It was a great stay.

The staff was most helpful. Our ride failed to show up & they immediately ran us down to the train station to catch the train.

Pets are allowed in restaurants in Switzerland.

スタッフが観光アドバイスやユングフラウのチケット手配をしてくれた。部屋がマウンテンビューで綺麗。アメニティーも十分、朝食美味しい。

スタッフが間違えた情報提供した、グリンデルワルドタ-ミナル行きと教えてもらったバスはグリンデルワルド行きで、電車移動で間に合ったかかなり焦った。到着時スパの説明なし。バスローブ、スリッパも部屋になく、後で追加でしてもらった。態度がよくないスタッフがいた。たとえばシャトルバス運転手、受付スタッフは欧米人と態度を変えた人がいる。フロントの滞在時間以外質問できない。ホテルというより、高級民宿かペンション

Everything was great. Location, views of The Eiger were spectacular, facilities- Pool and Sauna were excellent, room, breakfast and staff were great.

早餐有個廚師幫你製作熱騰騰的歐姆蛋，咖啡喝到飽食物很豐盛，還有鮭魚! 窗邊就是美景，住宿地點就在兩個車站之間，旁邊有mini golf，在這邊可以游泳，桑拿。房間內有小陽台，可以看到美景也可以直接走出去。

房間內的小冰箱不太冷，小陽台可以走出去，但同樣的是其他房間的旅客也可以走過來，有看到其他房間的小朋友可以透過全透明的落地窗看到我們在房間內的一舉一動。

Nicer than I expected. If you must go to Grindelwald, stay here.

Good location in center of town, but still quiet. Very nice balcony/ terrace in the room with views of the Eiger. We loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast and restaurant very good.

It’s a little confusing to find your way around. When show to our room down the stairs, I worried it would be dark. But it was not! Grindelwald itself is over run with tourists, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Would stay there again!

Wonderful view of the Eiger from our room. Coffee on the balcony in the morning or final view in the evening before pulling the drapes. Excellent breakfast, again with view. Easy walk to gondolas for Mountain First.

그린델발트에 여러번 방문했고, 갈 때마다 슈피네 호텔을 이용했습니다. 기차역과는 도보 5-6분 거리라 짐 끌고도 충분히 이동 가능하고 피르스트 케이블카와는 1-2분거리로 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 주변에 좋은 레스토랑도 많고 맛있는 테이크아웃 커피집도 바로 근처에 있어요. 방은 크지는 않지만 필요한 것이 모두 다 잘 갖추어져있고, 아이거뷰 객실을 선택하면 정말 훌륭한 경관이 눈앞에 펼쳐집니다. 현대적인 인테리어의 객실은 아니지만 스위스 분위기가 물씬 나는 아늑하고 따뜻한 분위기라서 좋고, 발코니에서 간단히 식사를 하거나 차를 마시면서 산만 바라보고 있어도 행복한 기분입니다. 조식도 맛있고, 특히 아침식사때 식당에서 바라보는 뷰는 정말 최고입니다. 그리고 직원들이 친절하고 대응이 빠르기 때문에 안심하고 선택하는 호텔입니다.

벽에 있는 전등이 한두개 켜지지 않는것이 있었는데, 그래도 어둡지는 않아서 별로 문제는 아니었습니다. 다만 전기포트 바닥에 석회가 많이 끼어 있던데, 그건 좀더 신경써야 할 것 같습니다.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w górach.

Hotel wart swojej ceny. Bardzo przyjemna strefa spa - po całodniowej wędrówce po górach czy jeździe na nartach można naprawdę się zrelaksować. Sauna, jacuzzi, basen z przepięknym widokiem na Eiger. Pyszne śniadania, nie za duży wybór ale można się nasycić. Lokalne produkty, szampan w ofercie ;) Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Z karta hotelową otrzymaliśmy zniżkę na atrakcje w Grindelwald oraz darmowe przejazdy komunikacją miejską.

La piscine, l'eau très très froide, et en plus nous avons du libéré la chambre à 11h.. La piscine ouvrait à 12h.. .

Belle découverte

Vue magnifique de la chambre, propre, spacieuse.

Au petit déjeuner, la qualité du pain "industriel" et le jambon reconstitué, vraiment low coast. Sinon tout était parfait.

Location, location, location

The location is very good, close to all important things. Small but nice infinity pool with mountain view. Comfortable bed.

Some of the staff at breakfast seemed annoyed by tourists and seemed not to want to be there. Breakfast was quite loud and crowded.

Our room was right over the hotel bar which stayed open till after midnight one night. That particular a street fight broke out the epi center of which seemed to be the hotel bar. Very poor sleep during our stay.

Superb

We loved everything about this hotel- from the spacious, comfortable, well designed rooms to the picturesque outdoor swimming pool. They even have an area for hot bath, jacuzzi, sauna etc. It is located in a convenient location near the train station. Breakfast was also good.

10/10 Amazing Hotel with pool

Amazing hotel with all the facilities you will need while staying in Grindelwald. Best location. Amazing hotel Italian restaurant and service for dinner. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had when using hotels, a huge range of food and drink for breakfast! Amazing views of the alps! The pool is so amazing and exactly as pictured and relaxing after busy days exploring!

Room interior is a little dated though I think it is showing the true Swiss traditional style! The bed pillows and mattress were lumpy but still soft enough to sleep well. The room was very stuffy and hotel when windows closed.

Luxury in Grindelwald

The two bedroom suite was absolutely incredible with an amazing balcony and view of the Alps. The hotel was clean and perfectly situated on the Main Street in Grindelwald. The spa was amazing, clean, and the infinity pool was warm and had the most unforgettable view.

Great location, great breakfast!

The hotel is in the perfect location in the centre of town and close to the station. The breakfast is an absolute stand out! As an Australian, Switzerland is incredibly expensive and the breakfast was a great way to save money. It has fresh fruit, pastries, Bircher muesli, bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes AND a chef making omelettes on request. Brilliant. We had to check out early (5am) and the team prepared a brekky box to go the night before - so lovely! Fresh towels were provided daily. Very nice team. The pool was awesome, especially because it was pretty hot when we were staying!

The room we got was very basic for what we paid, however this is all we could afford because Switzerland is expensive in general. We were in the ‘budget’ room, which over looked the pub downstairs, so if you left the windows open it was loud and smoke would often come in. It would be good to have a fan or air con in the room. Our mini-fridge didn’t work for the first few days, however the team replaced it after a few days which was good.

Good location, has a room view directly at the mountains, a nice open swimming pool and sauna, a nice continental breakfast, and very helpful staff - for sure will try to return in the future.

We asked for the double bed and we got two singles and the mattresses were old which gives us back pain in the morning :(

the spa, the robes and slippers provided even for my baby! included breakfast (with many selections and egg station) the location was right smack in the middle of town

the rooms looked way bigger on the pictures, the restaurant mercato was closed while we were there…
