Not bad , not brilliant maybe bottom end of accommodation market in Mooloolaba ,disappointed with pot condition of room

Location to everything was great

Booked two rooms, one was good ,two bedrooms third floor, second room one bedroom first floor very tired broken slats on blinds grubby looking walls and floors, bed needs a new mattress.probably requires a make over.

Good location for quick getaway if not staying in room all day

Good location - nice spa

Buildings all around the pool area meant it was in the shade all day (given that it’s winter some sun would have been nice). Our room was really ‘tired’ - the kitchen cupboards weren’t even etc - really could do with a revamp. Signs everywhere about the smoke alarms going off made me nervous even to make toast and cheapened the feel.

Great Location.

Great spot, great pool.

The bed was uncomfortable. the mattress had been turned upside down and it was not a reversible mattress :/ We did tell reception when we leaving, but we’re not offered any compensation.

Great Location & can’t fault the staff.

The room we stayed in could use an update and in spots a good clean. The rooms are quite bright of a morning and if you like a firm mattress the beds would suit.

Location is key for a fabulous holiday.

Location was perfect for our young family. 1 min walk to either beach or surf club. Pool and spa are clean and enjoyable to use. The managers were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was dated however clean.

Fantastic Stay

Location was amazing, 1-2 minute walk to the beach in one direction and the wharf in the other. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which has been recently updated, very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The cookware and outdoor settings were the only things that were a little dated but it didn’t bother us, especially for the great price. Pool and spa were lovely and a great temperature (even in June). Little mini golf setup was fun. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for money.

We love the location, the staff and we will be back!

Nautilus exceeded our expectations in respect to the location. We had plans to go to the Surf Club and the Wharf, both of which are less that a block away. The coffee shops on the same block were great and the service was fantastic.

There was nothing that we didn't enjoy about our stay.

the position.

the janitor knocking on the door in the early morning hours and not giving me time to answer, before letting himself in . privacy was invaded and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who value their privacy .
