Unbelievable views and facilities

View of the Caldera was amazing, staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms was larger than expected and the bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a bar and pool one floor away and a restaurant available on the terrace.

The only negative was a shared patio with someone who smoked all morning long so we had to shut our door and were unable to enjoy the patio until they left. I would prefer there was an area outside the patio area for smokers.

Trying to get to this hotel is a hike if you plan on working out definitely stay in this hotel, but if you don’t look for a different option

luxury only in the name of the hotel

good staff, clean comfortable room , swimming pool with water at controlled temperature at all times , great view suggestions from staff for hiking or walking or going around were very good

1. we booked with another couple for This greek holiday. the rooms were so far apart Aa we were staying in different hotels and didn’t even meet on one day 2. the breakfast had to be ordered at one go and the delivery in the room was prompt. the hot breakfast like egg and coffee would get cold by the time you would finish the cold breakfast. had to climb a few (30-40} stairs to go to restaurant and everyone was avoiding that. our friends were even delivered a worm in the greens served with eggs 3. restaurant food was not good 4. rooms were expensive which we knew. only the luxury wasn’t there as we expected. 1 litre of bottled water was available per room. the rest would be charged at €3/bottle which is something we have never dealt with in luxury resorts

beautiful room with the most magnificent view over Santorini. the staff were excellent and helpful in suggesting things to do around the island and where to eat.

It was nice!

The cheerful staff was very attentive and helpful with making reservations for activities, scheduling airport transfers & ordering food for delivery; the facilities are aesthetically pleasing - the location is stunning; and the breakfast delivered to our room each day was outstanding - always delivered with a smile!

The lack of privacy with the room (other guests walking right past the patio and hot tub) was disappointing; the “hot tub” was not really “hot” the whole time even though the staff made attempts to turn up the heat.

The view of our Honeymoon Suite as amazing! We loved the in-room breakfast every day and the hot tub was a real plus as we used it daily. March was a bit cold, so having the hot tub was amazing. Traveling during the low season was amazing!

I can visit the property again if I do not find any other option.

Everything was good at this hotel. The service is not available round the clock so beware. You have to go too many stairs down from the main road so it is hard if you are with a kid. Even if alone, it is hard to do rounds time and again. So you better stay at the property and just enjoy the same view.

Exceptional

This was our first trip to Santorini and before our trip the staff was already amazing when I reached out to ensure everything was ready for us. From the moment we arrived, they had transportation ready for us at the airport, immediately when we got to the hotel area, a staff member offered to take our luggages as we all walked down the stairs and the check in process was seamless. We stayed at a honeymoon suite and it was perfect. The view was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We got eloped at the hotel and the manager and owner had everything very well organized and was with us all day! Overall the experience was amazing and it made leaving a bit hard for us because it was such a great experience and stay. We highly recommended this beautiful hotel!

A fantastic luxurious stay in Santorini

The Royal Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Caldera View was the nicest hotel property we have ever stayed at. It was spacious and clean, with an expansive living room, formal dining area, two master bedrooms with bath, a 3rd full bathroom off the living area, and the private patio with multiple hot tubs right on the edge of the caldera, sunset views, fantastic included breakfast delivered to our room in the morning, baggage assistance getting our luggage down to our room from the “top,” it was all fantastic and worthy of the hype.

Our one complaint would be around the restaurant / room service. The food itself was great, but expect to wait between 60-90 minutes after your order. Apparently there is one chef working to serve the entire hotel of guests. For one dinner, after our 70 minute wait, the food was delivered and the employee who took the order apparently missed writing down one of our entrees. We were told if we wanted it, it would be another 60min+ since there were other orders being worked on. Employee was pretty firm about their not being able to add ours in even tho it was missed, so we shared the food that did come instead.

the pool, the restaurant, the spas are luxury but need to improve the service and facilities to go up amd down specially

the view, the sunset and food service was great.

so many steps to go to your room, some staff not good in service and charge everything in advance in full when check in as per hotel terms as they say. 🤔

excellent location with amazing caldera view. It is located in heart of Fira even during off season, you will not feel bored.

property is overpriced and It’s definitely not a 5 star. the restaurant can improve in number of items in menu. Also, I felt the property can increase number of staff as the services were attimes very slow. Sometimes the front desk male attendant in the evening sounded little annoyed.

Superb

Great location. Walking distance from Fira city centre, bus station and everything. The Black rock suite was amazing with sunset views from the suite and Hot water jacuzzi area. It had a sun bathing bed to rest on right next to the pool. The staff is very cordial and helpful. As we were checking out very early morning so they provided a breakfast bag to have something to eat on the way or at the airport. A nice complimentary bottle of wine was provided to us on check in I got a flower petal,candles and champagne decoration done as a surprise for my wife which was really amazingly done by the staff.

Awesome stay!

The view from our balcony. Fantastic sunset view. Panaromic view of the Aegean sea seeing the Nea Kameni volcanic island , the Thirassia island and northern Santorini where Oia is. Awesome! The breakfast is great too!
