Azt kaptuk amit vártunk!

Minden rendben volt. A hotel teljes személyzeti csapata segítőkész volt! Külön köszönet Orsinak és Szidóniának! A végén egy tengerre néző szobát kaptunk a városra néző helyett, ahonnan csodás kilátásunk volt. Nem kaptunk semmiből sem kevesebbet mint vártunk!

Great resort, good food and drinks, a beach next to it

Nice and modern rooms with a balcony. The resort was great, good food and drinks. 2 big pools with bars and a separate area with slides. The resort had direct access to the sea, beach wasn’t big but was right next to the resort, around 200m walk.

The pools were really cold (end of October), the sea was much warmer. I’d expect more fish and seefood selection during lunch and dinner.

But we still liked hotel, stuff, gym, food… I wanted feta. I din’t get any feta cheese????

Stuff started to take away sunbeds 2-3 days before clousure. Our vacation was from 28.10-01.11 but we felt like everyone waited for gests to leave sooner. Waterpark was also closed too early in last day.

The room allocation and check-in process took no more than 10 minutes. The staff was very professional and attentive to every detail. I must highlight the professionalism and integrity of the team. (I lost my wallet and received a phone call from reception informing me that an employee had found it in the dining room, and everything was returned in full.) When we arrived (September 15), the hotel was quite full. Most of the guests were from the UK, and there were also plenty of Israelis. :) The dining rooms were clean, and there was always something to eat. Of course, bacon for breakfast is common here, but we and the kids had plenty of choices, and there wasn't a moment when we felt hungry. The water park was excellent, and the kids were really excited. Even children up to 110 cm in height were allowed on the medium-sized slides (up to 120 cm). The upper level of the slides was closed, with the operators claiming they didn’t have approval to open it due to strong winds. That seemed like nonsense because, apart from one evening when the wind was genuinely strong, the weather was perfect. The housekeeping staff worked wonderfully, cleaning the rooms daily and being extremely kind. The entertainment team was present, but we didn’t find them particularly exciting. The tours and attractions offered by the hotel were excellent. We were recommended a jeep and boat tour, which turned out to be a full-day experience.

I recommend that on your first day of arrival, you reserve a spot at one of the restaurants the hotel offers; otherwise, there's a high chance they will be fully booked. Two of the slide facilities were not operational. According to the hotel management, this was due to the wind and the hotel's proximity to the sea.

השפע שמוצע לכל אורח. ארוחת מגוונות מרובות וטעימות הפינוקים לאורך כל היום והכל כלול פארק המים המושקע הצוות האדיב והנעים החל מהקבלה המצילים הצוות בחדר האוכל הקרבה לחוף הים

המיקום של המלון קצת בעייתי רגלית מלבד הים עם ילדים אין כל כך מה לעשות יש לקחת מונית לכל מקום קיבלנו חדר ללא מרפסת. חברה שלי מעשנת ונאלצה כל הזמן לצאת החוצה בשביל לעשן. החדר היה קטן עבור ארבעה אנשים ולא הכי נוח לישון על ספה נפתחת. הברז היה תקול אמנם באו לתקן במהרה ברגע שהודענו אבל עדיין היה קשה לתפעול. המקלחת לא היתה הכי נקייה וקצת ריח של טחב. בכל בוקר שמנו שלט לבקשה לנקות את החדר וכל פעם שחזרנו בצהרים החדר עדיין לא נוקה. כל פעם נאלצנו לשהות בו או בזמן שמנקים אותו או שנאלצנו לפנות שתוכל לנקות.

great hotel for a family with young kids . fun for all !!!

Our son (8) had a ball !!! He spent all his time on the waterslides and we loved seeing him sooooo happy. !!! The hotel boasts extended grounds with many pools for all tastes and a number of bars spread around the facilities. Very convenient for a family with young kids.

