Excellent breakfast. Great choice Spacious dining room My favourite part of my stay was our evening meal in The Tan Yard. Gorgeous ambience ,friendly service, great food. My mother had a relaxing treatment in the Spa

The swimming pool is small,so I didn't go for a swim. No matter!

The nicest place you can stay

This should be a 5 star hotel! We stopped here for our honeymoon for one night and were blown away. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt special. Thank you for such an incredible stay. Perfect location, clean and well kept property. Such a great spot, we don’t want to leave! Thank you!!

When i booked the tan yard restaurant the menu for vegatarian/vegan was very poor I didn't really like my meal which I could only have the mushroom dinner which was tasteless very disappointing.i should of booked" in da parc" downstairs there menu was much better and more choose.

Perfect location for a weekend in Killarney

Lovely clean room with an amazing shower and very comfortable bed. Location is right in the heart of Killarney.

Fantastic hotel in great location -- we will be back!

The location is fantastic (positioned between the city center and the national park). Room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Liked that full hot and cold breakfast is provided daily in the large dining room. We enjoyed checking out the hotel bikes for a long ride in the park. The self-serve parking in the garage was very convenient. Desk staff (especially Charlie) was very helpful.

As shared with the manager, many of the breakfast items were consistently over-cooked.

Great location, nice room, very friendly staff

Great location, girl at check in was very friendly and very helpful with questions I had.

Breakfast was not included in the rate and we decided we’d go out for breakfast but were a little early and there was no where close by open so we went back to the hotel and decided to have breakfast there. It was disappointing for the price €15 each. Cooked breakfast which I had was not very hot, pancakes very boring and more appealing to children than adults. However tea was lovely. I don’t think it was worth the money.

Superb

Great location. Large reception area with friendly staff. Piano bar as always is relaxing and unique. Was a birthday visit and as requested everything was organised beforehand by the staff.

Shower in the room wasn't particularly powerful compared to previous stays.

Very good

I loved that my grand daughter was made to feel special on her birthday by some staff during lunch. Pool was fab and breakfast was amazing. Have stayed here four times now and will stay again no doubt.

Dinner was a bit odd. We were overlooked and had to ask to have our order taken. We ordered starters and mains (steak) but it was all brought together. Felt service was a bit disjointed compared to previous times eating there.

A wonderful mini break

Very enjoyable stay from the beginning to end. The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. I had a couple of queries during my stay and they were really kind and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and service staff. Found the location really convenient and the hotel itself is really beautifully decorated. I very seldom travel solo but I would highly recommend this hotel and am already planning a return visit with my family.

Overall only positive! Only two things, one was minor and I brought it to their attention- the shower was not working properly - spraying out on the floor so made it a bit messy. The main thing I didn't like was that the swimming pool/ gym staff were not in keeping with their colleagues level of service, found them unfriendly and unhelpful when I visited twice during my stay. A let down!

Comfortable stay.

Perfect location as right in town. Ease of access to great bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and breakfast although a bit chaotic was really good.

The room decor was a bit dated. The shower over a very narrow bath was actually quite difficult to access and would not be suited to larger/taller guests. The breakfast self-serve system was very chaotic. There was a long queue for the hot breakfast.
