربات التنظيف حتى لو كانوا ينظفوا الغرف الأخرى وكل ذلك بسبب عدم وجود فرش

De glemte at vi var 3 og ikke 2, og havde ikke sag ekstra seng på værelset. Derudover var der kun håndklæder osv til 2 hver dag

Will never stay in this hotel.

The staff members were very corporate, especially the recipient Miss. Mayar Mohammad, as she was very helpful and provided good support for me.

The room furniture was very old. Toilet was below standards. There are no amenities at all like dental or shaving kits. These small items cost nothing but very useful if provided.

للمرة الثالثة أحظى بالإقامة في فندق انتركونتننتال سيتي ستار ، فمن المغريات الرئيسة التي دائماً ما أحظى بها الاستقبال الجميل والسريع من موظفي الاستقبال في تحقيق طلبك المجدد وفق الحجز المبكر ، كما لا يُمكن إغفال بوفيه الإفطار الذي دائماً ما يكون زاخراً بالمأكولات الشرقية والغربية والعصائر الطازجة التي تُرضي مختلف الأذواق ، أيضاً من ميزات الفندق جلسة ما قبل الغروب أو الصباح المبكر على المسبح وتناول القهوة أو الشاي ، أما أهم الميزات فهي ملاصقة الفندق لمركز سيتي ستارز التسويقي الذي يضم مختلف المحلات والكافيات المتعددة والمطاعم

تأثيث الأجنحة والغرف لم يُكم كما عهدتها في السابق من حيث اكتمال المكاتب التي تُساعد النزيل على التواصل مع مواقع العمل والرد على البريد الإلكتروني وقد يعود ذلك لتقليص مساحات الغرف التي رأيت كما بدا لي أنها كانت أصغر من السابق

الموقع ممتاز تدخل وحده اسمها مونيكا تعاملها راقي حلت مشاكلي التي ازعجتني عند الوصول وما لها اي لازم تلك المشاكل

الاستقبال غريب عجيب بسرعة دخول الظيف تأخير ما له اي داعي من موظفة حسيتها مرتبكه وخايفه وبطيئه بعد انتهاء هاي المشكله وقعت بمشكله عند استلام الغرفه المفتاح لا يعمل وذهب واحد من الاستقبال لحل المشكله ونفس المشكلة كانت مستمره مما سبب بتغيير الغرفه واحتاج الحل الى تدخل مديرة الاستقبال وكانت لطيفه جدا اسمها مونيكا حلت المشكله وغيرت الغرفه واحتاج ذلك من وصولي لدخولي الغرفه ساعه كامله كانت معاناه بسبب ظروف السفر و حاجتي الاستراحه بعد يوم طويل المصيبه الثانيه وجدت في الخزانه جرابات socks للنزيل السابق وكان شيء مقرف وجاء ال housekeeping وكان موقف محرج لهم وانا ماشي بالممر بين الغرف صوت النزلاء المنخفض مسموع للخارج ما بالكم بالصوت المرتفع للخارج وهاي كارثه للخصوصيه ايضا صوت الشارع واضح داخل الغرفه والضوضاء مزعجه جدا السعر مبالغ فيه

Comfortable Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Heliopolis, just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. There were several aspects of the hotel that I particularly liked: - Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, having access to one of the newest malls in the area was a definite advantage, providing various shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. - Cleanliness and Spaciousness: The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. - Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and consistently displayed a high level of professionalism. - Room Upgrade: We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

While our experience at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo was largely positive, there were a few areas that could have been improved: - Average Buffet: The buffet offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was average in terms of taste. While it did provide the necessary options, there was room for improvement to meet the expectations of discerning diners. - Limited Room Service Menu: The room service menu had limited options, which may be restrictive for guests with specific dietary requirements or preferences. Expanding the menu would be beneficial to cater to a wider range of tastes.
