Very good

The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the town center, with nice walking paths nearby. They have welcomed our dog and provided also nice treats at the arrival which was very appreciated. The staff was very kind.

Overall i liked the hotel and have nothing to complain about. One thing that might have been appreciated was to know before that for the restaurant there was a dress code (just no sports clothes), there was no enforcement but if i had known before leaving i would have organized accordingly.

Comfortable, pleasant stay, as close to the slopes as you can get - with amazing lift access!

The hotel had a great rooftop pool with an exceptional view. Half board breakfast and dinner was expansive. Very close proximity to the slopes.

Only a small portion of the restaurant has a view. The wine menu is relatively expensive.

Great hotel, made even better by the staff.

All staff within the hotel were all helpful from the guys meeting you to collect your bags to the reception staff. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive. We had 3 rooms, all were spacious and spotlessly clean. Facilities are first rate and hotel is next to main lift. This is our second stay at the Fliana and we will definitely stay again in the future.

GREAT HOTEL! we were at the hotel3 nights. perfect location. really great team!!!! the breakfast is very good as well as the dinner! zacosi is perfect!!!

The location and the friendly and helpful staff.

The outdoor pool was too cold both in cold days and in a relatively warm day and the outdoor pool was supposed to be the greatest part of the hotel from our previous stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good but dinner was only good on the first night. The other nights it was disappointing.

spacious rooms, from level 4 lovely views. Outdoor pool and whirlpool are lovely. well positioned, in between two cable car stations.

Internet unstable, especially in the rooms.

Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner

Initially allocated table for one in a secluded corner. This was changed after explaining that as travelling alone, I would prefer to be amongst other tables as this was more social.

Convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel with exceptional service.

The half-board (breakfast & dinner) were exceptional. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved the jazucci & swimming pools were wonderful after a long day of skiing.

Brilliant and enjoyable.

Location excellent. Interesting and good food. The staff were interested in our enjoyment and experience without being intrusive.

Ski room would benefit from some 'wall hooks' for coats/jackets/helmets. Limitted space so possibly on a fixed pole at the end of the bench? Some shower-gel/shampoo could have been topped up, but not a big issue :-)

Excellent hotel

Everything. The hotel is really amazing. In addition, it is a top hotel if you travel with dogs. Sauna and pools are nice, our kids enjoyed both pools. Pool on the roof is the perfect place to chill with a great view!

We forgot to ask our Silvretta card (didn’t know about it) and received it only on the 4th day of our stay. So initially we had to pay for the cable cars. So just don’t forget to ask for it.