I can’t find better words to express our (my family’s and mine) feelings about our stay at this resort. For first, we arrived around 3 AM and at this time the staff was checking in the reception, we just wanted to make the check-in, but they also had some foods reserved for us 😌🥹🥲 We booked an apartment from 1st till 4th of June. 3rd of June was my fiancée’s birthday, and I wanted to do something cool for her, so on 2nd June I went to the bar and asked if it’s possible to take a bottle of champagne to drink in the midnight and you won’t believe, but the guys gave me it 😌🙏 we also needed babysitting services for around 2 hours and they arranged it within 10 minutes after our request. I do recommend everyone this place. If we go back to Cyprus, for sure we’ll book again an apartment in Leonardo Laura Resort. Thanks to all of you, the staffs, the managers and everyone directly or indirectly involved with the resort functionality. Very friendly staff, always ready to help with everything, very very good services provided, a lot of attractions for the entire family (from the youngest to the oldest one), 2 minutes to the sea, around 30 minutes to the airport. This resort deserves the maximum amount of stars available, not just 4. We enjoyed a lot, and there were many good things during our stay. We also enjoyed the aerobic exercises/activities with Roy and his team members.

There was no iron and hairdryer in the apartment.

I’ll be back again

On arrival, i was upgraded to a different room with gifts. The water park and the number of swimming pools, kids club, the night time dancing and music quiz. overall a nice hotel.

I would suggest if you are traveling with a family to get a balcony so you’re swimwear clothes can dry.

Not bad for a kids hotel!

How big the place was and all the different sunbathing areas and restaurants. They serve delicious food all day and the food variety was brilliant. They have waiters going around the pool constantly collecting rubbish. I was even upgraded to the premium drinks package for my whole stay which was a pleasant surprise. I am a prosecco drinker and the prosecco here was good quality. There is so much for kids to do, I do not have them but it is a great family resort.

How noisy it was in the mornings. Screaming kids woke me up at have 6 in the morning outside my room which I thought was pretty disrespectful from the parents. People were also constantly moving their chairs and tables on the balcony's which was super loud and annoying, so I didn't get the best nights sleep.

Nice relaxing holiday at the Laura

Staff are very nice. Ingenral the resort is clean and comfortable.

The food choices need a bit of improvement. Breakfast and snacks are very good, but lunch and Dinner lack a little bit of variety. They are almost repetitive dishes.

Great place for a family vacation!

The location and food were great! Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, the hostesses quickly found a table for us. Friendly staff. Large territory. Lots of playgrounds for children.

Water sometimes spills onto the floor from the shower. Compared to the water park in Fassouri, this one doesn't look very impressive, however it was fun to slide.

The hotel looks lovely and the pool facilities are good.

The food was average. Plenty of it and looked like a. Good variety but a lot seemed to miss the mark and the international element was lacking. Some of the staff were lovely and tried hard to make our stay great. Other staff were aggressive with rules which spoilt the fun and the menus were not all correct - issue with gold band drinks, no chai at little Italy etc

The food isnt so diversed, although the kids were very satisfied. There is access to the Beach, but its not arranged Beach; the water is very dirty, and there is a lot of rocks. Not enough activities for children

The hotel was very good, the staff were extremely nice and helpful all the staff went the extra mile in order to help and give us the best experience. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The pools are big with many options for kids, and the water park area has a good variety of slides.

There is an option to dine at one of the hotel restaurants, we were a family of 5 and we stayed for four days and three nights. But we weren't able to schedule a table a single time. The water park area is nice but missing shades from the sun with not enough options to sit. The overall food quality in breakfast and dinner is lacking.

If your kids can swim and enjoy water parks the. This is the place for you!

Geared up for kids as having a waterpark on site was the entire point of the trip. We went all inclusive and this meant there was a constant supply food/snacks/drinks throughout the stay that were ‘free’ so it made it easy. The buffet for all 3 meals was good. Nothing special but many options with the selection of usual things for the kids as well as more ‘adult’ options. Not luxury (to be expected) but certainly well above average. There is a children’s disco every evening, thirty minutes of dancing which was a good way to end the evening (same songs every night though, perhaps a little variety would be good!) Centred on family Stays with children; it’s all About the water park but there is a cinema as well as a kids club.

I believe it is over priced for what you get BUT it’s a choice you make to have everything your children could dream of in one place and close proximity to each other. They have had an excellent holiday with great memories so it makes the price worth it
