the room didn't meet my expectations and I'll choose another hotel for my next golf holiday

i paid for an upgrade but the room had no balcony. It felt like a prison cell Room 114

There was no balcony. The room layout was claustrophobic and the bathroom decor was shabby

Adorei o hotel. É o melhor 4 estrelas de Vilamoura e um dos melhores hotéis que conheço. A limpeza foi exemplar, nunca vi um nível de limpeza assim. O pessoal foi incrível e extremamente atencioso. Resolveram qualquer pequeno problema em muito pouco tempo. O ambiente era perfeito. O restaurante do hotel era excelente, muito rápido, e os preços eram muito corretos, tanto no restaurante quanto no hotel. Havia muito pessoal, por exemplo nunca houve problemas para encontrar espreguiçadeiras. Todo o pessoal era bom e muito simpático. Os quartos eram excelentes e o pequeno-almoço também era excelente.

Não houve nada que não gostei.

Das Frühstück war lecker, man konnte innen oder außen sitzen. Es waren stets genügend Plätze vorhanden.

Am Pool war es schwierig, eine Liege zu bekommen, weil viele Liegen nur mit Handtüchern, statt mit Menschen belegt waren. Das Personal bemühte sich zwar, dass die Gäste die Regeln einhalten, aber nicht immer mit Erfolg. Das Personal war freundlich, aber eine gewisse Herzlichkeit habe ich nicht gespürt.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone holidaying in Vilamoura.

Everything was excellent. Regular cleaning every day and change of towels. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and efficient staff. The location, just off the Marina, is very good.

The only minor thing that I didn’t like is that the sun did not shine on the balcony at any time of the day.

A lovely stay

A lovely 2 night stay great location a few minutes walk from the main marina, the staff really lovely,friendly and very welcoming.The breakfast has a great selection something for everyone.We had lunch near the pool area which had a great lunch menu. We had a late departure and they provided us with a room to get showered and ready for our return home.

Very pleasant stay. Location is the perfect for people wanting to go to the beach and marina.

Very accommodating staff, got our rooms at 9.30 am after a very early flight! Rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. Got breakfast on arrival even though it wasn't part of the booking. All staff very friendly. No faults!

Overall, we are happy about our stay.

We were happy only when our room was upgraded. We enjoyed the view and the walk to marina was a great. We were happy with the location of the hotel. Also, the manager and employees were very accommodating! Kept us very happy all through out our stay.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. We were shocked to see how small and dark was the room assigned to us at first. The sea view was blocked by trees. It was nothing like what the pictures showed. Overall, the hotel smells. Also, the pictures showed the guests could see water while seating in the dinning room. Not such a thing. The sea is much farther than showed in the picture.
