Buona posizione, hotel discreto, peccato per il rumore assordante dei trapani

Buona posizione, a circa 700 m dalla fermata della metro. Colazione ricca e di discreta qualità(ottimo il crudo e i formaggi, grande varietà di frutta), disponibili su richiesta anche prodotti senza glutine. La camera ampia, bagno davvero grande anche se non nuovissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli di cui abbiamo usufruito il giorno della partenza.

Relativamente alla stanza, nota negativa la moquette e i vetri delle finestre davvero sporchi. Non so se al piano di sopra o in qualche locale attiguo, ma c'erano dei lavori in corso con trapani in funzione: noi siamo stati in hotel solo la sera altrimenti la cosa sarebbe stata davvero insopportabile(il giorno dell'arrivo se avessimo voluto riposare un po' dopo il viaggio, essendo le quattro e mezza del pomeriggio, sarebbe stato impossibile farlo con quel rumore assordante). Il ristorante sinceramente non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, la pizza dei bambini era surgelata, alcuni camerieri ci parlavano esclusivamente in portoghese(non conoscevano neanche l'inglese), un po' di disorganizzazione(abbiamo ordinato delle cose, dopo un po' dicono non esserci, idem per i dolci inclusi nel menu dei bimbi, prima ci danno una scelta poi non c'è quanto chiesto poi invece c'è...insomma, decisamente un no, infatti siamo andati una sola sera).

Good stay but please be aware of refurbishment noises

The hotel stay was pleasant apart from the refurbishment noise, which was quite disruptive. When the booking was made via Booking.com, there was no information provided about the ongoing refurbishment, which was very disappointing. Just imagine arriving at the hotel, checking in, going to your room, and then hearing very loud noise from various directions. We were exhausted after a very early flight and couldn't relax at all. However, the reception team was very understanding and keen to upgrade us to a better, newly renovated room, but it was still noisy. We ended up planning our day to avoid the noise from 10 AM to 6 PM by spending time sightseeing outside. The breakfast was very good, with many options and a great selection for children. The service overall was good, and the location was decent, being a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which took us to downtown in less than 10 minutes.

The worst Hotel in Lisbon

Nothing

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was terrible. They will drilling whole building during your stay; from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm This hotel is not ready to be opened. They are still in construction and black out is not a special event in here. Staff will not be kind to you. I stayed more than 10 hotels in Lisbon and it was the worst.

Nous avons l'habitude d 'aller dans des Novotel mais celui-ci n'est pas du standing souhaitait.

L'hôtel était en travaux et nous n'avions pas été averti. Pour la salle de bain, il n'y avait pas de pression d'eau aux robinets. C'était un filet d'eau. De moisissures dans la salle de bain de la chambre 425.

Satisfait de notre séjour

La chambre , la salle de bain, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel!! Le metro pas loin, le coin jeux video, le resto de l'hotel très bon!

Le canapé lit est juste affreux, le matela est plié et creux!!! À changer absolument!!c'était pas agréable pour nos enfants qui ont dormi à deux!! Pas de superette ou magasins près de l'hotel dommage! Hotel sympa mais viellot ! Enlever cette moquette partout!!! Et les fènêtres sales et on sait pas ouvrir.... dommage

Zentrum mit Metro gut erreichen (6 Haltestellen), Station vom Hotel zu Fuß in 10 Min.

Das Frühstück wurde gesondert zugebucht, Preis/Leistung 16€ pro Person = okay.

Keine Willkommensbroschüre auf dem Zimmer, keine Info, wann, wo Essen stattfindet. Das ist wohl das mindeste was man erwarten kann, wenigstens in englischer Sprache, deutsch kann man nicht überall erwarten.

Worst experience ever...smelly room, torn carpet, cracked light and splintered toilet seat

The smell of the room...stinky! The carpet was old musty dirty and torn in places, the toilet seat was chipped, and the wash basin light was cracked and not working. Noisiest air conditioner. I never expected such a bad experience from Novotel, surely it is nowhere near to 4 stars, Worst stay ever.~165 Euros for one night with such a sub-standard room, a total rip-off, I totally wish to be reimbursed

A home away from home

I booked for my wife & kids. They said that they loved the stay and willing to come back again. The ladies in the kids playroom were exceptionally great and pleasing. Kids enjoyed the playroom. Breakfast was awesome and right upto 5 star standards. Over all it was great choice to book this hotel. Thank you Novotel & Booking.com

When i booked the hotel i have added the names of Wife and 3 kids. However there was some misunderstanding and names were mis-matched. However it was managed well at the reception.

Overall, a great place, great atmosphere, clean and inviting

I loved the lobby, the breakfast and eating area including the restaurant staff. Amazing friendly and ensuring that all was well with myself and kids.

The receptionist that served me was abrupt. The gentleman was friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t too pleased with the sofa bed where my children slept it was uncomfortable.

Location is OK, close to metro. Pool is great and has a good size. Rooms are big with good air-conditioner. Underground parking.

It seems that this hotel need serious renovation: dirty and smelly room carpets, broken lifts, falling stair cases in the play area. This is a big hotel with more than 100 rooms - for this amount of customers there are only 2 receptionists. As a consequence at the check-in or check-out time the queue is 1 hour long! The hotel staff is clearly exhausted that affects customer service. Hotel restaurant is severely overprices.

It is at an “easy to reach” location with generally available parking lots accross. Breakfast was nice with many options.

Carpets at the room did not look clean with stains over it. Extra beds were not comfortable so we had to ask for extra mattresses which made it relatively better.

Nice stay..

Hotel location was good, 5x stops on Metro to city centre..

Room was basic, bit outdated and the pool area requires a bit of life, bar open halfthe time and no bins available in the area.

Good hotel with great facilities. Room basic but fine

So family friendly. I wasn’t expecting all the kids club or games for kids. It was such a welcome surprise. The pool was great too. Just what was needed after walking around Lisbon in the heat.

The rooms are very small for a family of 4, and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Both our kids were not happy sleeping on it and they normally sleep anywhere.
