A cozy, comfortable hotel.

The room has amenities such as hair dryer, sewing kit, a kettle with coffee, tea and hot chocolate 😊. The staff are kind and hospitable. Room is spacious. Plenty of drawers to store things.

Mattress is a bit too soft but it is OK. Pressure is not strong enough for the shower.

Kurzer Besuch in Brighton auf der Reise nach Westen.

Gutes Frühstück, Parkplätze am Haus (Zufahrt etwas schmal). Sehr dicht am Strand.

Near to the venue not worth the cost of the room

It was fairly near to where we needed to be

The hotel was dated, it was expensive and breakfast was not included and wasn’t worth the amount we paid. Unable to park at the property so paid on street which we knew might happen.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Parking was awful, Overpriced for room. Premier inn is cleaner and more comfortable. Plug sockets were damaged, Stain on quilt cover, generally dated room. Not what i expect for the price. Didn't realise breakfast wasn't included in that price so didn't pay for that as £14 is expensive.

Perfect base for a few days in Brighton. Friendly staff, spacious room, quiet and clean.

Excellent location far away enough from the Brighton crowds to have some peace and tranquility but near enough to allow easy access to restaurants and shopping. Directly opposite the beach with superb sea views. Also easy access from motorway for drivers.

If I have to make a comment then yes the room was a bit dated and could do with a refresh but I’d rather have the existing room at the existing price than pay more for new furnishings and fresh decor! Any negatives are outweighed by the location, friendly staff and access to local amenities.

Overnight good priced hotel- would stay again

room was clean, good shower. Breakfast choice was good. Staff very helpful. Location was only 20minutes from Brighton centre so for us was ideal.

I would stay here again.

Good location for Hove and near leisure centre so I could use the pool. Best thing was being able to park at the hotel. Breakfast was nice what you would expect and staff were friendly.

The guest in the room adjacent TV could be heard and they had it on until the small hours.

Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig. Das Boxspringbett war sehr gut und bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Eier wurden nach persönlichem Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt circa 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum von Brighton liegt circa 3 Kilometer entfernt und ist gut über die Promenade zu erreichen.

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts negatives zu berichten.

The service is always good here and the location is excellent for Hove.

We had a very narrow room and could barely get passed the bed. We stay regularly and this was the worse room we had had. It was also on a corner on the top floor, and it was extremely windy so very noisy due to having windows on two sides. As the hotel was not busy, I think we should have been put in a better room for the conditions. We also did not enjoy breakfast. It cost £14.95 pp and the bacon was overcooked, the croissants undercooked, there was no peppermint tea or coffee options. Also, the teapots were very dirty. For this price we expect better.

Great welcome at reception. I think I got an upgraded room. Maybe he thought that for the price I paid it was justified. Good breakfast with a better than average continental selection.

Very good hotel! Recommended!

We had a sea view room - I loved it! Hotel is very well located right at the beach line, 700 bus stop to city centre just in front of the hotel, coffee shops and supermarkets within walking distance, only 1.2 miles to i360… Rooms are spacious, well heated, clean, beds are comfortable! We had bath tube in our room (love it!) , tea/coffee amenities provided. Very friendly staff! Breakfast available at extra cost. Free parking. I will stay in this hotel again! It offers good quality for its price.

I wish there were fridge in the room ;(

Nice hotel apart from the parking

The room was lovely and perfect for my sister in law who has mobility issues. The breakfast was fantastic.

Parking. There were only 2 disabled spaces but the area around them was full with other vehicles. When coming back to the hotel in the evening there were no parking spaces at all and had to park in the street. Access to parking at the back is very narrow. I appreciate because of the location of the hotel there probably isn’t many changes that could be made.

Good value for money.

Good large room, super comfy bed. Good bathroom. Very friendly staff. Right at the beach, and the busstop to get to the centre of Brighton is almost is front of the hotel. You can also walk the 1-2 mile along the beach. Onsite parking spots behind the hotel. Good breakfast

Hard to find something, but the only thing I didn't like much was the coffee, but that's nitpicking :)

Very basic … uncomfortable bed, lumpy with dips and uncomfortable mattress topper, bar - canteen style no comfort of chairs or nice sofa. Breakfast chaos both days resulting in 50 min wait from them taking your order.

All I need to say is , we will be back, soon I hope.

The room was really good by comparison to the executive suite we normally have at Jury's Inn. The parking was good as I am a disabled driver and i was able to park right outside the front of the hotel.

I didn't like the cost of the room as it was dearer than Jury's Inn but they didn't have a room for us. We were told on arrival that the breakfasts had been paid for and we were shown where to go in the morning. I didn't recall paying for the breakfast, but the receptionist assured me it was paid for. We went to0 the breakfast room started with a cereal and the server brought us coffee and we had a slice of toast each when she came and told us that we were not on the breakfast list and we would need to pay, we agreed and she said she would get it added to our bill. When we booked out the receptionist who looked new was being shadowed by a manager. I mentioned the little hiccup with the breakfast and he kindly reduced the breakfast by £10.00. A very fare gesture I thought. AAA+++

A will-definitely-stay-again hotel. Nothing to fault and many plusses.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Decor was clean and fresh. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice complimentary bath items. Great location on the sea front and parking! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice things.
